Wonderful job.
Description of Work: Installed a large backyard fence after having damage from Hurricane Irma. Finished the fence in about 5 hours. Had a team of people to do the installation. Used concrete on posts. Excellent work.

I received an email response with an estimate that was much less than a few other companies I contacted. They came out a week later and replaced the side gate. Very professional and done within a week of my initial contact.

All workers were very efficient. We are very pleased with the fence. It is a much better quality than the fence that was replaced.

They were very responsive, showed up on time, took his time speaking to my husband to explain everything. My husband requested 2 types of quotes and he was very personable, he came in and took his time discussing everything. My husband was very impressed with him and his professionalism. My husband requested 2 different quotes based on 2 different sections. He waited for my husband to go out and talk to him and that was nice. We were happy with the estimate and the time that he took. The pricing was about the same as everybody else. He made an appointment, and he was in the neighborhood a day before and so he called to find out if he can come over. I would use them for the price and if I wanted a different fence.

They arrived on time. Got the entire job done in less than 6 hours. Removed all of the old wooden fencing and left no mess. Very friendly and professional. Their price was lower than the other companies that bid on the job.

He came when he said he would and gave us a written estimate. He was a nice, personable man.
Description of Work: We had Superior out for an estimate for a backyard fence to be added on the side to our neighbor's fence. We thought for the area we wanted enclosed, Superior was high. The discount they offered did not apply to us because we didn't meet the requirements. We will find someone else.

he will be back in acouple of days to get firm price before setting a date for installation. was impressed with quality of material and installation process.especially using aluminum i beam post inside post for gate.this will secure gate stability where other company's used wood, and we know over time wood rots.will get back after fence installed.his price was inline with others but better installation procedures and longer labor warranty.

Person came out to my house to verify measurements for quote provided via email. The individual that came out provided a quote that was 2ft different then what I received previously, however the price was increased about $700. They told me there was no way that they quoted me the first price, however I had the email from them. They offered no explanation, nor any reduction in price to match the first quote, only gave me the option to schedule or to give my tentative appointment to another customer. I would not recommend this company, I felt like it was a bait and switch job and that they simply didn't care if they got the job or not.

You will see that there is clearly a 45LF difference between my initial estimate and the quote my sales rep field measured, hence the $700 difference in price. At no point in our communication has there been any attempt to deceive or bait or switch. In my last communication my reason for asking whether or not you would like to move forward is because we were getting within our window to keep you on the schedule. We value every customer and at this point you can see that there has been no wrong on our part. In this business environment these online reviews have a big impact on business reputation, so I hope next time you will review your correspondence with a company more carefully before levering serious accusations in a public forum. Thank you for the feedback. At this time we do not offer repairs and maintenance as a service, although it is something we are considering in the future. There are numerous reasons we do not currently offer this service outside of fences we have installed. For wood fencing, there are several different specifications of board, rail, and post that in most instances cannot be mixed and matched. For chain-link fencing, most fences are too old to be repaired properly as the fence has grown into the ground. For vinyl and aluminum fences it is difficult to purchase repair parts for for most fences because fence manufacturers modify their products in such a way as to limit the interchangeability of the products. While we have access to several manufacturers, we prefer to only use one to simplify our inventory and strengthen our buying power and ability to offer the best prices. We do apologize that we were not able to offer a service to meet your needs. As we said before, this is a service we may offer in the future but at this time it is simply not feasible for us to do so. Thanks!!

They did a great job. I wasn't home when they came, my wife was. What she told me was that it was a great experience. Only one guy showed up, I saw him a little bit. He just stayed there, did his work, took out our little fence and put up a big one in. Overall, he just did a pretty outstanding job.

Very smooth. The installers seemed open to any suggestions and had answers for everything. Will contact them again after I have a pine tree removed that's almost on the property line. Though for the back fence, I will probably do CCA with 5/8 inch slats and stain it when required. Very smooth the first time. Second time is the latter paragraph above. I'll keep ya'll posted.
Description of Work: Wanted a nice fence for the front yard, + More room for my Pup to run around outside. + a block for my bedroom windows which face the S side and there was no blind before the fence. Seems like nice quality and should outlast ME..... L O L ! UPDATE ! Had them install a Wood Board on Board Privacy Fence. Well, what a mess. When their installers where over 1.2 done, I went out and seen that they were just butting the boards together. I said HOLD ON ! That's not what I ordered ! I wanted Board on Board. So, they finished out with Board on Board like they were suppose to have done in the first place. So, they came back the next day after I went to work. They just doubled up the boards they butted together ? WRONG ! Also some of the boards look like seconds ! Big Knots and edges missing ? We going round on this one ! I'll keep you all posted ! If they come through and complete it correctly with good new boards the right way, I'll change my review ! NEW Update,,, So I called Superior and talked with the manager. He fessed up to making the mistake on the privacy fence. They are returning Friday 4/26 to re do the whole length of fence that was installed. Can't complain that the manager fessed up to the mistake and they are eating the cost of the mistake. If there are no more updates to my review. Totally 100 % Satisfied customer !

I met representatives from this company at the Home and Patio Show. They were very professional from the beginning until the end. I obtained estimates from other fencing companies but came back to Superior Rail. Jim gave us a very detailed estimate with three different types of fencing we could use. No other company was as informative asJim. The reps even followed up with us after installation to validate our satisfaction with the work.

I actually loved the way they were professional as far as sales. The installer came earlier than what I was told. Normally, this would be a good thing but I have two infant/toddler(s) that I was trying to get ready. Their workmanship/services were beautiful!
