Very professional. They were very helpful and patient in assisting us in picking the colors. During the execution, the project manager communicated very well, they took their time to make sure every detail was properly addressed.

They are pretty good. They were professional. They were in a bit of a hurry and finished the project in two days. They are some spots on the carpet that we still have to get out. They didn’t really follow up with us after the work was done.

The quote was for $9000. The overall experience with them was very good. They were very professional. They scheduled a specific time to meet because I had not come to the area yet. They were very nice and very professional. The only thing that I really didn’t care about them was that they were trying to up sell things. They were up selling people and up selling an interior decorator. They were up selling everybody that he gave me a list for. They might be nice but at that point in time, I was on a strict budget. I told them at the beginning that I was on a tight budget. I wanted to do everything but I couldn’t afford to do all those things. I think they would have done a great and a phenomenal job. My house would have been a show case house but I didn’t have the ability to do that. I will probably not use their services again in the future just because of the cost to paint the house.

I obtained two quotes for the job. Performance Painting presented a professional estimate, started the work as promised and coordinated the job so I could have the flooring contractor install hardwood in the living, dining and office while the painters finished the bedrooms and garage. James Silva was the project manager and was professional and dedicated to making sure the job was done well and completed on time. I was impressed with the quality of the work and would hire Performance Painting again.

They got a workmanship at job and they were all quality guys.

From a distance the job looks fine, however I was disappointed with the amount of spraying that was done rather than hand painting for the price I paid. There are areas that have spray residue on the brick which the supervisor argued that was there prior to new paint job. ---- 5-6-2013 Thought I would update this given I'm looking for a painter AGAIN, only 4 years after I had my house painted. The paint is peeling very badly.

When I first called this company for an estimate they were one of the higher estimates I'd received. Of course, I inquired why and after my own research & previous experience with other companies on the lower-priced end, I decided to go with Performance Painting. They are truly the best. I always get through to someone when I call. They are professional, clean, on time and detail-oriented. It's the little things like cleaning up after themselves, no overspray anywhere and overall friendly disposition.
