On time and very professional. Added skylights will save on daytime lamp usage and not affect TV viewing.

The technician and helper showed up on time. He explained what would be happening and how long it would take. He made sure to lay down tarps to cover my furniture and the floor in the area directly beneath the installation site. He finished really quickly and put everything back in its proper place. I was very pleased with this experience and will definitely call them in the future once I decide where to put another solar light.

I couldn't have been happier with the experience with Nature Vue. We have a two-story house. We decided to replace our plastic, domed, 12-year-old skylights with energy-efficient glass replacement windows. The workers came that morning, on time with all the supplies needed. The ladder was put against the roof in the front yard. They didn't have to use the backyard gate, which was great because our two big dogs were in the backyard and there wasn't any worry about them getting out. The whole process only took about 90 minutes. They only came inside the house when they first arrived to view the windows, to answer all my questions and to lay dropcloths below both windows to catch anything that fell during the replacements. The whole replacement was done from outside. My pet peeve with contractors is when they leave supplies and scraps in your yard and house; Nature Vue did nothing of the sort. They put blue tarps on my grass and laid the old windows on the tarp. They replaced the shingles and completely sealed the windows. I would recommend this company to everyone.

Perfect job and the results were even better than we would have expected. Clean workers and punctual. Excellent.

Everything they told me turned out to be true. I had prior a skylight that was plastic and discovered it is circum to ultra violet rays. They had a better product that was a specially treated glass and had a lot of information on the glass.They did a beautiful job and we have had alot of rain and I am complectly satisfied. I am happy to report they did what they advertised.

Came back on June 17, to install the two 58 x 26 new curb mounted velux skylights. Installer Patrick was on time, in fact he was early for the 2:00-4:00 window I was given. He set right to work removing the old skylights and installing the new ones. He used window cleaner on the new ones to remove any packing material. He even made a minor repair on my roof. Great service from beginning to end. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends.

Service was prompt, professional, curteous, and clean. Everything from ordering through installation was A+.

I was very, very happy with their work. We had 4 existing skylights and the replaced them all. I think that the pricing was okay. In the 2 bigger ones we had full solar powered shades put in. They were great, they came right on time. They were very fast and efficient. The work they did was great. I am very, very happy with the results. If I could put in more skylights I would do it. The workers were very knowledgeable, very professional, very polite. They were very respectful of my items. They made sure to cover up everything, especially since they were working on the roof and I have popcorn ceiling. They put down tarps so that I wouldn't get popcorn ceiling or debris get on anything like that on my belongings.

I am very pleased with the work perfomed. They were prompt and very professional. After they were done you would never known they were there, they installed a skylight in my laudry room and it was spotless when they left. I had mentioned to the owner who gave me an estimate that I had a leak in my roof, since they are licensed roofing contractors he said his workers would look at it when they came to install the skylight and attic fan. To my surprize they fixed my monor roof leak at no cost to me. I highly reccomended them.

It went very well - they were in and out in less than 90 minutes. The skylight provides a lot of light in what was previously a very dark kitchen. It's made a big difference in the brightness of the room.

The project went quite well. The installer was friendly & professional and the install only took 3 hours for all 3 items. This is a solid company to deal with.

I actually climbed on the roof afterwards to install Christmas lights and the quality of the workmanship was remarkable! It looked as if they were installed by the home builder. If you have not had a solar tube or an attic fan, look into it. You will notice a difference in your electric bill and the light is very pleasant. The only issue I had was I always kept reaching for the light switch when I left home because it seemed as the lights were on because it was so bright. Regarding Nature Vue, we just purchased another home and I already got a quote and am scheduling installation of 2 solar tubes and an attic fan before we move in.

Couldn't ask for more on any level. Came out the same day after heavy rain and fixed 6 roof leaks for the price of a service call. This wasn't the first time we've experienced outstanding service. William is an awesome Tech. Mary Lou has a great business. Thanks

We were glad to find this company, since this job is kind of small for most roofers. Our experience with Nature Vue has been excellent, once we made the appointment everything was on time and our fans are working efficiently and have lowered our attic and home temperatures. Great product, great service, great installation!.

Two years ago, I had Nature Vue replace two leaking skylights in my family room. We discussed solar shades at that time but I couldn't afford it. I contacted Mary Lou, the owner, via email just a couple of weeks ago and was amazed that she remembered my situation! We arranged for Mark to come over to take the measurements so the shades could be ordered. Mark was right on time and very friendly and professional. There were some trim pieces in the way of the tracks for the shades so William came by a few days later to check out the situation. After finding they were indeed unnecessary, we agreed they could be removed and William said the shades would be ordered right away. William also completed the install a week or so later and for both of his visits, he was on time, friendly, and professional. For the install, he removed the trim pieces and vaccumed the floor under the skylights when he was done! He had also covered my couch with plastic to keep it clean! I have nothing but the highest praise for Mary Lou and her entire crew; she is a very caring person and the entire company seems to follow her lead. By the way, I LOVE MY SKYLIGHT SHADES! The consultant for Nature Vue, Mark, came out on Sept 13th to look at the job and give me an estimate. He was here on time, was professional and friendly. The installer, William, installed the skylights on Sept 21st. It took from 9:30am to approximately 1:00pm. They cleaned up when the work was done and were very professional. The actual price I paid was a little less than the estimate. I was very happy with the work and would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is interested in having skylights installed in their home. The skylights provide lots of light and I do not have to turn on lights in those three rooms at all during the daytime. If I ever needed skylights in another home I would call Nature Vue again.

The fitter was a pleasant guy; he cleared up after himself and was happy to talk about what he was doing. As far as we know, the job was well done. It looks very good. The work is guaranteed against leaks for 10 years. Since we chose to connect the light fitment ourselves, rather than pay $170 for the electrician to come in just for that job, the fitter gave us the necessary junction box and the manufacturer's instructions. It looks fairly simple.

He arrived on time, got right to work, made sure he knew exactly where I wanted the solatube and was done in about an hour and a half. He was very cheerful and courteous. This is definitely a good company.
