The tech's are always either early or on time. Unfortunately, I have been patching my system for the last year but, each time I have a problem it is resolved quickly.

They did a nice job. It was pretty relatively inexpensive, they did good timely work and they showed up when they were supposed to. What stood out was their timeliness and professionalism.

I had a very positive experience. Jason, the tech, took time to properly diagnose the problem. I met will the sales representative, Mike, the next day to give me the details as to which unit was best suited for my home. Also, I had recommendations from two neighbors who were well pleased with their Waychoff's units. Tim and Nick followed up the very next day and neatly and efficiently installed the unit. For a month now I have been very satisfied with the cooling system.

Erick called prior to coming to give estimate time of arrival. Wore shoe covers in the house. Tolerated our mouthy dogs. Patiently listened to our explanation of events. Gave us several options in regards to treatment after diagnosis was made. I found Erick to be honest and provide accurate information and quality service. Overall, we are glad to have cold air coming from the vents on this 100 degree day.

Dan arrived toward the end of the estimated timeframe, but called ahead of time and kept me apprised of his schedule and expected time of arrival. When he arrived, he put on foot covers, and set about inspecting and cleaning my unit in a thorough and professional manner. My system needs a few parts replacements and more extensive service. He expertly explained what was needed and was incredibly patient in answering my questions. I have no complaints and am considering purchasing an annual service contract.

Called them late on Thursday night, AC quit cooling just before a nice 91 degree day. They were there within an hour, and had me up and running in less than an hour. Great service. Professional service tech and a trustworthy company. You don't have to worry about it being something small, and them blaming it on something big.

The gentleman was pleasant and tried to help me understand what was happening with my A/C unit. He needed to clean the evaporator coils, replace the capacitor and hard start assist, along with making the suggestion that I sign up for a Service agreement to care for the A/C unit on a regular basis.

We had long been dreading the noise, mess, and inconvenience we imagined would accompany the replacement of a nearly 30-year old heat pump system in our home. We were very pleasantly surprised that the process was far less painful than our imaginings. They did not have to rip out the drywall that had been built by the previous owners to house the air handler; there was actually not a lot of noise in the process, and they kept mess to a minimum. They cleaned up as they went, as well as afterwards. We were very glad we listened to our instincts and trusted Waychoff's for this major undertaking. We had originally called to just begin the process of pricing systems, after the last contractor failed to contact us early Monday morning of this week, when they said they would. We immediately called Waychoffs and Scott came out the same day and presented us with several options, with absolutely NO pressure to even buy from them. We knew it had to be done, so we chose a system and they were able to schedule the installation for the next day, Tuesday, of this week. Tim, Nick and Joe came out, on time, and were very professional, friendly and capable installers. An important plus is that they are Waychoff's employees, not subcontractors. They know how Waychoff's wants their customers treated. We were very comfortable having them in our home and we highly recommend Waychoff's. Scott is even coming back tomorrow, Thursday of this week, for a walk-through, to make sure everything was done correctly, that we are satisfied, that we understand the thermostat, etc...This is the ONE phone call to make when you need a replacement or a repair. Scott did not even try to oversell us - we asked him about something and he explained why it most likely was not needed, in our case, after he had examined the ductwork, the vents and the existing system. What's funny is that not even a full minute after Scott left, following the purchase of our new system, the other contractor called - hours late - wanting to schedule our appointment. We happily told him 'no thank you, we went with somebody else'. The peace of mind and the professionalism are well worth the total cost, and we are very happy with our new system and our relationship with Waychoff's. It's a relief to have all this taken care of now, before it really gets hot.

We came home on a Sunday afternoon to find our AC unit not cooling. Called Waychoff's and they were able to respond within just a couple of hours. Joe had the system up and running in short order and took the time to check other key components for any potential issues.at no extra charge. I could not have been more pleased with the overall experience - from the initial phone call to the completed job well done. I would not consider calling anyone other than Waychoff's for any AC service issues I may have in the future.

Our AC unit stopped working on Friday night about 11pm. The thermostat started clicking and the display went haywire, displaying multiple readings and words. I called Waychoff's about 2:30 pm on Saturday, expecting to get voicemail and at best a Monday appointment. I spoke to Waychoff dispatcher Sarah who was exceptionally friendly. She took my information and told me to expect a visit from a technician between 4pm and 6pm. Technician Chris called me at approximately 3:15 pm to inform me he'd arrive with 30 to 45 minutes. He knocked on my door shortly before 4pm. Chris conducted a thorough check of my outside unit, air handler and thermostat. The thermostat was found to have failed. Chris replaced it and the unit works like a champ. My experiences with Waychoff have been positive. Everyone I've dealt with there have been friendly and professional. The AC Company I worked with before Waychoff was rude and pressured us to make unnecessary purchases. Thanks Waychoff for your excellent service!

Our installers (Colby and Ian) were professional, courteous and just went about their business. They cleaned up all areas, and just did an outstanding job. I enjoyed talking with both installers - interesting and just nice. Tracy came over for the estimate late last week, and although they weren't the lowest and certainly not the highest, I still felt that they were the best of the four (4) estimates we received. My spouse said I have a good sense of people, and I'm glad we went with Waychoff for my sense paid off with Tracy. When I called Tracy and Sarah (who is wonderful), they told me they could have someone out within two days. It was easy, quick and the quality of the unit is excellent. Also, I was told that the installers would be at the condo at 0830, and at 0800, I was getting a call that they were 20 mins away - right on time). I would highly recommend this company.

They were very nice. Our light bill was actually up than down so they had to keep coming back and tweeking our system.

The technician was on-time, friendly, and very thorough, and offered many useful advice. A very positive experience.

Steve, the technician, called and let me know he was coming. He arrived on time and was ready to work. He serviced my air conditioner and got it ready for the hot weather. He also suggested that it would be beneficial to upgrade the capacitor on the unit so the air compressor wouldn't be so stressed. He installed this the same day. I had to speak to Jasmine in the office after Steve left as my thermostat wasn't working. She was very kind, helpful and patient. Steve came back out right away and fixed it. I will use this company again and highly recommend them. They were professional and punctual and I thought the prices were fair too.

Mike Lombardi, Comfort Consultant, arrived on time and was very knowledgeable, professional and personable during our meeting. He listened to our concerns and answered all of our questions. Our installers? Tim, Omar and Colby were very professional and polite. They arrived on time in the morning. The air conditioning units are in the attic upstairs on the second floor and it was a very warm day. They were very neat and there was no mess for me to clean up. They remained on the job and worked hard until it was completed that afternoon!

I have been using Waychoff for years because they are honest and reliable.

Tracy from Waychoff's did the free estimate and was very thorough and knowledgeable. He offered some alternatives for relocating unit and piping. We did a Saturday installation and the crew Tim and Joe were on time, very courteous, and ready to work hard. They did a very thorough job replacing the outside and inside units and running new pipes through a small attic space. Job took all day and the new unit is fantastic. Highly recommend Tim and Joe to do your installation. A few weeks later Eric came out for some adjustments and he was great too. I got estimates from 6 different companies and I am happy I went with Waychoff's.

This was a big deal purchase. It was not really great. I mean the guy came out and said we need a new air conditioner and he didn't really do anything much. But it was an older unit and, yeah, you know, I needed a new one, so I don't know. I wasn't thrilled. I kind of just felt like he went in basically and that his job was to go in and look. I thought he might clean the coils and stuff like that. I just was not thrilled with it now. I thought he should have done more than just look for the money. I thought they were expensive, they were telling me what they thought it was gonna cost for the unit and I thought it was much better.

Tim, Colby and Omar performed the installation. They were courteous, clean and surprisingly quick. Install started at 8:30 am and they were finished around 4 pm. Installed new AC and insulation throughout whole attic. My wife and the kids are happy with the new AC. 10/10 would have them do work again (but hopefully not a new AC, not for a long time).

Wow, what a shock! Expected full service maintenance but not what i received. Wanted $325 after arriving just to clean the coil! So I did my research and Air MCall is offering a $59.00 service deal that DOES INCLUDE coil cleaning! Not happy right now.....Have never been charged extra to clean the coil, always included with maintenance because it is part of routine maintenance!

System is fine. They were recommended to me by a friend. We've had them for a long time. It is a little bit expensive but I don't mind paying for the quality of product. I haven't had any problems with the system. I would absolutely use them in the future.

We researched quite a few AC companies for quotes since we had a system that was old but functioning. This gave us the time to speak to several companies. Friends of ours had used Waychoff's and they were pleased with them. We also called other companies that other friends had used. We must say that Tracy Poor was the most professional sales rep. that came to give us an estimate. He explained things well and only recommended what we needed. The gentlemen that installed our new system were also very professional and did a good job. When Tracy came back to review the work done, we explained to him we had a problem with our attic access because of the duct work and he explained that they would be back to correct the issue. We told him to wait till after the holiday and they were back to quickly correct the problem.

Steven called me and let me know he was on his way. Put on foot covers upon entering my home. Answered all my questions on how the unit worked. Gave honest estimate/actual price to fix unit. I had checked the internet on pricing. Had part on truck and I didn't need a return appointment all maintenance and installation of parts were done with this one appointment. It took this company one day to contact me, set appoint. They were ready to come out that day. I am impressed and I love and appreciate HONESTY and ACCURATE WORK! I highly recommend this company. As a matter of fact, I will have them do my follow up maintenance in the summer. Thank you so much and God Bless.
