Fast, professional and courteous! My driveway has never looked better (owned the house 20 years)

Driveway has waves,3 puddles, and sloppy edges. Made 2 calls to the owner and he never called back. Estimated came to assess and we were told it did not have enough asphalt. We asked that it be replaced again with a different crew. The proposal he sent afterward said patch and replace damaged areas ?. Unacceptable since we paid to have the driveway replaced!

My experience was great I really enjoyed the professionalism of the team. Explaining to me what they was going to do and how they was going to do it. And most of all they was prompt they were here at exact time they say they would arrive job complete and I loved it looking to hire them for another project.

Washington Pavements did an outstanding job paving my daughter's driveway! I highly recommend this company.

Totally professional and very pleased with the job

I was completely pleased with Washington Pavements. They did excellent work, were far less than other companies, were highly responsive and worked with my and my tight deadline to get the work done!

Had trouble getting in touch to confirm the actual date and time of the project. All in all, the project was a 5 star and the actual people doing the job were great. The estimator assigned to the project never returned a single call. I had to call the other estimator (Billy) that actually came out to the property to get any responses. Billy is great! Very responsive and professional. The crew was polite, on time, and did a fantastic job!

The only reason I gave them a 4.5 out of 5 is because I had to restore the lawn where their machines traveled on. I know restoring the lawn isn't normally part of a big job like mine. But it sure would have earned 6 stars if it was. Overall excellent craftsmanship and work.

12/2020 is when I hired them 4 mos. into the project I notice vegetation growing up through the cracks of my new asphalt driveway. I have called them repeatedly to see what to do about it and to find out about sealing the driveway which they suggested to me. I have even tried to put a warranty claim in and have gotten no response from them. not only this but I do not believe they laid as much asphalt as they claimed they would. I am going to reach out to them one more time. BAD BUSINESS. If they do not reach back out then I will really start blogging on this company.

The contractors have yet to complete the discrepancy that I told the manager about after I paid them. They did the pavement uneven, with the concrete I asked to connect to, and a puddle formed in the driveway after the first rain. I contacted the company only to be ignored, followed by a response after calling from a separate number with false claims that the workers tried to come by, my gate was locked. My wife had been home the entire time and the gate was open. Moreover, the workers did not know what the job was when they initially came by and had to wait on the manager. After I paid them, I was essentially blown off. I would never recommend this company.

Very professional and knowledgeable. They showed up at designated time. They took time to confirm our requirements. They executed well.

New driveway looked great!

Dylan was very talented and thoughtful in leading his team to remove the old and install the new driveways for us and two of our neighbors. Company also offers a warranty in addition to a fair price.

I would say you get what you pay for but I did not even get that. Contract Obligations: I requested 4 in. thick and paid extra for the additional 1 in., but final paving came out only 2-3 in. thick. I made a reasonable request for the difference refunded to me but Joe, the owner, refused. Cosmetic Finish: The roller also ran into some dirt/sand and they used it to roll the fresh pavement and the dirt/sand stain is embedded in the asphalt. I will have to wait another year to seal the driveway for the stain to go away since it did not wash away as Joe said. Property Damage: They dented my air conditioner, which just added to the overall experience. Durability: Less than 4 months and the edging is cracking on one of the thin corners. Of course, no way to do a repair without it looking like a repair. Value: Do not let the low price think you will get great value from Joe. He will just cut costs using fewer materials to make his profit margins.

The company is not familiar with Montgomery County Codes which requires that there be flared ends on the ends of the drain pipe that goes under the driveway. Failed county inspection. Have been unable to get my bond back from the county due to failed inspection. Contacted the company. Said they would get me an estimate to install the flared ends, but never heard back from them. I will be installing the flared ends myself this weekend.
