Service was great! The representative that met with us was very professional. He provided accurate technical details for all questions we asked. The company responded to our needs quickly and professionally. We were very pleased with their presentation, product, installation, and follow up. Even though it was holiday time, the company was quick and responsive.

The technician (Steve) arrived promptly at the time of the appointment, and got started right away. He walked me through what he was doing, and pointed out a couple things that will require attention/cleaning. Having recently bought this house, I like to have an idea of what items may require more of a priority in terms of maintenance, and this visit assisted greatly.

Waychoff's did a great job servicing my a/c unit. They were punctual, courteous and professional. Along with serving my unit, the technician was very knowledgeable and gave me good advice on how to keep my unit running efficiently. Many times when a tech comes out, they try to get you to buy other services. Waychoff's never attempted to push for other services or charge me more. I was very impressed.

The owner, Rick Waychoff, gave me a great presentation and a great quote on the system I purchased. The installation team showed up on time and completed the installation in 8 hours replacing everything, the air handler stand, air handler duct work, PVC drain line, Copper line, wiring and circuit breakers needed to support the new system, along with the new return ducting and boxes need to support that. I have to say, the installation team was very knowledgeable and very professional. They were a team and it showed as they worked together as a team to accomplish this job. I was extremely impressed with their attention to detail and their drive to do the job right. It is hard to find people of that caliber and yet all 3 installers were of that caliber. The installation not only looks great, it looks very professional. The system runs great and now I have actual airflow from all of my return lines that I've never had before. The digital thermostat is impressive. It interfaces with my IPAD via Wi-Fi and I can regulate the system from my home or away. The Air Knight Air Purification system makes my house smell fresh. That was a great addition to my system. A week after installation the company sent a technician out to do a complete quality check on the system. He checked everything. That in itself was impressive. I have never seen that done by anybody. The owner, Rick, came out after he left and brought me a well prepared company booklet targeted to me and my purchase. This company is customer oriented. They look out after you and want your interface with them to be a good experience. If I could give this company a grade higher than an A they would get it. I WAS IMPRESSED.

Professional service. Service tech showed on time and provided a thorough examination and was very professional. Didn't try to add any extra costs or services. would highly recommend to friends and family.

This was a "Big Deal" coupon. Arrived on time and I appreciated technician had a formal check list of items to be covered on his IPad. So even though my unit is new, I did not feel is was just being given the "once over". Service included cleaning the AC condenser unit. Technician did not try to sell me something else.

Service Technician came out - very punctual and professional. Our HVAC unit was leaking and he worked, inside and out, to find the source and offer recommendations for repairs. Our thermostat was also not responding correctly and we had a recommendation for that, as well. Overall, a very nice and professional Service Technician. We were very pleased.

Very well. He was very informative and talked to me a lot. There were several other repairs he wanted to do that he recommended to be done but I didn't think was cost effective to do that when I am probably going to replace the system next year anyway. He gave me prices and what not on new systems so when I did make that decision.

Replaced thermostat. Very fast responce. Was not expecting such good service.

The technicial showed up on time. Told me there would not be much to clean as they were new systems and gave me information for contiunuing maintenence for the systems.

The tech was prompt and courteous. He reported serious issues which the home inspector had not mentioned a month ago. Glad we asked for the home protection plan. He added a pound of freon.

Called late in the day with a non cooling problem. Service tech arrived the very next day on time and with a heads up call of on the way. Exceedingly nice, very professional and quite efficient. Found the leaking suction fitting and topped off the freon so the family would have air condition overnight while the part was acquired. Another tech arrived the very next day with the new part. Freon removal, sweating in the new part and refilling the system was performed quickly and tested throughly. We're very pleased with both techs, the work, the response time, the cost and results. High recommendations and would not hesitate to use them again.

Two days with three gentlemen who worked tirelessly and were continually professional and mature . Clean up was excellent and communication was easy and helpful. They were very serious about their work . Eric and Tim and Johnny:) Rick Waychoff is the best. Very responsive and very thorough with everything.

Got ripped off and cheated.
