Eagle Concrete Corp

It was my pleasure to deal with Wagner and Carla, owners of Eagle Concrete Corp. The work performed was outstanding, and I couldn't have asked for a better more professional job. Their workers did them proud. It was indeed a pleasure dealing with everybody in this company and I am so pleased with my new driveway, walkway, porch and back deck. I never imagined it would look this good. People stop their cars to admire it, and some have even taken pictures and asked me for the Eagle Concrete Corp's business card. I highly recommend Eagle Concrete Corp of Hollywood FL. Believe me, you can't go wrong with them!

I called 4 companies to give me an estimate on widening my driveway and installing brick pavers. One company never showed up and the other two provided me with estimates that were just out of the ball park. The owner of Eagle Concrete (Wagner) came out and explained each step that would be done, what materials he would be using and the estimated amount of time it would take to complete the job. It was a no brainer..I hired Eagle Concrete and am so glad I did. There were a few set backs due to machinery breaking down, but nothing that patience, some new parts and a few extra days couldn't remedy. Not only did they do a stunning job on my driveway, but they used the remaining paver bricks to replace old, weathered cement brick planters. I couldn't be happier with the job they did. I will most definitely use them for any paver work I may do in the future.

My experience with Eagle Concrete and Wagner Andrade and my opinion on the events from my point of view. Eagle Concrete did a pool for me in Boca and although I sensed some odd personality traits from Wagner during the job his subcontractor Ney does amazing work. This is why I chose to use them again on a much bigger and more expensive job. My new house needed a new driveway, and would require removal of the old driveway. I had Eagle Concrete do an estimate along with a few other places. This would mean some palm trees would need to be moved and a small decorative wall would need to be removed. I told Wagner specifically I would be paying by Credit Card. After selecting Eagle who was not the cheapest or even close to it but had done work for me before and in South Florida that is a major plus considering I called Wagner and told him we would be using him and he can come over and get his 30% initial payment his contract required. He then came over and said he would be adding 3% for the credit card payment. I told him this would not be acceptable and he should have mentioned that before or at least in his contract. I told him if that was the case we would not be going with him. I informed him I would be paying for the entire job by credit card and made if it was an issue he should let me know now! He took the payment and did not add the 3%. The job started out as jobs normal do with demolition. The Bobcat and truck showed up and started removing the driveway. I told the workers where my wife and I had decided to move the two palm trees and they said I would have to talk to Wagner. I called him and he said he wasn't moving any trees and that it was not in the contract. I told him we had discussed it while walking around and at that time he said it would not be a problem. He responded to this with then you dig the holes. I told him if that is the way this job was going to go he should tell me now so I can make other arrangements before it is to late. He said that is fine and he would leave right now (with my driveway 25% chipped up). My wife talked to him and convinced him to finish. Having everything done now I wish he would have left at that moment. I looked out a few hours later and his guys were moving the trees. The next thing came up was demolition of the decorative wall. I noticed his guy was not using the bobcat to removed the wall and was working around it. I called Wagner, not looking forward to the fight I knew he was going to make, and questioned him leaving the wall. He again said removal was not in the contract. Trying to avoid a fight, I pointed him to the building permit and simply told him. I will pay you in full for this job when that driveway is built according to the permit and not before, so if he would like payment build what is in the permit. He again threatened to walk off of the job. Meanwhile I looked outside an hour later and the wall was being removed. The reason he was threatening to walk off of the job was because he had at this time had 70% of the money and it would not affect him. It would only leave me with a mess and a lawsuit. This is actually the reason I insist on paying by credit card. It is the only thing that gives you leverage over people like this. On the second payment he insisted on adding 3%...I said no The next thing that popped up was Eagle Concrete took it upon themselves to increase the width of the driveway at the top. I am sure he did this to bump up the square footage of the driveway at a rate of $7.09 a square foot. He asked me before he did it and my answer was I would love to have it wider, BUT I WANT YOU TO BUILD WHAT IS IN THE PERMIT!!!!! I wanted him to put in writing that he understood was I was saying in the form of an updated contract. He flat out refused to do this. This led me to believe he was going to do whatever he wanted to do! I pushed the issue and he threatened again to leave the job. I told him I would not pay for anything that is not in the Permit and he would build it the way he submitted it. The worst part was my wife did not believe me when I said he would build it illegally. I was done arguing. A few days later as I watched. He built it to 15’ instead of 12’. 12’ is what the permit was for at the top of the driveway circle. I told him my concerns, the fact that it will fail the inspection, and that I had specifically told him not to do it and he did it anyway. Hey went on and on how he did it for us because we have big cars! The driveway was then finished and it was time to seal it. Wagner said it may not get sealed because he was going on a vacation cruise for a few days and it would get done when he gets back. My wife and I had told Wagner that was not acceptable that the job had already taken longer than expected according to what was in the contract and the job needed to get done. He said his guys would be out Saturday to do it. They did not seal it till Wednesday. This prolonged us parking in the driveway for another 4 days after Wednesday…an extra week. But that would only be if the seal did not look like crap! It ruined a brand new marble driveway! Parts of the driveway were shiny an every few feet you could see an orange peeled 4 foot stripe. I was so upset. Wagner sent his guys out to look and they where going to reseal but they left prematurely. There was a disturbance at the neighbors house that caused the police to show up. Wagner called me to explain why his guys left, apparently one of them was illegal and was nervous about the police being there….a story he later changed when my wife called insisting the drive was fixed! Wagner came back out himself to re-seal the driveway. He answer to fixing the lines of orange peel was to orange peel the entire driveway to make it uniform. Now our beautiful marble driveway looks like very cheap. The back patio he also did looks even worse since you can see the drips from he spray gun all over the place. Then the day came for the inspector to come out. He immediately failed the driveway due to the increased unapproved additional square footage. When we questioned Wagner he told us we needed to do the landscaping and then it would get approved. I told him he was nuts if he thought i was going to pay for landscaping to be put in and then just ripped out because of him not listening to me in the first place. The potential was there that he would have to removed the 3 additional square feet I had told him not to put in! I told him I would calling the inspector before I did anything. Wagner at this point asked for the final payment since the driveway was done! When my wife told me that I told him he would have to be crazy. I would pay when the permit was signed off. The inspector called back and said the square footage was an issue but also the fact that they had left the place looking like a construction site. There where limestone rocks all over the ground was not level and a big pile of dirt was left. I would like to say that I requested the dirt be left to fill in the low spots. I told the inspector this and he said that was fine and not one of his big concerns. He said to fix the permit failure Wagner would need to resubmit the additional square footage in a new permit request and then it could go to engineering for a special approval. Today a few days we found out the driveway passed inspection we payed Wagner. He gave me some BS documents to sign about how happy we are with the driveway. I flat out refused. I payed him because I wanted him to go away and never want to deal with him again. I should be forcing him to fix the seal job that destroyed the driveway. The cracked pavers that are already happening on the driveway. The ugly circle he cut around a cleanout pipe that if he would have mentioned or asked me about I would have payed a plumber to have it moved 3 feet to avoid the unsightly exposure in the driveway. I simply paid him to go away! My advice to you is find Ney, and hire him directly. He and his workers are easy and even fun to work with. Wagner is basically a salesman that will tell you whatever you need to hear to sell you the job and not remember anything he promises when it comes time, then he will get mad at you for asking for things that where not specified in the contract. If i could go back I would have recorded the entire walk around conversation about what we wanted, then written everything on the contract and made him sign it. Oh and on the last payment he finally shut up about the 3% for the credit card but asked when he should pick up a check or money order. He needs to add required payment methods to his contract!

We wanted a 15 foot patio on the back of our property and the patio to go around the tree. We hired Eagle Concrete after getting 5 quotes, not because he was the most inexpensive but because we had seen the work he had done at our neighbors house and it was beautiful. There was some miscommunication as to the length of the patio that was not reflected in the contract, but in the end Eagle concrete agreed to extend the patio from the 12 foot to 15 foot that we had wanted. I have worked with many contractors over the last year completing a 60.000 extension that this is almost the final touches to. I will say that not all contractors will agree to make you happy when something is not in the contract. This is why it is very important to have everything discussed in the contract. The guys that installed the patio worked very quickly and professionally. They came on a Sunday to finish the entire project and were quiet and respectful. It took them about 6 hours to complete the entire thing, and the pattern was perfect. I was so happy as to the quality of the work. You will get high quality work and be very happy with the work that has been done with respectful people working at your home. Make surre everything is in the contract that you discuss, so that there are no miscommunications like we had, but in the end, Eagle Concrete made good on what he promised and I was very satisfied.

I have been waiting years to find a good contractor that can replace my driveway and I needed someone that was reasonably priced and was recommended by Angies List. Wangner and Carla the owners of Eagle are very nice people and want to keep their customers satisfied ALL of the time. I am so happy and I have had a number of compliments about the new driveway. The job turned out absolutely fabulous. The job was done very professional and they made sure to fix all sprinklers and grass, as I was told not many concrete guys include that as part of the service. They were always on time and very neat in their work ethics. Wagner was extremely professional and an absolute pleasure to work with. I feel the job was done above and beyond and would highly recommend. I also got several quotes and the price was very reasonable.

The project initially went well but I detected some tension between us which was under control until eruption into a loud argument in the street on the last day of work. I read all the reviews before choosing Eagle Concrete. Most all of the reviews were great and so I had high expectations for a flawless project. We did not have the same experiences as most other customers. We love the final product. The driveway looks great. However, we could do without the bad drama. He did apologize when collecting the final payment. I did accept his apology but we are not ready to do business with Eagle again. I gave an overall "B" grade. Not and "A" because the completed driveway is great but the bad drama and nasty argument tainted our relationship. I don't know how to grade the "Punctuality" because other than the start date and sealing date, we never knew when they were coming. Responsiveness got a "B" because initially, there was a period of time before we received a response to our voice mail and subsequent e-mail. Below is my last e-mail to Wagner. I expect he will refute. Last e-mail - "Hi Wagner, I'm sorry we got into a tiff yesterday. It was not my intention to insult you with my e-mail but to advise the sod job was not done and the sprinklers were not fixed. When a guy comes to your house to do a job and he has only one job to do and you see him driving away with the job incomplete, new sprinklers covered with sod and broken sprinkler holes covered with sod, anyone would assume that he is finished. I have pictures. How about a knock on the door to tell me, "I came to do the sod, I ran out of sod, I'll be back soon. The sprinkler repair man will be here later." How about some communication. That has been the big problem since this project started, very little communication from the start. I have been patient and quiet throughout the whole process. I did not complain about numerous little things. I just dealt with them myself. Here is my perspective of the project: 1. Five days to get the written quotation is a bit long but I was not in a hurry so I was not concerned. 2. Your contract was not specific enough for me. There were details that you verbally spoke of, but those details were omitted from the contract. I don't know anyone that would have signed the contract as it was originally written. It seems from our argument that you were very annoyed by my request for details. My written critic was intended to help you by writing exactly what I would like to see in the contract, not to insult your administrator skills. 3. Ultimately, I compromised a considerable amount since the contract is written for "stamped concrete" not pavers. I did not want to push you anymore about the contract since it was clear from your 9/24 e-mail, that you were annoyed already about the contract revisions requested. That is when I started to sense some tension between us. 4. Your demo started on 28 DEC. and regardless that I marked the sprinklers on the driveway west side, the bobcat driver destroyed two sprinklers. 5. Unlike the Aggie's List reviews, you were rarely on site. I saw you twice for about 20 minutes total on the 1st two days. I communicated any issues I saw directly to your guys and they were easy to work with. The main issue I saw was too much westerly pitch of the fill, at the south end of the driveway but your guys fixed it. 6. The guys left several piles of rocks around the graded area including throwing rocks into the west side bushes. I picked up all those rocks and discarded myself. 7. In addition to the sand pile that was killing the grass on my swale, the guys left all the pallets in the grass to kill more of my yard. I picked up the pallets and stacked those in the street. 8. The contract states,"Contractor will provide protective covering to house / doors / windows in the work area." My garage door has vent slots at the bottom. The young man that pressure cleaned the bricks did not cover the vent slots. He blew sand and debris 2 feet into our garage along the entire length of the door opening. I did not say anything. I cleaned up. I have pictures. 9. Communication has been the missing ingredient from the start - - We discussed a start date around 10 Nov. If that did not work for you, I requested late Nov. after Thanksgiving. - After you had our deposit, you never advised the status of the permits or when you would start. I had to call you. - Mid-DEC arrives and we still have not heard from you about a start date. My window of opportunity is closing so I contacted you to advise we needed to do it soon or we may need to delay into 2016 because my work usually starts with a big project in Jan. where I am away for awhile. - Start date: dump truck arrives with a load of sand. My brother's car is parked along the street. A sudden visit by my brother. We were never advised to expect the load of sand so we could have all cars out of the way. With only one car parked along the street, I thought we were okay. I expected one large truck with Bobcat on trailer and there was plenty of space to park one truck with trailer. The dump truck driver managed to find a good spot to dump the sand. - On 31 DEC., two days after the majority of the work was done, the pallets are still in the street and the sand pile is still killing the grass so I had to contact you to inquire what was your plan. - After the 1st two days and the majority of the work completed, my main communication point was the young man that pressure cleaned the pavers. - I advised the pressure cleaner young man that one brick was settled and was cocked requiring repair before sealing. I never heard from anyone about a fix. I pulled the brick out and fixed it myself before they came to seal the driveway. - The pressure cleaner young man is the one that advised that the driveway would be sealed on Saturday, 02 Jan. - From Sat., 02 Jan until Friday, 08 Jan., 5-days, we had no communication from you about the final details, fixing the sprinklers or laying the sod. We saw plenty of small problems with the project but we just dealt with them. We had no intention to mention any of this to you because we just wanted the project done and the driveway looks great. Your attitude yesterday changed everything. We are very happy with the driveway. We are not happy about all the drama to get to this point. We are not happy about your attitude. Apparently, you don't know that in the US, customer satisfaction is the #1 priority. I was going to discuss some other work for you such as I would like to change the pavers from the driveway to the front door to match the driveway. I read the pavers are available in 1-inch thickness so we are considering to remove the existing pavers and replace with 1-inch Mixed Three pavers. I wanted to discuss a bathroom remodel at my daughter's house. Not anymore. We are done.

This was an absolutely beautiful job! Wagner Andrade worked with Bill on the actual design so it would look exactly how he wanted. The company was very good about keeping us informed each step of the way from the quote, permitting, pouring and inspection. We had a few delays but nothing that was Eagle Concrete's fault. We did have an issue with having to repair a water supply line for the sprinkler system that ran under the driveway and had a few days delay while that was being scheduled and...of course, there were a few rain delays! That just can't be helped in September in Florida. Since we are in a service industry ourselves, we know how important it is to communicate to the customer and we sincerely appreciated the response and service we received from Eagle Concrete. I also would like to boast that we were told by the company that a few neighbors in the area had actually called THEM to let them know what a nice job they had done. I'm not sure but they might have even got a couple of new projects in the neighborhood. I consider that a great recommendation! You won't regret working with this company.

Wagner, owner and main operator contacted me right after I indicated I was interested in his company through Angie's. He came for an interview on time, dressed appropriately, and exhibiting good manners and even better business practices of courtesy, punctuality and knowledge of the job at hand. Estimate was just and reasonable for the superb quality of the product delivered. Eagle has a crew of people who work hard and in coordination with one another. The subcontractors Eagle uses are licensed, insured, delivered quality and work fast. My driveway looks like a million dollars. I am very pleased with this company and would call them again with no hesitation.

Wagner and his team definitely deserve all the great reviews he gets on Angie's List. They are true professionals that take pride in their work and the results are evident in the excellent work they did at our house. We received several quotes for the stamped concrete work we were looking to install in our patio. His quote was in the lower range of the others received and he agreed to take care of the permitting process himself, which the other providers we quoted did not include as they were not licensed in our city. He warned us that the permit would take some time as our city is very picky when approving concrete work. He responded to all of the city's concerns promptly and a few weeks later our permit was approved. Work began the following week and we were happily surprised with the dedication of his team. They worked non-stop during the demolition and prep work and had the site ready for pouring in 2 days. On the day of the pour we had a severe thunderstorm which damaged half the work they had done. I thought that my patio was ruined and would have to pay again to have it removed and reinstalled. To my relief they took full responsibility for this problem, removed ALL the damaged concrete and re-poured again, all at no expense to me. The job was finished and passed the final inspection by the city 12 days after it started. This includes the time it took for them to remove and replace the work that was damaged by the rain. I'm extremely happy with the work they did and with my fabulous new patio. We had NO drama or disagreements throughout the process, which is a first for us as we are used to being burned by shoddy work and extra charges from other contractors we have worked with in the past. Overall we want to thank Wagner and his team for a great job and look forward to working with him again in the near future.

The owner, Wagner, was wonderful to work with--an incredibly nice man! He was prompt when scheduled to meet with us at our home. We found him to be friendly, courteous, and very creative. Wagner helped us with the new design of our walkways and gave us excellent color suggestions for the driveway etc. which matched our house perfectly The driveway replacement and new walkways went smoothly--absolutely hassle free!. It took a few weeks for Wagner to get the permits. Once these were in place, the work began immediately. The actual removable of the old driveway, the framing, and the pouring of the concrete and stamping went quickly. Total job took only a few days!!! We were very impressed with Wagner's amazing crew! They work like a well oiled machine! It is obvious that they are experienced, and take a great deal of pride in their work. We feel incredibly fortunate to have found Wagner's company. We can't praise Eagle enough for their excellent work. A++ Also, we LOVE all the compliments we have recieved from our friends and neighbors. Thank you, Wagner, for giving us such a beautiful addition to our property. .

What an OUTSTANDING job Wagner and his crew did for me! They replaced my driveway with brick pavers, I am so happy with the new look it gave my driveway. They did exactly what I asked,always cleaned up and were always there when they said they would be. It was a pleasure to do business with them. I would recommend them highly!

First I want to say that Angie's list works very well as I chose Eagle Concrete based on all their positive reviews. Having said that I can honestly say I could not have made a better choice. Wagner, who is the owner of the company, personally came out to give me the estimate. Not only did he come as scheduled, but he was very helpful in guiding me through the process of what I wanted to do and the best way of doing it. Having answered all my concerns and also getting a very fair estimate for the work to be done I decided to use him. Work started about two weeks later as he was finishing other jobs and had to get my permit. This was not an issue as his assistant Carla kept an open line of communication and kept me updated on progress. It is so rare to be able to get a response back on the same day! As for the work done: his people came first thing in the morning as scheduled and worked diligently the entire day removing asphalt and prepping. Next day was inspection and the following day was lime rock and paver delivery. Following day a crew of 5 plus Wagner began installation. It's amazing how fast and organized his team is as they managed to install pavers in one full day. The following day after pressure washing , they applied two coats of clear coat. The job came out AMAZING! It has given my house a brand new look. I can only say that if you are looking to redo your driveway give Wagner a call.. He has many positive reviews for a reason! Thank you Wagner and I will be calling you soon for my backyard patio!

It went well, and quick. The city took its time approving the project but Wagner warned me About certain cities and there timing on blueprint reviews.

First let me say that my husband and I are very picky people who value a good work ethic, attention to detail, and someone we can communicate with when something arises during construction that may not be to our liking. We got estimates from 5 other companies and chose Eagle because of the owner Wagner, who I had read about in other Angie's List reviews. Without question he met all of our requirements (which was not our experience when building our pool). He provided addresses of work he had done similar to what we wanted; we checked out 4 driveways and even spoke with 2 owners when we stopped by. Looking for cracking we saw none and both customers were very pleased. Basically everything went just as Wagner said it would with regards to timing and approving final design before pouring concrete. The employees were professional and understanding even when I had them alter part of the form on the curving walkway. Wagner recommended colors that look beautiful and do not compete with the original stone on the 1980's home. Some would say I am picky, however I would say I have a good eye for design and like things done well. When I was not happy with some of the border coloring, Wagner explained to me why it overlapped some of the stamped concrete and his men came out and made the color corrections. He was present on much of the job and made sure we were completely pleased before sealing the driveway. Numerous neighbors have come by to say how great it looks and total strangers have stopped to take pictures of the Eagle sign with their phone number on it. I can truly say we are happy with the results and the curb appeal of our home has been greatly increased.

I am very happy with the outcome of my driveway, It was a pleasure to work with Mr Wagner Andrade, He answered all my questions, when ever I texted him, he always replied in a timely manner. His workers did an awesome job, everyone was very professional and courteas. Planning to hire concrete eagle again for a future project. I'm very pleased with my new driveway. I'm happy we went with concrete eagle to do the job.

Wagner Andrade and Eagle Concrete Corp. were amazing!!! They came on time, were very neat and efficient. That is hard to find these days! Many companies that we spoke with initially offered a decent price, but only included only ONE spray coat and NO back rolling. One of the reasons we chose to go with Eagle is because after spraying the house, they also back roll the paint to make the finish just perfect!!! Wagner painted several color combination swatches on a wall, making it easy for us to pick the perfect color for our home. We had previously removed Ivy from the front of the house and there was a lot of stubborn vine remnants that were difficult to remove. They pressure cleaned the house, removing the debris and sealed cracks, put a primer on the walls prior to painting. They even took care of trim repair work that was needed around the garage door. There was no overspray on windows, ledges, deck or doors.

EAGLE CONCRETE DID A FANTASTIC JOB AND WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY WITHOUT HESITATION. AFTER RECENTLY RENOVATING THE HOUSE, I WANTED A NEW CONCRETE DRIVE WAY THAT REQUIRED REMOVAL OF PAVERS, TREE ROOTS, AND OLD CONCRETE. NATURALLY, I WAS CONCERNED ABOUT COST AND COLLATERAL DAMAGE. BOTH WERE ADDRESSED TO MY SATISFACTION. ONCE PERMITS WERE IN HAND, HIS CREW MOBILIZED AND FINISHED THE JOB ON SCHEDULE. FINISHED PRODUCT LOOKS GREAT WITH NEIGHBORS AND PASSERBYS COMPLEMENTING. OVERALL VERY SATISFIED!

Our pool area was renovated years ago. We were very happy with the installation of the Turkish Marble, but did not seal the marble over the years. The result was that we were dealing with pulling out weeds on a monthly basis and a pool area that started looking drab. Fortunately we were having some work done on our Driveway (see our review of Driveway Pavers) and our installer, Wagner Andrade from Eagle Concrete Corp saw the backyard. Wagner and his team immediately got to work and painstakingly pulled all the weeds, removed the sand from the marble and installed new permanent sand and then sealed the driveway multiple times. We were very impressed with his commitment and the fact that he is a perfectionist. He actually came back 3 times to seal the pool. We were thrilled after the 2nd time but he wanted to seal ?just one more time?. We are so happy with the results as well as the commitment that Wagner made to get the work done before we had our family celebration. We would definitely use Wagner Andrade and Eagle Concrete Corp. Again and have already recommended him to friends!

We moved into our home over 16 years ago and our driveway was a blacktop disaster! We always had other priorities and never did anything more than pay for putting new blacktop on our driveways. Finally after all these years we thought we would quote the idea of paving our driveway and we are so glad we did. We interviewed multiple vendors and based on their knowledge base, how well they listened to our requests and how they were able to add unique ideas to our remodel, I am happy to say we made our decision to hire Eagle Concrete Corp and more importantly Wagner Andrade. First, we were very nervous to start on such a big project (for us at least!). Wagner was as patient as a saint and confidently answered all of our concerns and even gave us some wonderful suggestions on how to make the most of not only our paver selection but also the overall design of the driveway. Wagner and his team met every deadline and truly exceed our expectations. Some examples include setting up 3 different design scenarios of pavers on our driveway so that we could make sure that our selection was the right one. He suggested paving an area in front of our bay window which was simply dirt and because of that we now have a wonderful addition to our outside living area complete with a bench and planters! Wagner also used the tiles we had in our front walk way and repurposed them in the backyard to give us a walkway to the pool! Wagner also had our sprinkler?s updated due to all the changes that we made to the front of the house, including reshaping the center island and removing trees and stumps (all performed by Wagner and his team!). Additionally, Wagner made a path for us to easily take out the garbage cans on a brick paver path instead of the dirt path we had been using for years. Wagner and his team made it clear from the beginning, if we do this work, the price I quote is the price you will pay. We had him install driveway pavers and remove trees on our Island so that we could reconfigure the landscaping on the island, which gave us more driveway space. In addition, we had Wagner correct the electricity on the island that did not work properly for over 12 years! In addition, he rebuilt the island wall. He came up with creative ideas to incorporate planters in the driveway and even helped install the new address signage. Wagner is an excellent communicator and explained what to expect each step of the way! With his passion for making this impressive renovation, we felt that the work he was doing was on his own house!

Excellent Company! Everything went great! I cannot give enough praise to Wagner Andrade of Eagle Concrete Corp. and his crew for my beautiful new 18 foot wide double driveway. I went with brushed concrete (vs. stamped concrete) with an 8? stamped darker border. We all get nervous when we are about to hire someone (we don?t know) to do a job for us. I can say without a doubt, I picked the correct person/company. Being a woman, Wagner never once talked down to me or treated me like I was second class citizen concerning any questions I asked. He always answered my phone calls and/or emails as soon as he was able. He could not have been nicer. He was not ?pushy? after he provided me with the estimate and I told him I would let him know after I reviewed and thought about the other estimates I had received. I actually felt really good about choosing him as soon as I received his estimate because of the way I was treated and it "felt right", but I knew I needed a few days to make sure. The only drawback (which I now understand it really was not a drawback), was that in the beginning, it took him two and a half days to return my call for an estimate. After seeing how he stayed on ?my job site? most of the day for excavation and then again for the concrete pour, I saw first-hand why it takes him a couple of days to get back with someone for an estimate. He didn?t call me back immediately because he was giving his full attention to someone elses job site like he did when it was my job site getting done, (which is the way it should be). Once concrete is poured you can?t really change it, so it was nice that Wagner took the interest to stay on my job site until he knew everything was completed correctly. And his crew is great! His prices are very reasonable and I like the fact he has his own crew on his payroll. Wagner is very particular about seeing that everything is completed correctly and I noticed his crew is the same way. They seemed to really care about the quality of work they do. Even when everyone was busy and one of his crew needed assistance for just a few minutes, Wagner stepped in and did not mind helping him in order to make sure things were completed correctly. And when the driveway was complete, you could not tell I had any work done as his crew cleaned up so well, you could only see that I had a new driveway! I would not hesitate at all to recommend Eagle Concrete Corp. to anyone. He covers Palm Beach, Broward, and Dade Counties. One thing to remember, is you can?t please everyone all of the time but I am 100% happy with my new driveway and the quality of work that went into it. Due to the city rules that a sidewalk must be installed at my cost for permit approval. We decided to go in a different direction because of the cost of the sidewalk would put us way over budget. I will keep his number for other projects that we undertake in the future.

Started out as replacing concrete double driveway which had split and the walkway..and to be replaced with pavers,,,added on a pathway from the driveway to the front porch, which they redid and raised to complete the job.. They replaced the grass and the dirt that they had ripped up while getting to the walkway (we paid for this) but they brought to the site and planted.. We were very excited how Mr. Wagner Andrade was on the property every day, sometimes till late in afternoon and supervised the whole job .................I would recommend to my friends for his professionalism ....

The finished product was well worth our efforts. I accepted four bids from a list of Angie's best concrete contractors. Eagle's bid was the lowest, and I would learn later that I would not sacrifice on quality. We hit a snag during the project that forced the city inspector to issue a "stop work order" until the issue had been addressed by a licensed engineer. As disappointing as this was, I learned through the city inspector that Eagle Concrete was a reputable company doing good work in our area. That set me at ease. Patience was exercised by all during this period. In the end, the finished product is not only stunning, but more importantly, as specified in the contract. At the urging of a well-meaning neighbor, we had an outside professional perform a cylinder test from samples taken on the day of the pour to test the strength of the finished pour. It met the 3000 psi mark as set forth in our contract. In conclusion, if I ever had a question, comment, complaint or concern, Eagle Concrete owner Wagner always came through in addressing the issue.
