Description of Work: Yearly pest spraying indoor and out. Will return any time at no charge for additional treatments, which they lived up to. Pricey for yearly service, but like to guarantee for additional treatments any time at no additional charge. They were extremely thorough during both visits.

Description of Work: A representative came out to provide an estimate for a termite treatment. W/O even showing where on my house the termites were, he gave me a doom and gloom outlook and quoted me a very high treatment plan. When I replied that I would discuss with my husband and also needed to wait for a second quote, he immediately lowered the price $200. When I said I still needed to discuss and get a 2nd quote, he tried to aggressively persuade me to make an on the spot decision. My confidence was lost once the high quote was given then lowered 5 mins later.

Description of Work: Greg arrived on time and explained the termite treatment and the bond. I didn`t feel pressured at all. When I signed up, I asked if it could be done the next day as I was going out of town and wanted to be at home when the treament was done. Drew showed up the next day a couple of hours early in order to beat the possibility of rain. He removed the mulch,dug the trench for the termite treatment and when finished put the mulch back over the beds. I also got the home pest control. Drew went through the house and showed me how he put the treated little pads on the side of the drawers and how he drilled into the wall behind the tubs in two of the bathrooms to put some treatments behind the tubs. He then covered the drilled area on the wall with a white plastic plate similar to a switch plate;only without any openings.

+ -1 moreWe used Brandon Pest Control a couple of years ago, and he got rid of the ants. We had to call him back out again this year to get rid of them. I would recommend anyone to use him. He is very nice man. He sprays once and comes back a second time make sure it was effective.
