They were very quick. The job looked great when completed. They cleaned up after themselves.

Was the best price offered, but we got less than we paid for. Water standing on half garage floor after initial work. Finally got them back for partial redo, but they destroyed more than they fixed. Now looks like a bad repair, not the complete job I contracted. Doesn’t return calls. Doesn’t come when promised. Whatever they promise, don’t believe. Truly sorry I got involved with them. In the end, I’ll have to pay someone else twice as much to fix their mess.

No issues at all. Estimator showed a little later than the appointment, but no bid deal as stuff happens. He was very friendly and answered all my questions. Gave me two quotes so I could think about the options. Good written summary of work and expectations. Joseph scheduled the job and was easy to work with when I had to reschedule. Crew showed up on the day as promised and they too were very friendly and answered all my questions.....I ask a lot of questions. Payment was easy online at the end of the job. They have done a few driveways in my neighborhood and I have referred them to several others that saw how good the driveway looked. Much appreciated.

The edges could have been more straight and the driveway should be more smooth like others in the neighborhood. I was told by Washington Pavements that the driveway would smooth out once the temperatures became warmer, but it is the end of August and there are still ripples (The project was originally completed during early spring). Also, there was miscommunication with the schedule and was not completed on the original date due to an issue with another customer.
