I was pleased with the communication with Joe, the owner and operator, regarding replacement of my asphalt driveway. The quality of the work was good and the workers were friendly. Unfortunately, Joe told me that the job was going to need an additional layer of asphalt to look right, and this meant scheduling another day about a week later, at additional expense. As far as I know, this was an honest assessment and I am pleased with the final product.

We hired Washington Pavements to resurface our driveway. We called talked to them about when they could come out they finally called us back and said they could come out the following day. We have reiterated to them that we were only doing the overlay portion of the work not the option of the grading along the entrance hill of the driveway. I received a call in the day from Washington Pavements they were on site and they had removed the help portion at which point I said that was not part of our agreement. I had found out that they had already moved it and seemed to have indicated it probably would have been unlikely that they could have done the overlay without having done that.

Response time to my initial call was quick. They came out the next day to give me an estimate. They explained well what the pavement needs were and how they would fix it. Communication was good between the company and myself. The project was done timely and efficiently. Price was reasonable.

Our job was fairly straightforward - replacing an old cracked concrete driveway with asphalt. I was impressed with Joseph from the get-go. He gave us estimates for several different options, and described clearly what would be done. The estimate was very reasonable, and they were able to complete the job on time which I appreciated since we were on a tight schedule. And the driveway looks great!
