Washington Pavements Co. completed the job in one day per contract specifications. The driveway was totally replaced, extended and leveled off to our extreme satisfaction. They were professional and courteous. If your looking for great workmanship and great value for your money go with Washington Pavements Co. Great price, great value and the warranty was better than most.

The appraiser did an excellent job. I followed up after sending the final contract back, to make sure they received it since I didn't hear anything from them. The office staff - who was always very nice - told me I would be contacted that evening regarding scheduling. When I did not receive a call, I checked email, and found that the job had been scheduled. Unfortunately, it was scheduled for a day we already had a carpet installation scheduled. When I finally spoke with the gentleman who handles the scheduling, Joe, he advised me he would "work me in" since mine was considered a small job (repairing cracks, filling in a dip across the entire apron, and sealing the driveway). When I asked for a window of time he said they couldn't provide one. They arrived around 2:30PM, finished part of the job and said their machine broke and they would be back the next day. They didn't return until 5:30PM the following day, and not all of the cracks were sealed. This was not a great experience.

Overall, I am happy with their paving job on my driveway. Looks much improved compared to how it looked before! I was a bit disappointed that they did not rope off my driveway after the paving to prevent cars from driving on it. I ended up parking my car to block my driveway for a couple days instead. Receiving the estimate via email and signing it electronically was painless. They did not always respond to the questions I sent via email, but ultimately I got all my questions answered when I followed up with them.

Everyone we dealt with in WASHINGTON PAVERS was super professional, skilled and extremely polite. They took personal pride and ownership of the job and did more than we expected. We highly recommend them for any paving job. Their prices were fair and reasonable and the finished project looks fabulous. We hired them to do our and our daughter's driveways. Don't know which driveway looks better.

I was pleased

Price was the best in town. The only downside is that some material made it's way inside the garage and a smidge on our newly painted siding. A bit of dripping on the driveway after smoothing. We ended up having to clean-up quite a bit of chunks out in the street that the neighbors were giving us the stink eye for. It did take a while to schedule and I had to call in to make the payment about a week later after not hearing from them. Overall satisfied.

The crew was professional, personable and did excellent work. They dug out the existing driveway and replaced it.

They do quality work.for a good price. They honor their warranty but the response time was very slow. I had to use the HomeAdvisor process to get them to respond back to me.

I finally had Washington Pavement resurface my driveway, a year after my estimate. Customer service was spot on and they even saved me $500 by resurfacing the driveway vice tearing it up & replacing it. Also came back several days later to seal it. It looks great & I am very pleased with their work.
