Vendor kept communication open as to when he had completed prior job and was on his way to my residence and how far away he was. Also vendor was very professional and knowledgeable and revealed places where my carpet had never even been tacked down when carpet was installed. He tacked carpet at no additional cost. I would definitely recommend this vendor to anyone looking for cleaning, repair or stretching as what I used him for.

Couldn't even tell the carpet was replaced!

Requested to move up the appointment and then was over 20 minutes late and changed the amount that he had quoted on the phone up by $50 just because he had to move 2 pieces of furniture. Then he told me that the uneven areas would go down, but they did not.
