We are members of Angie's List, I am used to getting a discount. The price was in market but no discount. No show on installation day-need better communication. We are retired so for as this was not inconvienent.

They were on time in the morning and were finished by 4 in the afernoon. They hauled away the old fence and were careful not to damage any shrubbery. I will call on them again when I need additional fencing,

The team arrived on time, worked as a team and finished in under three hours all waste was taken away. The yard looked fine. The crew chief maintained a latched on the existing fence that wasn?t working properly and repaired it. Very polite.

Estimate - Arrived on time well prepared and had excellent knowledge of the product and process. Office - Excellent communication and very professional. Work crew - arrived on time, worked efficiently and professionally. Good cleanup when finished. Most important; the fence looks great. Overall - The price is a little more than installers using 6X8 panels but, is justified by the quality of the materials used. All wood is pressure treated "Yellow Wood". All the wood materials are more substantial than panels i.e. 2X4 instead of 1X2, 5/8 vs 3X8 etc. Each picket is individually nailed in place. As a result, the fence is stronger and better looking than panels and comes with a great warranty.

Installation was great and they were able to install the fence a week earlier than initially planned. Superior Fence knew we were anxious to have the fence installed ASAP due to us getting a new puppy at the same time as buying a newly constructed house. They had a cancellation and were able to move our installation up by a week, which was great and very much appreciated.

Due to the rainy weather, they started late afternoon on 9/9/2014, but came early on 9/10/2014 and finished before 10 am.

On time, 3 workers, 5.5 hours, 100 degree temperatures, worked fast, but were careful to ensure good install. Cleaned up at the end. Very professional, and personable.

Excellent! Great communication from estimate to install. Crew showed up early worked hard and finished in one day. Fence is beautiful and was exactly as I wished. I found a crack in a rail after install that we missed during walk through and they came right out and repaired it while I was still at work. Pleasure to work with and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or hire them again.

Guys arrived on time. Process was smooth from the start to finish. Clean up was great. The fence looks great. Wonderful job.

Rick showed up (on time) to give us our estimate. He was knowledgeable and helpful to us as we talked out which type and style of fence would give us the desired result - we weren't looking for privacy, just an attractive way to keep our dog in the yard and other dogs out. Additionally, we have a view of our neighborhood pond that we didn't want to block with a solid fence. He took into consideration our needs and our finances and we decided an aluminum fence would nicely fit all of our requirements. He gave us an estimate that was less than that of two of his competitors and we liked his low (really, no) pressure approach with us. We had to wait a few weeks (due mostly to weather but also because they are busy and we had to wait our turn) but they showed up on the day they said they would and had the fence installed (beautifully!) in just a few hours. We also had a little bit of wood fence put in the back behind some trees to tie into our neighbors existing fence. We wanted those two fences to blend and then had the wood fence meet the aluminum fence at the back corner. The installers did a fantastic job on both types of fence. Our neighbors have repeatedly complimented our fence saying how lovely and upscale it looks. I could not be happier with my experience with Superior Fence & Rail. They were knowledgeable, courteous and efficient every step of the way. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to put in a new fence!!

Let's start with the quote process: Jim Marley came out to give us our estimate two times. The first time we had a family emergency and could not move forward. Then, two months later we were ready to continue, but wanted additional fencing, so we invited Jim back to re-quote. He couldn't have been nicer, and was very professional. We used the Angie's List coupon which gave us a good savings on the overall price as we had enough fencing to be put up. Now, the installation process:The two man crew arrived on time. They walked the perimeter of the property and discussed the layout of the fence, along with answering any questions we have regarding the installation. I am very excited about the installation as I have a bad case of arthritis and it will be great to just let the dogs out. So far, going great! We are putting in a ActiveYards vinyl fence as we believe it will provide the best bang for the buck along with giving us piece of mind since the guarantee on the fence is great. Lastly, I would like to add that even prior to Angie's List, Superior Fence & Rail, Inc. was the best priced company to suit our needs, and the most professional. We even had one company come out, and they never even got back to us with a quote! Talk about a way NOT to stay in business. I am glad we went with Superior Fence & Rail! I trust them when they say they stand behind their product.

No problems at all. They arrived on time and were very professional.

They were very prompt. I had an issue with something after they left; something came loose. They came right away and took care of it. They called to make sure everything was done right to my satisfaction. When I contacted them regarding schedule, they always returned my phone call promptly. They were very pleasant people to deal with. With regard to price, they were competitive. I would use them again.

They did a good job. Their price was excellent. Everything about them was excellent. They got it done really fast, like half a day. They matched our neighbor’s fence and everything went really well. I would recommend them.

Overall, I am very pleased with the new fence. It was a challenge, due to having old steel irrigation pipes underground, and sometimes they got in the way of post holes. The new fence looks great and they did the best job they could. I would have normally interacted with them more, but I had recently had a bone marrow transplant, so I wasn't supposed to be around people. If I had been out there, I could have pointed out some irregularities in the property line and maybe offered some suggestions, but all-in-all it looks great and I am happy with it. I have already recommended this company to others.

Excellent and very professional service from start to finish, including the sales rep who came out to do the estimate, office staff and installers. Office staff handled the HOA approval and kept us informed on progress and scheduling. Installation crew arrived on time and worked quickly, neatly and efficiently. Very pleased with the results and would highly recommend Superior.

Great Job!!!! Top Notch Service at a Great price!

The job went perfect. I had spoken to a number of fence companies and chose Superior based on Zach's(the owner) willingness to work with us on design of custom gates. In addition, I felt Superior offered tremendous quality and was the best value. The job began on time and finished on time. The crew was professional. Very few jobs go without a hitch but I can say this is one of them. Several times during the course of the day Zach showed up to review progress and to ensure we were satisfied with how things were going. I had offered several pictures of gates that I liked and why I liked each one. In the end, I trusted Superior to do the design. I couldn't be happier. The driveway gate includes and arbor and decorative gate. The side gate mimics the decorative gate on the driveway. The finished product improved the curb appeal of our property and gave us a back yard that looks larger with lots of privacy. We are thrilled. When the job was finished, it was like they had never been there. It was the best clean up by a contractor that I have ever experienced. I am now planning on adding a small fence for the front yard and would not consider anyone other than Superior.

We own a small remodel construction company, and we called three fence companies that we found on Angie's List. We hired Superior to install a fence for a client. They did a wonderful job. And we now have a go to fence company.

representative came out to house right on time. walked the perimeter with me and explained the whole process. answered any and all questions leaving me comfortable and confident with me decision to go with them. I was at work when fence was installed so only my wife was at home. they came and went straight to work. did not hassle my wife at all, she actually had to go out to them and offer them water and they were appreciative and polite. from head to toe there was complete professionalism, highly recommend this company.

Zach,the owner provided options and estimates to fit my budget. Then, Dustin and the installation crew made it all happen. Great experience. No surprises. Extremely professional start to finish. I love my fence!
