They installed 3 sprinkler zone manifolds for me. Niles was very professional & knowledgeable. Troubleshooting skills was excellent. He had a trainer with him and was very patient with him while performing this job. I would hire him again.

They are very quick to respond and schedule. They were punctual and finished the work when they said they would. Great communication and extremely professional. We had a lawn that had been neglected for a while, and it was complicated by the recent removal of several trees that had left behind many large underground roots. They did a great job and handled many complicated issues along the way. 100% recommend.

I encourage you to hire Grass Gremlins. This was my 3rd time having them to complete a project; landscaping, demolition and debris removal, the service they provide is 2nd to none. Their professionalism and price is what keeps me calling them. There is no job that they canâ t do!

I loved my experience with this company. They called before arriving and where so professional when discussing or explaing anything to me. Their work is amazing and speaks for itself and their pricing is amazing for the work they do. Would highly recommend!

He did not come on the day he was supposed to; I called late evening on that day and he said he was running late and if he did not get to me that day, he had been there first thing the next morning. The point is I had to call him, he did not call to say he was running behind. When he came to do the work, he did not have a receipt book with him and said that if I texted my email he send a receipt. I had to call and text him at least 2 more times, and when he finally sent the receipt it did not show that I had paid in full. When I emailed and called and texted him about it, he said his end showed it was paid in full, and he'd did all he could do on his end. I would not recommend him for the customer service aspect--it is unprofessional not to have a means of giving a receipt, not sending the correct one, and finally to not remedy the situation. He acted like it was a bother to send a paid in full receipt. I would NOT recommend him.
