Premium Painters

My husband and were totally impressed with Premium Painters professionalism and the quality of their work. Although they were not the least expensive estimate we received, their attention to our needs and the promptness of their response was excellent so we went with them. Our house looks great. The colors are perfect. The workers were on time, neat and did a great clean up job. I would definitely recommend Premium Painters and will plan on using them for interior work in the future.

They did an excellent job! They started exactly when they said they would, and the crew members who did the job were very professional. The finished product looks fantastic, and we would definitely call them again in the future!

The painters arrived on time on the agreed upon start date. They worked very hard to get my home completed on time. Once the job was completed, my estimator and the job supervisor walked around with me to ensure everything was completed to my satisfaction. There were a couple of spots that I thought needed some extra attention and they fixed it without issues. I am very pleased with how nice my home looks! Thank you Premium Painters!

When I requested an estimate they set up an appointment time and showed up when they said they would. I was provided a schedule prior to work starting. They met the schedule they set up. When the job was completed they did a thorough clean up. There was no paint dripped or sprayed where it should not have been. I would definitely use Premium Painters again.

they showed up unnannounced when I wasn't home and power washed the entire house. then they came back a day or two later and started prepping the house. they removed all loose calk and replaced it, patched any holes in the stucco then primed the entire house. over the next two or three days they painted everything. after I discovered that they painted the garage Dorr the wrong color they repainted it the correct color.. I had given them a $300 deposit at signing of the contract and when they were all done I paid them the balance.

They showed up on the scheduled date and time and took just three days to complete. I was told that it would be a 3 - 4 day project. The only issue that I had was at the end of day two the crew did not clean up as well as I would have liked. I called Joe Bianco who was my contact for the job. I told him it wasn't worth sending them back but I wanted him to be aware of it. The next morning the crew foreman knocked on my door and apologized profusely. I am very happy with the final result. Joe did his own walk through after they finished and had them correct certain issues. He then walked the job with my wife and myself. We found additional things that needed touched up and they were happy to do it.

Premium Painters did a great job from start to finish. They were easy to communicate with, came when they said they would, and were very clean. They were also half the price of the painter I had used previously! I was afraid the quality would suffer, but I was totally satisfied with the work they did. Besides powerwashing and painting the exterior, they did repairs to some decorative woodwork near my front door. I thought I was going to have to replace it, but they did a such a good job that I don't have to at all. On first go around, it didn't look great, so I called them back. The inspector agreed with us that it could be better and sent the guys to fix it right away. They did a terrific job and we are now very satisfied. They also painted a bathroom, and touched up some scuffed walls and doors in various areas. Those also had to be redone a couple of times, but in fairness to them, we couldn't tell when it was wet if it was going to look okay or not. When it dried and was still visible, we called them, and they came and used a stain killer, and redid it again, and it was fine. In one case they did have to repaint the entire (small) wall. But they did whatever they had to with no complaints. I never felt like I was annoying them. They wanted as much as I did to see it done right. They were totally gracious about everything. Outside also there were a couple of corrections that had to be made. They assured us when they finished the job that they would come back immediately to fix anything we were not happy with, and they were true to their word. The crew was very nice, polite, clean and worked hard. They didn't spend half the day smoking and talking on cell phones like some other workers we've had in the past. They did a full day's work. They were to discuss, answer questions, explain anything we needed them to. We are moving soon, and will definitely be hiring them to do our next house!

Very professional . Brought in several painters and the job was done in 3 days. I would definitely use them again. Cleaned up after themselves. We were very pleased.

This company did a wonderful job painting our house. They cleaned and prepped the exterior, primed the exterior and painted the exterior. All cracks in stucco were repaired, all joints were recaulked. The job they did was nothing short of spectacular. Higly recommend this company.

They responded to a short notice fairly extensive job and completed it on time. They worked diligently from 8am to 5pm. They covered all surfaces and openings to the rest of the house to reduce dust. The workers were polite, professional and experienced. We ended up having some extra work that needed to be done and they added it to the job and still completed on time for next contractor in the process. Again, I would highly recommend them.

Two painters showed up on time. Both were very pleasant and professional. Our house was left in so clean that it was impossible to even know that they at worked here.

I wouldn't hire this company again! I was told by the representative that I would be compensated for any wallpaper removed prior to their crew arriving on site. My wife and I completed 90% of wall paper removal and a substantial portion of prep for painting in the master bedroom (I have before and after pictures of this work). We also removed all furniture for them except the bed. Three painters arrived on site to complete a bedroom and bathroom (the representative did not come by to examine our part of the wall paper, after removal, as she promised and make adjustments to estimate). The painters did a poor job removing the remaining wall paper. They did a terrible job prepping the walls in the bedroom (note: none completed in bathroom, base boards or doors in any room). The initial paint job was awful, reflecting the lack of prep ! The painters also told us that they do not complete prep ( such as prep sanding, etc.) unless instructed to do so (this is professional?) There was also multiple paint runs on the doors and base boards. We complained to the painters and the representative, multiple times and the painters did come back "twice" and covered up "most" of the flaws. When Nancie, the representative showed up she was apologetic for the unprofessional work and promised a call or visit from Dave, her boss...neither a call nor a visit was ever made to us. When the painters replaced our blind rod, they did a terrible job... when they pulled the cord to close the blinds, they pulled the hardware out of the wall, creating a huge hole in the wall. They made "multiple" attempts to replace the hardware by patching all the holes they made, before finally fixing it correctly. The painters cleaned their oil based paint brushes in a can and poured the waste in to my grass, killing the grass. Also, the foreman spent more time on the phone, walking up and down the street in front of my house, than he did painting. The overall job was terrible...especially for 3 painters and 2 days to complete the job! How can we have such terrible luck with this company, while others supposedly had good luck...in my opinion their standards must have gone down? The brochure is impressive stating that they are professional and have higher standards than other companies. WHAT A JOKE! We are very disappointed by the claims of the rep and what we saw advertised on their pamphlet!

The painter, Paul, was very courteous. He painted my kitchen as well as my master bedroom ceiling and an accent wall. Had to have him come out and apply another coat of paint in kitchen and do touch up but knew this would be a possibility. Would rate him an A. Company was definitely lacking in follow up and customer service skills, and did not provide the professionalism I was hoping for. I had to keep contacting them to get information on date/time, etc. Felt ignored and disrespected.

The young lady who gave us the estimate told us that the carport parking area could sand blasted down to cement which was one of our purposes for having the carport painted. When the painters came out to do the job, their recommendation was to put a primer down, then paint it and the results would be fine. That didn't work. We called Premium when the paint started to peel and it has since been done a total of three times, but the surface still is not painted correctly and peeling. We were disappointed to have to continuously call the estimator and Rob to get answers and the repair done. David, the owner, called us back and advised us that the company does not have a sand blaster. Bottom line is that our carport parking area looks terrible and we do not consider the job complete. A customer should not be the one to devise solutions to problems. If we knew the answers we would not hire a company. We were 98% satisfied with the first job Premium did on our primary residence and we would like to use them again, but can't recommend them to friends and family until our carport parking area is completed correctly.

After reading a strong recommendation about Premium Painters on the Angieslist monthly publication, I called and got an estimate on June 10th. Robert came out and provided the proposal. After a call to accept the proposal, Robert came to sign the acceptance on June 23, 2014. He requested a deposit of $250. After receiving my OHA approval on July 16, I called and left a message indicating that the OHA approval has arrived on an attempt to advance the project. As I had no response on scheduling, I called again on July 28th with no response on scheduling. After more than one month of no response on scheduling, I called on August 18 to cancel the project citing unresponsive and unreasonnable delay. In addition, I send an email requesting my deposit of $250. I had today August 27th a check for $180 and a note suggesting a charge of $80 for color sampling. I object strongly to such arbitrary and exorbitant charge as it is not referenced on the proposal. This amounts to predatory and unfair practice that no customer should be subjected to.I did not need color sampling as I was not changing the color on the house. In addition, canceling the project is the result of delay and none responsive on the part of Premium Painters. I sent an email requesting the full refund as I cannot be penalized for employees's unresponsiveness.

This crew was fantastic. They went above and beyond--even removing a ferocious snake (about 2 inches long, from my house. I mfelt very comfortable leaving them alone. I highly recommend them. Premium also painted the exterior of my other house and did an excellent job.

The quality of the painting was satisfactory, no complaints there. The crew was courteous and clean. The prep work was pathetic. My job took around a week from start to finish. There was a lot of prep work required, lots of scraping, priming, stucco filler and caulking to be done. On the days that my primary point of contact, the estimator, was onsite everything was done well. On the days the estimator was not onsite, there was a definite drop in quality of work. Basically anything that required them to get on a ladder and scrape was not going to happen (I have a single story home). Rather than scrape the old paint off and properly prep the surface, they just painted over old cracked paint. As to the stucco filler/repair, nothing looks uniform and several patches look worse than before. Unfortunately, half of my house looks great while the other half does not. At the end of the final day of painting, my estimator was not onsite and I dealt with the job foreman on any problems that I had. To his credit, he got up and tried to scrape some of the old paint but realized that it required additional work and he dismissed it as not being a problem. I received a customer survey shortly after the job was complete and I did not leave a good review. There has been no contact from anyone, maybe this review will generate a call or some kind of inspection.

He did a good job painting, however, he only used one small piece of plastic to protect the floor. He got some paint where paint shouldn't have been. His prices were fair, however.

Did a great job. They were punctual and courteous, and the end result was fabulous. I highly recommend them!

Pressure/chemical cleaned exterior of house. Caulked and filled cracks, recaulked windows. Primed and painted house and metal front door. Everything went smoothly except that I noticed they missed two fairly significant sections of my facia board. One was because they ran out of paint (delivered less than they estimated to need), and apparently forgot about it. The second area was near my screened patio and gutter. They apparently did not do this on purpose because it involved leaning over and painting from the roof. They did it though when I asked, which I didn't think was a big deal or particularly difficult, I've done it myself in the past. Their price was competitive with other estimates and I think they did a great job, the house looks great!

It went very well. I went out of town and allowed them into my home while I was away. This is a very trustworthy company. They did a wonderful job and I would recommend them to anyone in the area.

A wonderful experience from beginning to end!

CUSTOMER FRIENDLY AND WANTED TO PLEASE US. WERE ADAPTABLE TO SOME CHANGES ALONG THE WAY. WE HAD SOME WINDS THAT DELAYED THE SPRAYING AND RAIN THAT KEPT THE POOL DECK FROM BEING PAINTED. THEY PERSEVERED TILL DONE!

They were $400 higher than the other service provider. The total amount is $2,600 and that is with 10% off. The thing that we did not care for too much about him is that he gave us the price and when my husband said that we got his name through Angie’s list, he said that he had already taken the 10% off, and that is the price with the 10% off. You would really have to push for the discount. He was pretty responsive, punctual, and respectful. We would not use his services based on cost because he seemed to be more higher.

We were very happy with the entire job. We were hesitant to paint the spanish tile roof however it looks great after it was painted.
