The lady's name is Diane and she is very good. She charged me $35 an hour. She used to work for Sears for 22 years installing fridges and stoves. She cleaned up my fridge underneath the coil and also the coils in the air conditioner. She definitely knows her job. She's professional. Her price is average. Her responsiveness is very good. She does a lot of maintenance work for some wealthy person in Lauderdale every week. I would use her services in the future too.

After replaceing the heating element in the dryer ourselves it still didn't heat. Diane knew just what to look for and replace, and also gave us great tips on yearly maintainence and saving money on our electric bill. No doubt in my mind, I would call her again!

Great. Quickly assessed the problems and replaced belts

It was a good experience. I would hire her again for handyman work. She did everything well. She came when she was coming and she did what she said she would do. She charged me what she said she would charge.

I called and they never showed up. He called back to rescheduled and they never showed up up. So when he called back a third time to reschedule, I didn't.

It went well and I would recommend them. They were very professional and very client oriented. They completed their work very high quality and they were very punctual.

She is a pretty good handy woman. I paid about $90 on that last job. She is very good and pretty reliable. She always shows up when she says she would.

Diane is the ultimate professional. She is punctual and extremely focused on the job she is performing. She takes the time to explain what she is doing so that you are informed of all her steps. She is a quick problem solver and is constantly aware of what would be best for the customer. I was extremely pleased with the quality of her work and with her knowledge. I could not have made a better choice than Diane! As a new condo owner I will be making more upgrades to my home, so I am positive that I will be contacting her again, in fact, I already have my next Diane list started. I highly recommend her for any home repairs you may have.

Her charge is about $30 an hour. She was really good when she came at the end of the year. There was another job that I wanted her to do, but I haven?t heard back from her, so I don?t know what is happening with her. She was really good when she is here, but her follow-up is not so good. The price is really good for what work she did. I could not find the hinges for the cabinet doors and she went out and found the right one and put them on. She is really resourceful at finding the material, if you can?t find them yourself. She spent like an hour trying to do the screen door properly.

She wasn't able to fix the kitchen cabinet but she checked out lighting in my kitchen.

Totally UNSAT. Contacted her and appeared to be responsive. However, a bit undecisive with regard to when she could accomplish the work. When she did come out, quickly determined she could not do the fan because it was too high and did not have needed ladder and something about the wires. Instead took on the job of doing the tank. Took a part off and held for several days in order to find a cap for the pump. Finally came out, put cap on sprinkler pump, and then determined she could not do job. Did not contact me and instead told my son she couldn't do. I'm still not clear on what happened. Definitely "wishy washy." Hired her because I didn't want to spend time doing the work and ended up doing the job anyway. She was a total waste of time. .

I called her immediately when I saw the problem. She responded right away, appreciating my concern. She removed old screening and installed the new. Work was done very, very professionally. She replaced a part in one toilet and made an adjustment in the other, saving me money. She described what she did, but I don't get it. She explained that if problems were more than minor, I should call a plumber.

It was a great experience. My call was responded to quickly and efficiently. Diane fixed the dryer and went out of her way to show me where the lint build-up was on the roof and removed it from the vent with my long handled brush. I would highly recommend her company.

She is very exacting and takes pride in her work. She stays focused and keeps on the task hand.

She was on time, very responsible. It went well but I also wanted her to put another coat of the sealer down and she had to come back a second day to do that. She gave me the choice of going and getting the sealer or have her go out and get the sealer. She got the sealer that I wanted and just so happened to be on sale and saved me $40.00! I would definitely use her again.

She brought all the needed parts and finished both jobs in less than an hour, which was excellent!

I called Shep's to replaced a bathroom exhaust fan and replace rusted bolts inside two toilet tanks. She promised to call me back the next day with availability. She called two days later and we set an appointment. Diana was on time and very friendly. She declined the fan replacement. I had purchased a larger exhaust fan that required cutting a larger hole in the ceiling and going into the attic to secure it to a joist. This is beyond the scope of what she normally does. She repaired the two toilet tanks bolts and cleaned out the lint from a roof vent that was affecting my dryer. I also inquired about having wall vents added to my garage. Diana said she would refer this and the fan to her partner. I have not heard from him.

Our times didn't match up. He was busy, by the time he was able to come out I found the solution myself. He was very helpful and willing to offer advice. He was very friendly. I would work with him in the future.

She did call me back the same day and I liked her honesty because even if she could have done the job, she informed that she was booked for the next few weeks.

They were very good. They were very courteous and I have no complaints. They were very professional and did a great job. I felt the price was fair. I would recommend them to other people.

Better than expected. Diane always came on time, worked quickly, efficiently and had very good suggestions.

Overall, she was very nice she helped me over the phone with suggestions which would help me fix the problem. She was nice all the way through. Her work is close to my house and she had decent reviews on Angie's List. Things that she did fix are now working.
