Description of Work: Do not use this company. They are dishonest on timeframe completion and uses subpar workers to do work. They are willing to fix problems but every aspect of the project has problems. Total disappointment.

Description of Work: This company need to be put out of business. I signed a contract to remodel an 1500 sq ft 3 bed room 2 bath condo in september of 2011. The job is still not finished. From filing permits to completion...which still has not occured they have screwed up EVERYTHING. Work was stoped on my unit a total of THREE times because of wrong paperwork. Twice with the condo board and once with the City of Pompano Beach. Dan the project manager is a total incompatent. He has no idea of what work is being done. He has lied to me on numerous occations about the jobs status. Screwed up instructions to the workers. Tiled wrong rooms then asked for additional tile due to "breakage". Buit enclousers around pipes that would go right thru kitchen cabinets. They have no concern what so ever for doing work in a timely manner. Any one who hires them need to have their head examined.

+ -1 moreThe work quality was superior. The handymen worked well, but they were late frequently. Initial estimate to complete the job was one week, but it took about 9 days. They cleaned around the house after they left. I ended up spending about 15% more than the initial estimate, but that is expected in this kind of work, I guess.
Description of Work: Mitch brought three handymen to work for me. They worked on the bathroom (remodeling), painting (exterior house), tore down a damaged carport, installed a handrail on the stairs, and installed some light fixtures.

+ 3 moreI called Mitch to make an appointment for an estimate and he showed up on time. We went over all of the work I wanted him to do. He said he would fax the price breakdown the next day, and he did. We agreed upon the price and starting date. He said it should take about 2-3 days. His crew showed up at 8am each day, as they said they would. It ran over 1 day because I added more work. The job was completed and Mitch came by to make sure all went well. He collected a check for the full amount! No deposit was required.
Description of Work: I had them remove carpet, baseboard, and door molding. Then they painted one room, installed a laminate floor, install sliding glass closet doors, install a wall bracket and mount a 42" LCD. Also remove a vertical blind and install a new wooden window blind. Additionally they did some patching and touch up of paint in the kitchen. I supplied all of the product and they supplied all of the labor.

+ 2 moreI got Mitch's name from a friend who had been pleased by his work. He gave me a prompt and reasonable estimate. I was given a date he would perform the work. He came on time and worked diligently until complete. I am happy with the work.
Description of Work: Mitch and his crew has completed a number of projects for me. He has installed doors and windows as well as renovating a kitchen and bath. He was referred to me by a friend who was also pleased. He was prompt and reliable and work was performed better than expected. I would recommend him.
