The service was superb! We could not have been happier. Rick, the owner, and his assistant arrived right on time. They knew exactly what to do. They carefully removed the old flatscreen from the wall, mounted the new flatscreen, making sure it was secured to the wall and centered. They used our old wall mount so it saved us money. They programmed the TV, made sure the DirectTV service was working, and walked us through how to use the remote and the features on the DirectTV screen we never knew how to use. They were very efficient and courteous, friendly, and extremely knowledegable in their craft. They even carted away the old TV. We recommend The TV Guy to anyone who wants professional TV installation, done promptly and efficiently, and all at a very reasonable price. We will recommend the TV Guy to our friends and will use them again the next time we need a TV installed or repaired.

These guys are really great. They did not have the lamp needed for our rather old TV. Rick made a point of calling other dealers attempting to find the lamp. He made a point of calling to explain that he had been unable to obtain a lamp and was ordering one. It arrived at TV GUY in a few days later, and they brought it out the same day. They cleaned the lamp casing and showed us how to keep it clean. This may sound like a do-it-yourself to many people, but we are seniors who can no longer climb around behind a television. The price was very fair, less than I paid other companies in the past few years. I would recommend these guys for any tv repair or other electronic work. Really nice people

.He came out to the house to evaluate the problem and returned the next morning after confirming that he had the parts (used in his shop). The repair was returned that evening. Rick is very skilled taking my board to his shop where he removed and replaced the connectors. The final board looked factory. Rick is hones and will try to save you money when he can as in my case. He could have replaced the board for $350.

Rick, our technician, was the absolute best. He told us he could fix the TV but had to order the part. Once he received the part he returned and fixed it and helped return it to the console and made sure it was operational.

Arrived on time. Completed the work quickly and cleaned up thoroughly. He discussed the options and placement issues in a manner that was easy to understand and so that we could decide the best height and location for the TVs and cable box. He hid the cable box in a manner so that it is invisible. Pricing was fair and way less than BestBuy Geek squad.
