He was professional on returning calls and setting the appointment. He explained the work and did an excellent job.

He was courteous, and great at follow up. He contacted us the day before to confirm the appointment. He contacted us day us to confirm he was arriving on time or is he had delays. He finished his work and then let us know when he was finished so we could examine the work. Will definitely use his services again. The area smelled very clean and the edges he corrected looked like freshly laid carpet.

He arrive 10 minutes ahead of schedule ready to work once he was in side the house we went over all the work that needed to be done and then he started working he did an excellent job on Stretching all of the carpets that we had concerns with .He was very courteous and friendly I would definitely use him again.

Mello came to our home to repair a small area of carpet that had been torn up by a pet. When he was done, you literally could not see that damage had ever occurred. He is very talented and did amazing work. Very professional and polite, as well. I received a handful of quotes, and his was the best. I will hire him again should the need arise.
