Description of Work: We really are happy with the service that PestPro/Kevin provided. He was great communicating (via telephone and email), as well as, prompt with coming down to my area (we live Miami-Dade County, Pest Pro is located in Broward) to service our home. He was pleasant, quick and thorough!! We will be seeing him again in 6 months, because our fee/service ncludes 2 visits!!! Inside and Out and our home is 7200 sq ft. GREAT DEAL!!! GREAT WORK!!

Description of Work: Bees had started to accumulate in a tree in my semi-circle on Friday. By Saturday, it appeared that a large hive was growing.I started looking for people to help remove them. By Sunday, there was a huge hive. I called several companies and got answering machines. It was indeed Sunday afternoon. I left a message on the Pest-Pro answering machine. Within 1 hour I got a return call. He was here within the next hour. He told me the bees were traveler bees and could be gone by the next day on their own. They were there by the hundreds and growing, too close to my front door.I asked him to get rid of them now. He told me he was going to spray the "hive" and come back the next day to make sure they were gone. He did just that. He even called me from his truck to tell me to stay inside for at least 1hour before going out. He did return the next day with an invoice with a lower price than he first quoted!!!!!!!!!
