They were excellent. We had 2 companies bid and the first company seemed extremely high, based on what I knew fencing was going for. So we called Silverman because we were also impressed that they manufactured their own fence panels. The bid process was very easy and the job was scheduled promptly and they even called us with an earlier opening availability. It only took 2 days to complete, and the crew was very friendly and VERY competent (they would have had it done in 1 day but it was just too hot and the people who did the fence before we moved in set the posts so deep it was backbreaking to dig them up). They finished while we were out of town and we were SO excited to get home and see it. It's just perfect. We have already recommended them to a neighbor and plan on recommending them to anyone who asks (and even those where we have to shoehorn it in). If you're received a bid and it was just too high or you called a company and weren't impressed with the level of service, call Silverman.

Deana came out and gave me a quote and was very personable and knows her business. Price was very competitive, work was done neatly, looks great! This is a local family owned business and I would encourage anyone needing fence work to use them. They also did the work without me there and billed me by email, which helped me out a lot with my work schedule.

My husband and I were very impressed with the quality of bracketed wooden gate put in for us. We are comfortable in knowing from it's structure and hinges used, it will certainly stand the test of time without sagging. In addition, it allows the complete swing outward for the full drive space we need to get our 21' trailered boat in and out of our challenging drive way that has an unfortunate mailbox placement at the street and decorative pilings on the wrong side of it making it all the more challenging to get our trailered boat backed in! The last thing we need is to be struggling with a gate! Now thanks to the quality job done by Silverman Fence Company those days are over! We highly recommend this fence company to anyone who has a need for a fence or gate; especially, when looking for overall competitive price, quality, punctuality, responsiveness and professionalism. We scheduled appointment with Ms. Silverman. The fence surveyor arrived punctual, and gave us an estimate on site. We were pressed for time, and Ms. Silverman made sure the fence was installed as soon as possible. The crew was extremely professional and courteous, and cleaned up after the install. We asked the crew to take the old fence to the neighbors house, and they did with no objection. Our fence is sturdy and beautiful. We highly recommend Silverman.

This is the second time I have used this company. They responded to my request for an estimate in a timely manner, arrived on time on the agreed upon date, told me how long it would take, and completed the work in that time frame. I found all aspects of this business to be handled in a professional, yet friendly manner.

They did complete the repairs in only one day. I have a different kind of fence since I have an eight foot fence. Those are harder to work on and they did it no problem. I like them because they were fast and responsive. They did the good work that they said they would. The entire transaction was easy to complete; they did the work and I paid them. They did go above and beyond to complete the work. They quoted me weeks however they show up early to accommodate me.

I like everything about them. I would give them an A on all the categories. They were on time; they got the work done in the amount of time that they said they would get it done. The crew is very professional. I had a problem with the date and they replaced it no charge.

A man came to my house to examine my wooden privacy fence for any needed repairs and I was told that everything looked good for now. No work of any kind was done.

As soon as I spoke with this company on the phone I knew they were the right people to do this job. Linda was so wonderful and understanding on the phone that I felt like I was dealing with a friend. The crew came out, one of them Linda's son (owner) and devised a contraption to cut my post down exactly. I was very impressed with the quality of work and the way the crew worked togther getting the whole job done in one day. I would recommend this company to anyone needing fence work!

My existing,12 year old, gate was rotted beyond repair and fell off its' hinges. After researching on Angie's List I called Silverman Fence for an estimate. They were out the next day, at the agreed upon time, and gave me an estimate of $376 to replace the gate, 4 feet of fencing and two posts. I agreed and they scheduled me for September 17th. I told them that I am home most of the time, and since this would be a relatively small job, they could do it whenever they could fit it in. I was called the morning of Sept. 11th, and was told they would be out that day to do the work. They did a great job, took away the rotten fencing, and left me a satified customer.

The whole experience with Silverman Fence was positive. From my first contact, which was with the owner on the first day I asked for an estimate, to final installation I couldn't have asked for a better company to work with for my fencing needs. Quality product with a professional installation team yesterday made for a truly great experience. My husband and I are very pleased with Silverman Fence!

Silverman Fence Company provided prompt estimate for insurance purposes and compared to other fence companies in this area they were very easy to deal with and backed up their promises. Even though a mistake was made on the initial order of fence panels they corrected the error and resolved the issue. I would definitely use this company again should the need arise.

I'll describe my most recent experience since it's most relevant. Having used them before, I contacted Silverman Fence for a bid on removing & replacing two runs of fence in my back yard. I got one other bid and Silverman was the most cost effective option, along with being a company I've used before. One mishap occurred in that they accidentally caught a yard tool on the back of their truck on a hanging cable, thereby disconnecting my internet. This issue was resolved within 24 hours as they called my internet service provider to come make the repair. I called to have one section (in an awkward corner by a tree) adjusted and they came out the next business day and completed it. My reason for pointing out the minor glitches is that SIlverman resolved them perfectly and without hesitation.

Crew showed up as schedule and had project completed within 3 1/2 hours. They took care in working around our newly laid sod and even made repair to one slat on our existing fence. The fence looks GREAT and am sure we will have years of privacy and enjoyment.

This company was very professional, thorough and timely. I have worked with them before professionally on some other projects and they always did a really great job. They just seemed to be priced a good bit higher than I wanted to do for a residential project. I will use them again in the future.

Had to wait about two weeks for sections to be milled and delivered, but overall went well.
