They arrived in less than an hour on Friday afternoon and had my ac working in 10 minutes , Now that is what I call service

Two installers/technicians arrived around 8 a.m. There was no doubt in my mind that they knew exactly what to do and did it. They surveyed the installation of the old system and told me what needed to be changed. Both installers were easy to talk to and took the time to make sure I understood what they wanted to do and why the added work would increase A/C efficiency and subsequently lower electric bills. I also want to add that this high efficiency5 ton BRYANT A/C is rated at the top in Consumer's Reports. Already neighbors are looking over what was done and, I believe, will be contacting TRACY POOR at Waychoff's.

Their tech came in. Was professional. He did the standard checks on air handlers electrical systems. Everything was working well. Then he went outside and checked the compressors electrics while attached shop vac to the drain pipe. He found a weak Capacitor that could potentially damage the compressor over time so I paid $178 to replace it. As he left I asked him about cleaning the coils and he indicated it was not included though it was listed on the offer. He left and I contacted the company and they apologized for not informing the technician of all the terms of the special they were offering through Angies List. They sent another tech out the next day who cleaned the dirty and leaf encased coils around the compressor outside. Fully understand the confusion on the part of the tech and appreciate the fact that they took care of the cleaning the next day. In their ad they indicated the 'Cleaning Coils' was included but didn't say whether that was the coils in the air handler inside the house or the coils in the compressor. In the future I expect they will clarify such things in their offer. Overall I was impressed with their professionalism and prompt responses. I highly recommend them.

KNEW EXACTLY WHAT TO DO, HAD THE RIGHT TOOLS AND DID IT PROMPTLY. HE SHOWED ME WHRE THE END OF THE DRAIN HOSE WAS AND HOW TO MAINTAIN THE DRAIN PIPE TO PREENT IT FORM CLOGGING UP AGAIN..

Tracy did a wonderful job in helping us select the units that best fit our needs at the right price. They were very flexible with scheduling the installation and completed the job on time and in a very professional manner. I would definitely use them in the future for all my HVAC needs and would recommend others to use them too.

The last visit was 9/5 (where they replaced the Accumulator and Filer line drier for $252. As I am not an AC person - you are at the mercy of the provider. Was hoping that by going by Angie's list you have a better chance of getting upfront honest service. I guess my frustration is that it was a back and forth and you then start to feel you are getting played..

The provider fix the problems with my air conditioner. The technicians were very polite and professional. They responded in a timely manner to the first emergency call. However, after visiting my home twice, the technician was a no show for the third appointment. The accuse was that he got lost and was unable to find my location. Apparently, my address was entered wrong in the company's system. Once the problem was identified, the technician rescheduled the appointment and completed the needed services.

Far and away the best bang for buck..... Bryant system was perfect to replace the builders unit in my rental property. Estimate came back quickly and was the best price to value I could find (I searched over 10 companies.)

Did excellent job. Arrived on time and completed removal of old system and installation of new system in about 4 hours.

I called at 9am on a Saturday morning. The person that answers the phone was polite and let me know there was a cancelation. Ken arrived by 10am. He was very professional and extremely knowledgable. He was very patient and explained everything he did to my husband. We felt very comfortable signing up for their maintenance plan which helped lower our bill. Waychoff's is lucky to have an employee like Ken. Our system is back up and running. They will be out next week to check our 2nd AC unit as part of the plan we signed up for.

Technician was on time and clean. We were also notified about what time to expect. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He did a great job cleaning a negated system and gave me some pointers on maintenance that I could do. I would use this company again for my HVAC service. Special Note: I don't appreciated the continued harassment (e-mail spam) by " Angie's List" to provided these write-ups. I'm a busy person.

The technician was very friendly and very thorough. He explained all the options and gave details about how my system was performing. I liked them so I signed up for their annual service agreement.

We called Waychoff's originally to do insulation work in April. When we had an unrelated A/C problem in June, we called them again. We decided to sign an Energy Savings Agreement and this would give us discounts for repairs. We found the technicians very professional and responsive. We appreciate the very good service and recommend them.

From day one all personnel exhibited professionalism and were very knowledgeable. It says a lot about a small business for the company owner to physically check on his personnel and inspect their work.

Called for service and was told someone would be out in less than 3 hours which was impressive. Ended up that the repair person didnt arrive for 6 hour, 3 hours past the original estimated time. I had to call to make sure they were still coming. They installed the unit about 18 months ago which is why we contacted them since it was still under warranty. It ended up just being a capacitor replacement. The part was free as it was still under warranty. So, they charge $89 trip charge that does not apply to any service provided. Then, another $90 for installation that took less than 15 minutes to diagnose and replace. There are much cheaper providers out there. Another local company provided the part and install and visit for less than $150 on another unit we have that isn't under warranty. If it wouldn't have been under warranty, my husband could have replaced it for probably less than $30, the cost of a new capacitor. Unfortunately, they have lost our business and we will not use Waychoffs again. They may do good work, but their pricing for service after installation is outrageous.

We used Waychoff due to a special on an AC tune up - found a potential problem waiting to happen and fixed it at a reasonable price on the spot. They also recommended their service plan and applied the cost of my repair to that discount. I was very impressed with their responsiveness, on time arrival and professional service. I would definitely recommend and rely on Waychoff's

Emergency appointment scheduled quickly, service tech arrived at appointed time. Polite and professional. Seemed to know what he was doing. Gave a range of options for fixing non-critical problems, and had needed parts on truck. Pricing was good. All-in-all, a very good experience.

The whole process went pretty smooth, not thrilled with the all the installation. Specifically orientation of outside unit (Condenser) and the routing of the end of the condensate pipe. Never received the Manual J load calculation report, don't think they bothered to run one.

Excellent! He was very informative and explained what he was doing and why. After correcting the problem, he recommended getting a maintenance agreement, even if it was not with them, where the AC units would be checked, cleaned and maintained twice a year. This will help to keep them running for as long as possible. Based on his advice, we signed an agreement with them. They have already come out for the first check and again, this gentleman was very professional and efficient. I highly recommend Waycroffs Heating and Air.

Things went fine; good. My wife was the one that dealt with that. I was far more concerned with the price and the price was reasonable. I got back in time to check out the work and it was fine. She never complained so we are both satisfied.

Both of the installers worked in 100 degree plus temperatures in the attic removing all of the old unit. All work performed from start to finish was completed with the customer in mind. This system should provide good service for years to come. All aspects of this install were very professional. Yes they may have given me the highest initial quote but I respect their reputation and years of good service.

We had Waychoff's come out and give us an estimate on replacing the unit. We had several other estimates and found Waychoff's to be quite reasonable. Tracy was very professional and informative and gave us several options to choose from. We opted for the 5 Ton Bryant 2-stage heat pump and air handler with humidity control. We scheduled for the work to be performed on July 5th. On the morning of July 4th, our 25 year old A/C unit died. Even though it was a holiday, Waychoff arranged for a couple of small a/c units to be brought over to keep us cool until the following day. Great customer service! On the morning of July 5th, the installers arrived on time and completed the installation process in a professional and timely manner. We are very pleased with our new unit and have already noticed a significant decrease in our utility bill.

I cannot thank our technician Erik enough for his help. This is the first time I have had to call an a/c company . Previously we rented and our unit was brand new when we bought the house 3 years ago. He came out and showed me every thing he was doing and explained what things were and what they were for. When he identified the problem, the fan motor, he did three different tests to make sure it was the motor and not something else. Since the part is under warranty and has to come from Trane, he was able to work out a temporary fix so that we aren't without air for the week. This kept me from having to go to a hotel and board my dogs for the week which would have greatly increased the cost. Being a female you always have that initial skepticism that someone is trying to take advantage of you, but Erik was great about taking his time and showing me every thing without me having to ask. They were a life saver with this heat index of 107 degrees. I strongly recommend this company.

waychoff's is AWESOME! on one of the hottest days of the year, our AC went out. our first mistake of calling Air to Air, who turn!ed to be a no show. we called Waycoff's @ 730 pm and by 0930 pm their tech Jason already made it to house and completed the air! Entire team and Waychoff's were awesome! anyone who is in need of AC repair are crazy if you don't us them!
