All the work was completed as expected and the work area cleaned up before they left; with Ian explaining the thermostat features. Because of the weekend Holiday, Tracy came back the following Monday to go over all the features of the new unit, all the paperwork, manual and a tour of what took place inside and out.

They were very prompt and even came out the same day. The sales person was so good and helped me choose the right unit. They were very clean, neat, and did not leave mess. They were wonderful, polite, and helpful to work with.

Best service I have experienced from any contractor I have dealt with . Very professional from installers, Comfort consultant, to office staff. Great communication, punctual, and attention to detail. A primary requirement to have a long lasting properly operating HVAC system is to have a quality installation! This is standard operating for Waychoffs. The company never called to schedule the appointment after I purchased the deal from Angie's list. I messaged them a couple times with no response and then called. The lady who answered the phone was very nice and quickly scheduled me. The serviceman who came out showed up on time and called prior. He was polite and respectful. As far as I know he did a good job.

To my amazement, the answering service told me that they would pass the message and I would be called in 10 mins or less. Erin called in about 5 mins and told me she could get someone to my home last night in about 2 hours. The technician, Eric called about 30 mins later..... the issue was very minimal and repaired in minutes. Eric was exceptionally personable, professional and gave us great tips on how to maintain the system. The entire event - from my call - to correction - was complete in 1.5 hours (and remember this was late evening)!! Bravo Waychoff for continuing to provide exceptional customer service - Thank you Eric for being a great technician!

We were told his maintenance work was not as complete as their five step six month program so we did subscribe to it and he reduced the cost by the $55.

he inspected my system and determined that I need a new a/c system. He did say that the individual parts could be repaired and or replaced. but that the most cost efficient thing would be to replace it.

Sales Consultant, Mike L, provided a thorough proposal with full consideration of our situation. I presented the opportunity for additional work and he recommended against it. The price was competitive. The installers, Tim and Joe, arrived on time and quickly got to work. They did a professional job, did not take a break, cleaned up afterwards and completed in very reasonable time frame. They also gave me an overview of the system and recommended maintenance. Mike L came back after installation to make sure everything was completed as promised and I was satisfied. The system is working as expected. Overall very satisfied with Waychoff's.

Did not show up during arranged morning time. Had to call the company to inquire. Was waylaid by service elsewhere. Eventually arrived late afternoon. Disappointed that we were not apprised of his delay and our need to call them.

It was better than any contractor that I have had doing work at our home. They came with all the necessary gear to professionally complete the job. Their two Techs, Tim and Joe, were very polite and efficient. They put drop clothes down throughout the house and cleaned up nicely after finishing. The salesman, Scott came back two days later to check the work completed and collect payment. Awesome and very professional way to do business these days.

The Technician Steve has been to my residence twice. Both times he was professional, knowledgeable and polite and respectful. He quietly goes about his business and offers honest and reliable suggestions, feedback and advice.

Since we moved into our house we knew that it was just a matter of time until our heat pump gave out. We limped it along until a few weeks ago when it started leaking a large amount of condensation. A quick check by our old a/c service company confirmed that the unit needed to be replaced. Luckily with it being October we had some time to go out and get multiple quotes. After talking to a number of different companies we decided to go with Waycoff's. Mike at Waychoff's did a great job on his initial visit of examining our existing system and duct work to determine the extent of the repair/replacement required. He didn't just come in and look at my old system leave and send my a quote a day later like some other companies I talked to. He spent time answering all my questions and going over all my options. He put together all of the quotes right in front of my and showed how different options like increasing the SEER rating or adding a larger filter effected the price. Those quotes were emailed to me prior to him leaving the visit and contained an itemized breakdown of everything they would do during the replacement process. Again, this was above and beyond what other companies did for me. The professionalism and attention to detail that Mike displayed added with the fact that the price he provided for the a 2-stage 16 SEER heat pump was the lowest of all the companies we talked to caused us to choose Waychoff's. Mike worked with us to find a good day to install the unit and since our existing unit was still working we pushed it off for a few days until either my wife and I could be home. On the day of the installation they installers (Ian and Ben) called us ahead of time to confirm that they were on their way and showed up when Mike said they would. I can't say enough good things with how smooth the install went. The guys new what they were doing and were out of there before 3 pm. Before they left they did a walk through with my wife and I to familiarize us with the unit which I really appreciate. Shortly after they left I received a call from Waychoff's to set up a follow up visit with Mike so that he could go over the installation and answer any final questions we had. I may have been able to find a cheaper price through another company, but I doubt that I would have received the same level of service and professionalism. In the end, all the people at Waychoff's went above and beyond what I expected of them for a more than reasonable price in my mind.

They came out quickly at night and diagnosed the issues . The tech was real nice and professional. They had to return the next day with the part to fix the problem. It was a painless transaction.

Waychoffs Air Conditioning Service has provided service for all of my homes for three years. They are very professional, knowledgeable and reliable. They are always on time and efficiently perform routine maintenance and repairs for reasonable prices. If you look around you might find a slightly lower price BUT I doubt the professional staff with class and courtesy will come with it. I have used other A/C companies and occasionally still do but they are the company I most rely on when I have a serious repair need. I trust them the most.

Went great , showed up on short notice and troubleshooting went fast. Technician had part on truck. Happy with service and response time.

Fast and reliable from the get-go. Having problems with the past A/C company, from now on I will use Wachoff's.

If you don't want to read the entire review; I'll summarize: We highly recommend Waychoff's both for repairs and also new installs. We purchased this house, built about 2000, two years ago. We have a main HVAC unit and smaller secondary. A year after moving in, the main HVAC unit gave out in the middle of July on a Saturday, while I was recovering from surgery. Waychoff's sent a technician out immediately (Joseph). He outlined the issues (with the 14 year old unit), told us what was absolutely necessary to get it running, and what we also should repair beyond that. He did not try to "upsell" us a new unit; just told us what was needed. We had him do just enough to get it working again; about $600.00 in parts/labor. The cost was reasonable, but we knew it wouldn't last forever. This August we had them come out again to service both units on an Angie's List deal (the now 15 year old main unit was running constantly, as was the smaller unit). Again (same technician), he gave us a list of must-do and should-do. The smaller unit needed some minor work, which he did, included in the deal price. Of course, everything we put off before for the main unit was on the list, as well as some new issues. Again, he did not try to sell us a new unit. The total would have been about $1250-$1500 for a 15 year old unit that most likely would need additional repairs in the future. We decided it wasn't worth it and asked him to send a salesperson out for a quote. Scott came out the next day (a Saturday) and went over our options. He did not pressure us to go with the top-of-the-line or added items; simply explained our options and the logic behind them. No attempt at a "sign-today or deal goes away" tactic. Ultimately, we decided to go with a 16 seer two-stage unit w/ variable speed fan which he promised would be much more efficient than what we had. We were leaving town on Tuesday; Scott arranged install for Monday (could have done Sunday if we had decided earlier). Tim & Joe came first thing Monday morning and worked their tails off all day, and by 6PM we had a new unit. It has so far performed as Scott promised it would. It runs far less than our other unit (sometimes only an hour or so total time in a day), and because of the enhanced features, keeps the humidity down so we can set the thermostat higher. Can't wait to see our next electric bill!

My only complaint is that the price for parts seemed high.

The telephone person was extremely professional and helpful; scheduled an appointment within the same morning. The technician called ahead of arriving. He arrived promptly and went straight to work. He found the problem, explained the issues and recommended the correct repair. The technician was extremely polite and professionalism. What a pleasure to have such courteous professionalism from an A/C repair company!

It went very well. Jason was very professional. He will have all of our business now and in the future for our air conditioning/ heat maintenance and repair jobs.

This provider was found by my husband and I was very impressive with the knowledge the employer had. He was very honest and explained to me everything and answered the questions I had in detail.

Mike Lombardi came to my home Friday within 2 hours after my call for a consultation. He performed a calculation to determine the swize system for my needs and size house. He didn't just look to see what I had, and assume that's what I needed. He explained my system options, additionsl options and price. He wrote up a detailed proposal listing all the component model numbers and descriptions in the base system, tax credits rebates, and exclusions. In addition to the proposal, he wrote up an Invoice and Notice of right to cancel. He was the only contractor to give me exact details in writing. He asked if I want to finance and gave me a deal I couldn't refuse! When it came time to set a time for installation, he first came up with next Monday since the team leader of the install team he wanted to do my job wasn't working this weekend. Since my old system was still working, that was OK. An hour after he left my home, he called back with good news, my install could proceed the next day, Saturday. Saturday moning at 8:15 am, (appointment time was 8:30 am), Ben Doug and Tan arrived and began ripping out my Amana diaster and installing a new Bryant 18 seer 5 speed system. There were a few installation bumps in the road and there was no extra charge involved. Belive it or not, there was no extra charge for me to watch them work. The job they did is an artist masterpiece. I am not embarrassed when I open my garage door. Included in the system is a new thermostat and they set it up with me watching and asking questions. I couldn't be happier with Waycoff's or Bryant. I purchased a 10 year labor warranty and will sign up for their extende service agreement. Thank's for a worry free system and worry free service company.

On Sunday I woke up to my A/C not working. I came to Angie's List and searched for a few companies and submitted requests for a quote on a new system to three different companies. Within two hours Waychoff's contacted me and let me know they would be able to see me within a couple of hours to provide a quote. Tracy called and arrived within a few minutes and took a quick run down of what I wanted and what I wanted to spend. He brought with him a portable A/C so that my family was able to stay cool for the next 24 hours until the A/C could be installed and the house cooled off. On Monday the install team showed up and began work in the morning and had the unit installed and cooling by 3pm. They were very professional and they also corrected some of the air flow issues that I have had for years. Today, Tracy arrived this afternoon to make sure the unit was working up to our expectations and provide some training on the operation and maintenance required with the new unit. This company is a class act. I would recommend Waychoff's to anyone needing any A/C work.
