They were punctual, careful and professional.

I was told they would be here between 10 and 12 but they would call first. Around 11:30 they had not yet called so we went and ran an errand. We came back about 11:50 and passed their truck leaving our house. They left a note that said they waited a long time and left at 12:05 (even though it was 11:50). We called the company and they said they the movers were not answering their phone and they would call back. Finally, twenty minutes later, we called them again and they said they wanted to reschedule for Tuesday. I told them we were expecting a call, and they said they had called over and over, and that they could even hear the phone ringing in the house. That is funny, because there is no phone in the house--we moved it already. They claimed they did not have our cell phone number which was simply not true. In addition, we requested three movers because we had a difficult job, and there were only two men in the truck. Now we have to dispute the deposit charge with the credit card company.
