I didn't have to leave a message and Josh responded right away! Within an hour he was assessing the room and testing for water and humidity levels that may be affecting the room walls and floor. Josh was extremely knowledgeable about the situation and provided helpful infomration and options about how to best address repairs needed. He provided a reasonable estimate and I would definitely recommend his company and services to others. He was extremely professional, respectful, and took the time to describe the various repair issues and how to resolve. I would definitely refer the company of Mr. Dry Out to my friends and families. Aweful they put holes in every room of my home cut electrical lines , busted the Kitchen faucet and Alkaline water system . Demanded money before post test . After payment mold was found behind a bathroom wall under the kitchen floor and in a mattress and sofa left behind . When I brought this to the owner Matts attention he became threatening ..

I would not hire again . They tore out walls in every room in my home so hap hazardously. Door and window trim ripped apart . Very sloppy . Electrical lines cut . A real mess left behind . The bed full of pots and pans dishes when items removed the bed was filthy . The conditions the condo was left in was devastating . It seems there must be a proper tool to determine where mold is present other than ripping apart so many walls for what if ..He was not happy I wanted to do a post test before paying him . He did some scotch tape test which made no sense to me . He recommended a home inspector who took forever to get the results . Recent removal of flooring mold was found . When I mentioned this to him he became nasty . He threw out my artificial plants but did not take the bulky items like mattresses etc his advice was wipe them off with a damp cloth. If that is what it took why did I need them . I became very sick in this mold environment and they knew this why would they expect me to sleep on this same mattress again . Their final work was disrespectful. They however were punctual and left equipment behind when they knew I was doing a post test . Edited as of 5/11/17 - His clause on the paperwork says he asks for full opportunity to make the customer satisfied. When I reached out to him about all the remaining issues, he told me that if I didn’t stop harassing him, he would call the police and see me in court. He even posted a video on his company’s Facebook page with my full name, and a video of my home in a devastated state, without my permission. I feel so violated by his action, and exposing my home like he did. He wasn’t even standing behind the fact that he knew he didn’t get all the mold. I got very sick in this condo AFTER he did the work. He talked me into hiring a home inspector, who wasn’t even qualified to do this type of test. The person they talked me into hiring to do the test lost it for 3 weeks and said FedEx had misplaced it. They left my condo devastated. There wasn’t a room that didn’t have holes in it. I sat in the back bedroom and got extremely sick after they left. The flooring in the kitchen even had mold under it after they left. He left all my pots and pans on the bed on top of a moldy mattress in another room and told me to simply clean it with a wet rag. He also cut my electrical lines and didn’t offer to fix them.

We called Mr. Dry Out on Sunday and he came on Monday. He did a fabulous job and left the home in very nice condition. I am in Real Estate and have called him several times to remedy a water-mold-mildew issue and he has promptly kept his appointments and his cost has been very fair. We would highly recommend Mr. Dry Out!

I have to say this service was so quick and painless on the wallet - Matthew the owner was in and had all issues addressed in my house so quickly.

Matthew Jerabek has supported "staying local" and is a very involved community member - His business has also supported a side project of mine at the school and I can't say thanks enough... If you got water he'll get it out!

We removed wallpaper in our kitchen and were shocked to see a little mold. We called Mr. Dry Out when we discovered it this morning and spoke to a live person. Within an hour the owner called me back and scheduled an estimate assessment for this afternoon. He arrived promptly and thoroughly assessed the situation. Instead of scheduling a future date, Matt completed the work himself after the assessment. We are incredibly grateful to Matt for his kindness, thoroughness and professionalism. We highly recommend Mr. Dry Out and truly thank him for spending several hours with us on a Sunday. He helped make our home safe again.

Within 24 hours, over the holiday weekend, this company was in constant communication, arrived on time and did a through job. The crew, Sean and Don, arrived in neat uniforms, and drove a nice service van that had the name of the company and a logo on it. Both guys were clean-cut, well spoken, articulate and professional. After evaluating the situation in the crawlspace, Sean briefed me on the treatment and offered other observations. It became very clear that Sean had learned more about the construction details beneath the house than one of the foundation contractors which had performed work on three prior occasions over a period of five years. Since Sean, the mold guy, knew more about the house than the previous foundation guy, it reinforced our decision not to use that foundation contractor anymore! Sean was able to get into areas beneath the house that I have never been able to access, and we only recently learned was accessible by our new foundation contractor: the same foundation contractor that recommended Mr. Dry Out to us. I will have to back down there myself if I want to see how he did it. While he was underneath, we could hear him under a concrete slab portion of the house that we did not believe was accessible at all, since that was a "professional option" from our previous foundation contractor. To say the least; we are impressed that this guy did such a through survey. Two companies have told us that this particular part of the underside of the house was inaccessible. Now in less than a week, two new companies have figured it out. Clearly, we have been using the wrong contractors for years. The treatment took almost three hours. During this time, all I had to do was make some hot water available to use to dilute the multiple batches of treatment spray that they mixed. I was briefed again by Sean before he left, got the paperwork done and gave them a check. They departed quietly and unlike other contractors, they left without a trace; no litter, cigarette butts, etc. We have not been able to go under the house to see the results, but we are trusting that the job was done well based on the interaction with the technicians. We will know more when the guys from our new foundation contractor come back to do their project, but we sure feel like we made the right decision to work with Mr. Dry Out. They are knowledgeable and responsible.

They were able to respond to my call the same day and arrived when they promised. They did a thorough job drying out the walls that were affected. They left equipment in the bathroom for about 2 days and came back to retrieve it when they said. They did a good job. There pricing is expensive, but probably competitive for the area.

THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB. IT LOOKS GOOD NOW. HE LEFT 1 PIECE OF EQUIPMENT AT NO CHARGE UNTIL HE WAS SATISFIED. HE WENT OVER AND BEYOND. EACH FAN IS $30.00/DAY AND EACH HUMIDIFIER IS $100.00/DAY.
