He is excellent. We go there all the time. He is outstanding. They are always very fair and very honest. I have had open ended problems that they solve in no time when they could have taken 10 hours for electrical issues and things like that. They are knowledgeable, friendly clean and he cleans up like nobody I have ever seen even on the weekends when he is gone. The nicest thing is that you can trust them, everybody there. We recommend it to everybody. He charges 90 dollars an hour or whatever the magic number is. He will open the book and he has told me at times, if it is a 600 dollar job and he says I have done that before and I can do it in 400. I have no complaints with him. I have been going there for 10 years.

I visited another auto repair place before going to Frank's. They indicated I need 4 motor mounts at $800 cost. So I visited Frank Zurawski Auto Repair because he have been here forever and hear good things. On the first visit, he was too busy to check it out, so I made an appointment for two day later at 11AM. Arrived on time and they asked it I was going to wait on it. I said call me. It was 4hr (3PM) before the called me and said I needed 2 motor mounts and it would be $350, but the parts would not arrive til the next day. So I explain that I needed my car the next day and could he see about expediting the parts and get it done today. He said he would try. He call at 4:30PM and the car was done. Additionally he said I only ended up needing one motor mount, rather than two saving me more money. I will be back in the future for an honest reliable auto service.

excellent I have used them for 2 cars for most services checked off without any problems since 2004. I had an electrical problem which usually are an open ended issue but they solved it quickly for and lt; $80 When I had my transmission cleaned out they did a fine job, then suggested that one car needed further checking by a transmission expert who was excellent. He told me one car was fine but the other one would need serious transmission work in the next year or so. So I traded in that car for another real quick. When I go there I feel welcome and would have no problem having my wife go if I wasn't available.

CALLED SATURDAY FOR AN APPOINTMENT. HAD THE CHOICE OF BRINGING CAR IN ON MONDAY AT 9,10 OR 11 AM. CHOSE 11 AND WAS CALLED AT APPROX 3PM THAT CAR WAS READY. CAR WAS POSITIONED IN THEIR LOT POINTING FORWARD FOR AN EASY EXIT.

It turns out that they weren't able to find any problems with the car, and this was due to the fact that I had given them the wrong key. I had received a new key with a sensor that allows the car to start. What's more is that I tried to pay them for their services, but they wouldn't accept it which I thought was very professional. I've used them on several other occasions as well, and they always do quality work for fair prices. Ultimately, I would recommend them.

I've probably taken several vehicles to him over a span of two years. I had some old beater cars and they kept them running for us at a reasonable price. They are prompt. They are really good about giving you a quote ahead of time. They don't seem to be the type that are adding on things. They are true problem solvers. You can go in there with something kind of weird and they will take the time and analyze it. They know their cars. They were down to earth, which is very important. They offer to give me a ride back to my house.
