Description of Work: prepped (pressure washed and filled cracks in stucco) and painted exterior stucco, eaves, fascia... Had issue with two carriage lamp fixtures on either side of garage door that became "broken." Don't know if it was the washers or painters, but owner of company replace with similar model (which was a cheap plastic version and all that we asked for). | |First set of painters came later than expected, and wound up on two different days, not getting done what should have been done because of the rainy season pattern inhibiting their progress (we live in south Florida)... also, one day, some of the paint was washed away because of the downpours when paining was interrupted and that paint need to be reapplied. | |Some of the delays could have been better managed, and in fact, were managed better when we had two different painters take over the job on the 3rd and 4th days to catch up... | |House and trim look good, tho after 10+ years of wear... it needed paint and a new color and we are -- all in all -- pleased with the job...

Description of Work: Nancie gave an estimate. She was on time and professional. Answered the questions I had and explained how they would complete the work. The paint staff was pleasant, professional and did a great job. They cleaned up behind themselves and only left a few paint spots for me to clean. (Far fewer than if I had tried to paint the house myself.) work done was a 2500 sq ft house and a 60x60 storage facility. Great job!!

When the crew arrived, they completely were committed to our job only. The 3 guys always showed up on time and worked the entire day. Very professional, clean and courteous. There were a lot of small holes to fix and other repairs necessary before painting.The new base boards were spray painted perfectly for the next project -- new flooring. + 1 moreI have used Premium Painters before for the exterior of my home. Same great experience with the interior painting. They arrived early and on time. Very professional. They make sure you and they are in agreement the what was to be performed.
Description of Work: Interior painting of the living, dining room and office - walls, ceilings, doors and baseboards. Three painters came the first day. I had one hand in a cast from a broken wrist so even though I cleared the most of the walls and cabinets, there were some things I could not move. Three painter came in moved the big stuff for me, covered everything, painted walls, ceiling and baseboards the first day. The second day one painter came and spent a half a day painting the doors.

+ 0 moreMy husband and I tried to tackle the grasscloth removal ourselves, but determined we were in over our heads after spending one half day to unsuccessfully remove the grasscloth from one small wall. We left a message with this firm on Sunday, and were called back and promised that someone would be out to assess our project on Monday morning. We needed the project done no later than that Friday as we were returning home early Saturday morning, so the ability to get the job done and done well was most important. We chose this firm as they employ a sizeable number of painters and also do wallpaper removal and wall repair. The firm arrived early Wednesday with three painters, one of whom concentrated on the grasscloth removal which proved to be the nightmare we anticipated. However, by 4:00 p.m. Thursday, we were left with a beautiful, newly-painted apartment. We couldn't be happier.
Description of Work: Removed 35+ year old grasscloth from walls of entrance hallway, then prepped walls and painted living room, dining room, and two hallways with lots of doors of our condo apartment. Painted popcorn ceiling throughout these rooms and rehabbed and painted baseboards and window trim as well.

They were able to start painting within several days of my signing of the contract. They made wonderful recommendations regarding material choices, and services they recommended. Their crews were always prompt, courteous, neat and they did a great job. It was a pleasure working with them. They completed the job promptly and supplied a large enough crew to finish in the time frame promised. I will definitely recommend them and use them again.

+ -1 moreKevin came to the house and gave a clear estimate. The contract was straight forward and easy to see the responsibilities and warranty for his work. The painters arrived and pressure cleaned the house and began priming. The crew was very polite and worked hard. The work went quickly and professionally. They covered the windows and hardware not to be painted and sprayed the paint on. The contractor was on the site regularly and came after the work was finished to check on my satisfaction and when I showed him a area that needed caulk he said no problem. He actually sent one of his crew back two days to prime and paint the door installed after they finished their work. The man caulked the area I pointed out at that time.

+ 2 moreFantastic experience. David was prompt with on site inspection and written estimates. Suggested ways we could save some money. Offered to repair some interior work and add wainscoting to bar area at a very reasonable cost. They returned all phone calls promptly and came each day to inspect the crews work and cleanliness. Started and completed the job as promised and never left until complete. After I inspected the work and was satisfied. David reinspected and found areas he wished to redo. He redid the work. In areas that could not be sprayed they hand painted and rolled. All edges were cut in masterfully by craftsman. Made sure we were completely satisfied before presenting final bill. Offered to return in 18-24 months to wash exterior of house down at 1/2 price.
Description of Work: They pressure washed exterior of house. Put paint color samples on house for us to pick colors we wanted. Kept trying different shades till we were very satisfied. Painted exterior, all trim work, pool patio and some interior painting. They repaired all cracks, fixed wood sheds doors and decaying wood.
