Description of Work: I must start by saying it is so hard to find trustworthy, reliable people today! Tomas Cordero (owner) was so accommodating to me today! Unfortunately, i had a water heater that flooded out in my attic and had a lot of water damage to my two bedrooms which had carpeting in them and some walls. I called this afternoon and Tomas answered the phone so politely, listened to what I had to say. Immediately called me back and rearranged his schedule to accommodate me, while I was having a new water heater installed. He came out within an hour and not only did a superb job with his son, but went above and beyond the call of duty. He was so concerned and helped me thru the process of how to take care of my water damage to the carpeting for a positive outcome. I highly recommend this company with no hesitation whatsoever!!! I would use him again in a heart beat!!!! Thank You Tomas and son for a smooth transition for what could of been a horrible day.

They attacked the heavily soiled areas around the dining room table and throughout the "traffic" areas of my condo. Wow, what a difference! They were very professional and arrived on time. The minute you meet them you know they are people of honesty and integrity. Not only did they do the compete work, including pre-treating, sanitizing and deodorizing, but they did my carpeted patio area at no extra charge. Will definitely use them again....Rick

+ -1 moreThese guys are awesome! They arrived on time, and exceeded my expectations. We were getting the carpet cleaned mainly for health reasons. (We have allergies and wanted to get the dust out.) Our carpet was so old and dirty, I never expected it to get very clean. After Tomas and Tommy cleaned it, the carpet looked almost new. I was blown away that they could get some of those deep stains out that had been there for years. They were professional, and friendly. They arrived on time and left within an hour. They worked with us to know which furniture we needed to move, and which pieces could stay. They cleaned an area rug and door matts for free. Father & Son Carpet Cleaning & Water Restoration will be my first call the next time we need carpet or furniture cleaned.

+ 0 moreThe furniture can out like new. The recliner was a mess since my dog made it her favorite place and then got sick in it. I was having a dinner party and called to see if i could get it cleaned on a Saturday. They arrived by 830 because the furniture needed time to dry.. The furniture was fresh clean and dry by the time my guest arrived" In today's world most people are out for the money. They could have easily charged be for a weekend call,in addition to all the additional work they did. They were extremely professional. I will definitely be using them again and i would strongly recommend them for any of your cleaning needs .
Description of Work: Tomas and his tommy cleaned my recliner, couch,and love seat. They were also kind enough to refresh my stools and other recliners.

TO BE HONEST, I WAS TOLD BY A FRIEND THAT I WOULD NOT REGRET IN MY INVESTMENT IN ORDER TO FIX MY CARPET AND SOFA THAT WERE A REAL MESS BEFORE THEY CLEAN IT. ALSO, BEFORE LEAVING TOMAS AND HIS SON, THEY PUT ALL MY FURNITURE BACK IN PLACE WHICH REALLY SHOWS A GOOD QUALITY JOB UP TO THE END.

Description of Work: These guys are eager to please and always show up on time to do a great job. We have a huge dog with endless shedding- not to mention frequent swims and outdoor adventures. We use Father and Son on a regular basis to keep the carpet looking new and feeling fresh.
