Description of Work: Their ad specifically says screen repair. After I spoke to someone in the office, I had to wait almost a week to hear from someone. At that time I was told they do not do small screen repairs, i.e. 2 panels need to be replaced, because it is not worth their sending someone out for that small a job.

Description of Work: I had trouble hooking up with the gentlemen who would measure my windows. He missed me, I missed him. I finally gave up and went with my lowest bid. I'm not blaming them, it was a busy time moving in and with multiple contractors...so all in all a good "almost" experience. I'd call again.

Description of Work: This Is an all Do company. Right from the sales rep. to the 2 men who did the installation. They were all professional, courteous, answered all my questions without malice and did one heck of a great job. They were on time, worked pretty much until they finished except for lunch and one short break.They cleaned up as they were working and did a final cleanup when finished. I would hire this company again in a heartbeat. Great Job Daly Alunimum!
