Eamon Toner of Living Earth Remodelers, Inc and his team did an excellent job getting roof repairs done for under a quarter of what other companies had wanted with excellent results. All the work was completed in three days with stellar results. The contractor from Living Earth Remodelers followed up with us and provided us with a 2 year warranty on his work. He has also since been a valuable resource for finding other well qualified home service providers such as a reasonably priced plumber. The job has held up nicely under extreme conditions in South Florida since then and I would highly recommend his company to anyone looking for an honest and thorough contractor to work on their home.,

It went perfectly. No kidding. About 2 1/2 weeks demo to final check.Came out GREAT. Really nice. Good finish, The walls are perfect, and that's not easy. Beautiful tile job and granite. Eamon is a stand up guy, easy to deal with, knowledgeable, thorough, friendly. His guys and subs were all Great: Rick, Raul, Arrigo, Arden, Howard, Jay. Really nice and professional, caring. Most noticeably CLEAN. Every day after work, complete clean up. Noticeably diligent in making us comfortable and happy each day. I promise I did not know Living Earth. Found them here as a first time user of Angie's List. Even the inspectors complimented the plumbing work, electrical, and finished product. Definitely get 3 quotes, I did, but use Eamon in the end. Eamon, thanks, much deserved success to you and we'll be calling you for our kitchen for sure!

Eamon Toner is the owner of Living Earth Remodelers and I called him to schedule an appointment to give my wife and I an estimate to remodel the two bathrooms in our townhome. Eamon arrived as scheduled (which is rare for any construction/remodeling company in my opinion). After we explained what we were looking to have done Eamon looked over both bathrooms and gave us a price to do the work. We felt it was a fair price and liked Eamon's professional and personable approach to doing business so we signed an agreement to proceed during the initial meeting. The only condition we had was that the work be complete by the end of the following month since we had relatives arriving and wanted to have everything done before they were scheduled to arrive. Eamon's crew arrived as scheduled and completed all the agreed upon work on time. There were also a few additional items we needed to have repaired and those items were taken care of as well and everything was completed on time. With regard to the few additional repairs-- we both agreed to be fair with each other and when it came to make the final payment we both did what we said and the extra amount was doable for both of us. We respected Eamon wanting to be fair with us and we felt the same toward him. I could write a long dissertation as to why we believe Eamon and his company Living Earth Remodelers should be used or at the very least given an opportunity to give an estimate for a job--but I will save time and just provide some words of advice from our experience and wisdom--Call Eamon first or last regardless his service will be the best you will find anywhere. Again, I would highly recommend using Eamon's Living Earth Remodelers. Eamon, was professional, friendly, on time throughout, and made sure he finished on time which is not always an easy task to accomplish. My advice to anyone having a portion of their home remodeled is to research as much as possible what you want to have done and then be sure to clearly state verbally and in writing what your expectations are--this way the remodeling company can give you the most accurate rate to do the type of work you envision being done. Lastly, I would be sure to cover everything (including the flooring) with plastic because dust will travel where you least expect it and you will want to provide a few good layers of protection just in case.

I have my dream kitchen thanks to Eamon Toner with Living Earth Remodelers! It's not the largest kitchen you'll ever see but I'll stack it against a big fancy kitchen any day of the week. It looks like it jumped out of a design magazine. The kitchen and workmanship exude quality. The cabinets are solid wood, custom built with a butter glaze finish in the exact custom color I selected. Thank you John and Eloy! You're both excellent craftsmen. I love the slide out drawers and soft close cabinets. John also built a pantry to die for (or live for is more like it)! I have so much storage space now, including a large appliance garage that I'll never have to keep appliances on the counter ever again. This kitchen is full of exquisite detail right down to the beading in the crown molding and baseboard. Eamon and his crew built the kitchen exactly as I designed it and had many great suggestions along the way. I didn't want a cookie cutter kitchen and Eamon saw my vision. He can definitely think outside the box. If I had the opportunity to do it all again I can't think of a thing I would change. We added recessed lighting with dimmers that provides a ton of light when needed for cooking and dims to a soft glow for ambiance while enjoying a meal. We also installed new flooring in the kitchen, dining room and foyer. What a nice change from tile. This kitchen is so warm and inviting I actually look forward to cooking! Did we experience problems along the way? Sure....it's impossible to completely build out a kitchen without having some problems but the good news is the issues were minor and Eamon solved them with ease. Eamon is also good at calming anxious husbands who don't really want a new kitchen to start with! Thank you Eamon for putting up with my grumpy husband. He actually loves the new kitchen and enjoys showing it off. Of course he'll never tell you that! In addition to the kitchen cabinets we asked Eamon to build a custom cherry hutch. It's so elegant and chic! The tradesmen with Living Earth Remodelers were all very professional, capable and respectful. Each had a job to do and saw it through to the end. It was obvious they took pride in their work. Each day they left the area spotless. Did I mention Raoul handled the painting and drywall? He's an artist at his trade! He took my rough textured walls and turned them into a velvety smooth surface. They look great. Eamon is one of the nicest guys you'll ever meet and ranks at the very top for honesty. I don't think he knows how to be any other way. He was always accessible and extremely responsive. Can't wait for him to update my bathrooms.

I was very impressed with this co. They were professional and paid close attention to detail. The man that was doing the drywall for the shower ceiling also smoothed out some of the other walls which was not part of my contract. I am going to recommend these guys to my friends.

Eamon Toner managed every aspect of the job from start to finish. His honesty and forthcoming nature is very rare, in my experience with contractors here. He attended to every detail of the process from the original planning, to the permits and dealing with the many details that always need attention during a project. If you take nothing else away from reading this, know that Eamon Toner is extremely competent and scrupulously honest! We never had any anxiety during the whole process that the project would be anything less than a best effort by him and his workers. All of the tradesmen that he used during the project were total pros. (My favorite was Raoul who was a Michelangelo with plaster!) But, they all were great. They worked in stages that allowed us the maximum possible use of the space whether it was cleaning up after their work or making our refrigerator accessible during the build out. If you have never done major remodeling, it is a huge process that disrupts pretty much every aspect of your home life for the weeks that it's in process. I cannot convey how much it means to be able to relax that things are in good hands as the work proceeds. Our kitchen came out beautifully. It is because of the professionalism and caring of the contractor, his strong relationship to his tradesmen and the high quality of the product they created. Most importantly, my wife loves her kitchen! I know that she loves it because she is always in there wiping the counter tops or oiling the wood. She treats that kitchen like it is her little piece of heaven! I ask my fellow husbands, what's that worth to ya?

From start to finish it was a great experience. Eamon arrived promptly to review and quote the project. We discussed a few different options of the bathroom remodel. It's a rental property (I'm the owner) so I wanted to do what was needed to attract new quality tenants but not overspend. Eamon has a lot of experience with rental properties and helped me make decisions that saved me money from what I had originally planned. I found it extremely honorable that he gave advise that would result in me spending less. They started and finished the project within our agreed upon window. Everyone that works on Eamon's team - painter, tile layer, trash out guy, etc. was extremely polite and pleasant. They did a great job cleaning up after themselves each day. The quality of the work was superb. I highly recommend Living Earth and will use them again.

I called Eamon for a price quote to remodel our kitchen to include an island. At first we were going to resurface the existing cabinets but later decided to go with new cabinets and island throughout. The reason I didn't go with him was not price, his quote was reasonable, but his responsiveness was not great and to took way too long to get a firm price quote. I'm sure he would have done a very good job, but I had my doubts about how long the whole project would take.

My wife and me are very happy with our new bathroom and master bedroom. Living Earth Remodelers did an excellent job. The workers are highly skilled and friendly. Eamon the owner has given them some leeway to make minor changes without contacting him. Eamon was great to work with, he provided many good suggestion before construction started and during construction. His employees also provided many good suggestions during the project. I highly recommend this company for any remodeling work. Eamon is responsive and fair. He is very easy to work with and always stays in contact with you during the project. He never failed to call me back or respond to any questions. He kept a close eye on all the work and if it didn't meet his high standards it was removed immediately. It was apparent from the beginning that you can trust Eamon and his employees.

Get everything in writing and insist that the builder check work that is done at certain intervals. Know what you want ahead of time; do your homework

After having a really bad experience in 2005 while remodeling our bathrooms, we decided to adventure again and try to remodel our kitchen. We received many visits from many vendors promising that ALL was possible but honestly they always left the same feeling of uncertainty about they capabilities to perform. But when we had the chance to meet Eamon in person the feeling was different. I honestly believe he's 95% of the trust this Company inspire. Eamon has a clear vision of establishing long-term relation with its Customers and Providers rather than a single-win event. It was amazing to see how loyal and devoted are the ones that work with him. They worked as a team and follow the same level of trust and commitment for delivery a quality job. Overall experience was excellent and we are now considering new upgrades at home and for them we're counting on Living Earth Remodelers and the confidence Eamon Toner transmit to us. If you're reading this review because your planning to remodel your kitchen and are tired of previous bad experiences, give Eamon at least the opportunity to visit you and you will understand that what I am telling you here in this review about him and his company is truth.

Overall, my experience was excellent and I definitely recommend Eamon on another project. He had my interests in mind and my problem was resolved very inexpensively.

I was referred to Living Earth Remodelers from a co-worker who highly recommended the company. The owner personally came out and gave us some great ideas on our kitchen remodel. His crew came in and did a great job overall from the cabinetry to the gorgeous granite counters. The kitchen looks amazing - everything I envisioned. Within about 3 weeks from start to finish I had a brand new kitchen.

We finally decided to remodel our kitchen and bathroom. We choose Living Earth Remodelers to come out and give us an estimate. Eamon came in and from the start I could tell what a nice individual he was. I was confused about what type of woods and other products and materials to use and he immediately gave us amazing ideas. He spent so much time with us going over various options and layouts. I must say I was so impressed and extremely happy we choose Living Earth. From the start of the demolition to the final finishes, Eamon was great. The crew he used were always on time and cleaned up everyday when done. My kitchen and bathroom look amazing. I could not have had a better experience. I'm so thankful for all the fabulous work Living Earth did.
