After submitting my request from the Home Advisor app, Lemay Marin called to discuss my needs. I wanted to install an Ecosmart ECO18 tankless water heater in my high rise condo unit. Sounds relatively simple, but this task required coordination of a plumber and electrician, together with Condo Management. Lemay Marin contacted my plumber, and they were able to coordinate their work. So, plumber removes old hot water heater tank and installed ECO18 tankless heater. As soon as he finished, Lemay arrived on the scene to connect to electrical panel. First, a new set of breakers had to be installed. Then, came the action. Lemay was able to run the cables through the walls and around some air vents. Once completed, he went over its use with me, making certain I was comfortable with all aspects. Lemay gives high quality, fast, efficient work. Also, he is not intimidated by those unforeseen challenges that unfold during renovation projects. I highly recommend, and I will keep Lemay Marin in my phone contacts for all future renovation projects!
