They quoted me a price for 2 hours work including gas, etc. They arrived on time and did the job they stated they would, but they argued between themselves all the time and created a lot of stress. On arriving at my home, all I can say is that I am glad I had my very big dog there. I really felt they were looking around to see what I owned. Like clockwork, one asked to use the bathroom as another asked to have a glass of water and the third tried to wander off. I called him into the kitchen to do his paper work, fortunately I could see the downstairs bathroom and managed to keep an eye on all three. They insisted on cash, the amount we had initially agreed, which I paid and then they demanded a tip!! I paid but was told it wasn't enough!! They could have had plenty of more work but I would never use them again and would not recommend them to anybody.
