All went well; they even called to follow up at a later date as I neglected to inform them that I had chosen another company.

They have been in business for a really long time. They were highly recommended. I almost gave them the work, but finally ended up using another company since I cannot say enough good things about them. They were very good and I can’t say anything bad about them. They were knowledgeable and I didn’t have any problems with them. They probably would have got the job if the other company hadn’t come out.

They removed old screen and replaced with new. They did a good job and I would use them again!

Although it took about 2 months to get the job scheduled, when it was scheduled, it was done very well and in a timely fashion. The workers arrived when they said they would and came back the next day to finish. When I had a problem with one of the windows, someone came to fix it two days after I reported it. I am very satisfied with the whole experience. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly.

The company was very customer service oriented, but when their worker did not finish the job, it was hard not to get irritated.

Quality of work was good. Price was fair. However, workers did not communicate where downspout and screen door handle was to be placed. Also Joe had said we will call to set appointment up. Next day workers show up to finish the job with out an appointment. Overall OK job.

The showroom counterman was extremely helpful. He told us to take into consideration the amount of clearance of the trim around the existing door. With his help, we were able to determine precisely how to measure the existing door. The new material fit perfectly the first time.

Spoke to Daly rep at friend's house where he was measuring to provide a bid to put up hurricane shutters. Rep said he would be back in area on Friday and could look at my house then and give me a price. He said he would call in advance to give me the time he was coming. Never heard from him (although he was just blocks away that day at friend's house).

IF THEY ARE TOO BUSY TO DO THE WORK THEY SHOULD AT LEAST TELL YOU, NOT LEAVE YOU HANGING.

THEY EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS ON THE DELIVERY TIME OF THE ITEMS. IT ONLY TOOK 10 DAYS FROM ORDER TO COMPLETION FOR THE HURRICANE SHUTTERS. I SAVED $1100 ACCORDING TO THE ESTIMATES I RECEIVED FROM OTHER COMPANIES.

THE WORK WAS DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER, AND I AM QUITE PLEASED WITH THIS SERVICE PROVIDER, AND EVEN MORE HAPPIER WITH ANGIE'S LIST FOR MAKING LIFE EASIER.

REP WAS VERY POLITE ON THE PHONE, AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO ME, BUT THEY ARE BOOKED OUT 20 WEEKS.

DALY'S PRICES ARE GOOD AND THEIR QUALITY IS FIRST RATE. OUR SHUTTERS PROTECTED OUR WINDOWS WELL DURING THE 4 STORMS THAT CAME THROUGH OUR AREA LAST YEAR. THE SHUTTERS WERE DELIVERED AS PROMISED AND THE HOLDERS WERE INSTALLED PROFESSIONALLY. WE JUST ORDERED SHUTTERS FOR THE REMAINDER OF OUR HOUSE, $6000. WORTH. WE RECEIVED FOUR QUOTES AND DALY WAS THE MOST COMPETITIVE.

THEY WERE REASONABLY PRICED. THEY DID A GOOD JOB. THE DOOR SEEMS A LITTLE FLIMSY.

THE TWO MEN WHO DID THE WORK WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THEY CLEANED THE AREA THOROUGHLY WHEN THEY WERE FINISHED WORKING AND KEPT US INFORMED OF WHAT WAS GOING ON AT ALL TIMES.

THEY ORIGINALLY SAID IT MAY TAKE AT LEAST EIGHT WEEKS, BUT THEY CALLED A LITTLE AFTER FIVE WEEKS AND WERE READY TO INSTALL. STAFF, ALL AROUND, WERE PLEASANT AND THE FINISHED PRODUCT IS BETTER THAN I HAD ORIGINALLY HOPED. THE COMPANY HAS BEEN THERE FOR SOMEWHERE NEAR 30 - 40 YEARS.

WE CHOSE THIS COMPANY BECAUSE OF ANGIE'S LIST'S HIGH RATING. THE SALES REPRESENTATIVE, MIKE PORTER,HOWEVER, WAS ALOOF, INDIFFERENT AND CERTAINLY NOT CUSTOMER-FRIENDLY. HE HAD A RUDE, ARROGANT ATTITUDE. WE STAYED WITH THIS COMPANY ONLY BECAUSE OF POSITIVE FEED-BACK FROM ANGIE'S LIST. IT TOOK 6 FULL WEEKS BEFORE THE JOB GOT STARTED--THEY KEPT STALLING. THE ACTUAL WORKERS WERE COURTEOUS AND COMPETENT AND LEFT THE PREMISES NEAT AND CLEAN. FINAL PRODUCT LOOKS NICE, BUT THE INITIAL CONSULTATION WAS A NIGHTMARE.

THE REPAIRMEN WERE PUNCTUAL AND WORKED AS A GREAT TEAM. THEY DID EXCPETIONAL WORK IN A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME.

I had two gentlemen come out which were absolutely wonderful. They were clean, very knowledgeable and great to work with.
