Description of Work: Dr Lucans is the vet I deal with.I adopted 2 kittens in Dec of 2013 and she gave them their 1st exams and shots. I saw her several times in 2014 as one of the kittens was sick and she took care of her. I have not had to go back but if my cats ever need vet care I would go there again.I can't speak for any of the other vets but Dr. Lukens is the best! I highly recommend her.

Description of Work: The picked up on diagnosing and treating my cat after Coral Springs Animal Hospital failed to get the job done. Hollywood was cheaper across the board on all their expenses, which was an added bonus. They diagnosed my cat as having an abscess, following his surgery to remove an intestinal obstruction. Gave my kitty some much needed antibiotics, fluid, and TLC.

Description of Work: I made an appointment with Dr. Cessa who is my brother's dog's vet and came highly recommended. When I called to confirm, I was informed I did not have an appointment with him and that he was a very busy doctor so it would be quite challenging for me to schedule an appointment with him. I was referred to Dr. Norris so I set up an appointment with her. The clinic is quite nice and the staff is friendly although the receptionist desk seemed a bit disorganized. I was a new patient and I gave them all of my information, filled out all of the forms they gave me, yet they asked me for the same information several times, such as my id which they already had in their possession. After sorting out the confusion, they took me in to see Dr. Norris who is very nice and professional. Great listener, excellent people skills, and wonderful with animals. My pup was having problems with fleas because we just moved here from the West Coast. She recommended a flea pill rather than the liquid format and an antihistamine. Mario my pup is no longer a flea magnet and he has stopped constantly scratching. I would definitely take Mario back to Dr. Norris and plan to take my cats when they require vaccine updates. Postscript: a week after seeing Dr. Norris, I received a call from the clinic to confirm my appointment with Dr. Cessa - the appointment they told me the week before I did not have. Seems they need a little front office organization.
