From the beginning James was very good with the initial walk through and pricing. We made adjustments as the job proceeded both increasing and decreasing price. Peter was the primary person on my job. He was excellent. Very professional, had good ideas for improving the job. He had to work around other parts of the remodel begin done first, and PMA was always able to accommodate, even on short notice.

Ok so had a new dryer deliver didn't work. Delivery guy told me it was an issue with the breaker box. Found PMA electrical on Angie's list were able to schedule an appointment. When they came it tire ex out that my new dryer was the issue not the breaker box. Apparently my brand new dryer had been miss wired. Luckily Robbie and tommy were able to fix the issue promptly for me. They also helped me to learn that all of my bathroom outlets are connected trip one and none of them will work. They were both great went above and beyond even hooking up the dryer vent line for me :). I will be calling they back any time I have electrical issues.

They did a good job. I was not there during the time of service, but everything worked out well. The price was in very good reason for the work performed.

It was great. They were communicative and timely. They did their job well.

It went ok. Wanted to charge for time to get supplies when he should have supplies on truck since I specifically stated the problem. Also claimed he was to be paid for 2.5 hours worth of work. This company left the proverbial "bad taste in my mouth".

It went great! In fact, we had not given the right information regarding what we needed and the electrician was very understanding and did what was necessary to accommodate us.

We were totally happy with them Peter the service man was great. Found the problem in no time, Arrived when he said he would, The price was right. Just the best.

No service was performed because they never contacted me. However, they billed my credit card! I had to dispute the charge with my bank to get my money back! Would not recommend!!!

After putting up our outdoor Christmas Lights, we realized they had shorted out, and smelled a burning odor coming from the inside panel with the timer. I panicked as we had a house fire as a child due to wiring issues. We found PMA Electric on Angie's List, and could not have been happier with their punctuality, professionalism, friendliness and excellent service! We have already recommended them to friends and neighbors!

Despite the holiday, scheduling this appointment was easy. The engineer (Adriel) was prompt, professional, and honest. He answered all my questions and thoroughly explained the work that was done. He provided many energy-saving suggestions beyond the scope of installing and repairing the light and fan units; all which were greatly appreciated. It was obvious Adriel was very knowledgeable and took ownership of his work. I am glad I called PMA Electric and will utilize their services again in the future.

From the first call to the office to the departure, this was probably the best contractor experience I've ever had. Not one to write reviews, the service and professionalism was so good I have to let everyone know! Punctual with call-ahead as promised, the technician (Adriel) was personable, polite, professional - everything you want but so rarely get! Have placed their sticker on my breaker panel and will only use PMA in the future for my electrical needs and will recommend without hesitation.

Went well. I will use them again. The panel ispection was insightful. I would recomend to anyone with an older home.

Overall, PMA Electric was a good company. Pros: James worked with me in the beginning and walked me through what I needed and I found that very helpful, and was only a phone call away. More importantly, they were able to start pretty quickly and when I asked them too. Also, they gave me a second electrician to work on my house ? free of charge. Cons: Lack of detail. Ever heard of the phrase ?Wreck-trician?? Well, the guy who did the work on my place was essentially that. Instead of using a jig-saw or making small holes I got huge holes knocked into my wall and plaster ceiling. The guy even knocked a hole in my plaster ceiling that he didn?t need to stating ?he forgot.? Great, thanks, now I have to pay to patch that. Also the electric boxes for fans were measured or eyeballed correctly. Also, I failed the inspection for small things like kickplates, straps, and forgetting to ground the gangboxes. All the things the electrician was supposed to do. Then I was told I would have to pay the electrician to be on site for the inspection --- to ensure the work they should have done correctly passes? No thanks. Granted, I failed for things on my end, but i was able to meet the inspector on site and walk through with him. Finally, the job scene was pretty messy when they left ? romex casing everywhere, bits of cut of wire everywhere. (not too much of an issue).

It was well worth the $75.00 to have a professional check the circuits and the ground fault interrupter, and to show me how to actually reset the thing when it trips--I had been misinformed about which switch to press.

My electrician Alex arrived right on time. He was very professional and friendly. He fixed the issues I was having with two fans in my home in a very speedy and efficient manner. He gave me excellent advice regarding other electrical issues and made some wonderful recommendations for landscape lighting. I highly recommend PMA and will use them for additional electrical services in the future.

I had to have another electrician come (not from Angie's List) and find a broken breaker in my circuit panel. It was arcing and could have started a fire. I feel PMA electric could have done a more thorough review and suggested what additional services were needed.

Overall, I was very satisfied with the company. They made good suggestions on improving our outdoor lighting however, that time counted towards my overall time. I would hire this company again.

We've had this company do several different jobs for us and we have one more large job that will be done within the next few weeks. Every time they've been here they have been on time, courteous, and professional. The electricians who did the work were excellent. The electrician who put in the ceiling fans had to do some troubleshooting and it took him no time to figure out the problem (our breaker kept tripping when we'd turn on our fan). He cleaned up any mess that was made and was very thorough at checking to make sure our wiring issue was resolved. We decided to go with this company for two larger jobs as well because their estimate was very reasonable and competitive, and the minor jobs they did for us were well done. The owner of the company (James) came out and spent considerable time explaining what needed to be done for the large jobs. The original company we called gave us a significantly higher quote for the large jobs (about 30% higher) so I was happy that James was willing to negotiate a better rate considering all the work that had to be done. The office staff are helpful as well, and always returned our calls. I have no complaints about this company and would highly recommend them to anyone!

I was fully satisfied with the job performance. The electrician was prompt, respectful, and professional.

He was very good. The owner came out for the estimate and told me about the options. He gave me some advice on what I should have done which was really good. I needed the work done quickly and he was able to get the work done quickly. He was very professional. I would not hesitate to use him again.

Everything was handled in a very efficient manner. No problems to note.

I was present for the entire job. There was a charge for each sheetrock screw, wirenut, and duct tape. Charged for each wirenut $1.00, 4ft. of tape (used only 2 ft.) $6.00, 6 screws $4.00. Also, a fuel charge of $5.00. I do not like these surprises at the conclusion of the job. Total charge for materials as described was $13.00. Ouch!
