Mello called the day before and the day of to let me know he would be here. He was on time, courteous and did a great job for the agreed to price. I would hire again.

Mello and his partner Greg came out to re-stretch my carpets, that had puckered within a few months of the home builder's installation. So I had them go ahead and clean them while they were here. They were on time, appreciated the business, paid attention to detail, cleaned up all the little fragments left behind (even though I told them, it was OK, I'd vacuum after the carpets were dry), and most pleasant to work with. Their machine extracted most of the water so they were only slightly damp when they were finished. And the re-stretching was expertly done! I would highly recommend them and will definitely call them again when I need carpet work done.

showed up 30 mins early after coordinating with me. I really appreciated the call the day before. Did a great job stretching the carpet in my bedroom. I forgot to explain that the carpet extended into a short hallway and into two closets, without any seams whatsoever. This is the reason that it needed stretching......no room to expand.

Quick response, professional and very kind. He repaired part of my carpet where my cat and clawed it at bedroom door. He took pieces of carpet from the linen closet and used it to put in the area torn up. I had asked him to do a section but realized I wanted a longer section done. He stayed longer to add another pice to it â He reiterated he wanted me to be happy. Also he used a large piece of scrap carpet he had in my linen closet to redo that area where an existing stain/burn had been for years. Here when we bought this house. The color was close to ours so it was good. Mello had all the right tools and knew his craft.

I gave them 3 stars because he responded quickly, and was on time for my job. He quoted me $150-$200 but charged me $250. He did a terrible job stretching and seaming my carpet. I will not be recommending him to anyone.

I paid another company to patch an area of carpet after my daughter spilled nail polish and it looked terrible. Then I found Melloâ s on home advisor. He re-did the patch for me and it looks amazing! You can not even see where it was patched. Thank you!
