Description of Work: Gary responded promptly to my service call. He was courteous and professional. I had a clogged drain in my freezer. He worked quickly and was very mindful of the potential for water drainage and took great care to contain it.

Description of Work: Gary wasn't able to keep our first appt. but called as soon as he realized it and offered to do the work after 6. The next day he was prompt and got my dryer fixed in no time. Extremely professional and personable and would definitely recommend him.

Description of Work: My refrigerator's ice machine was not working properly. I called Gary and before terminating the call he made sure he a good understanding of the problem to avoid unnecessary complications and that he'd be as prepared as possible to complete the repair in one visit. He responded the following day as planned and took care of the problem quickly and efficiently.
