Worst contracting mistake ever. After a series of broken promises/no-shows, excuses and a cost overrun, our pad was poured and is good. But, we were left with a big mess - concrete spatter all over our porch and screens, our shed and redwood fencing. Chris, the owner, promised to come out last week and clean up the mess, but another broken promise and a no-show. The owner does not stand behind his work and will not now respond to a text. Their site promises a satisfaction guarantee. We are not satisfied and the concrete has now hardened on our screens/porch/shed/fencing - in the Florida sun, for two weeks. Hire at your own risk.

I had some scheduling issues, one on my part and then the weather but Chris worked with us until the weather cooperated. Chris and his team are true professionals and artisans! Chris& team member, Troy, did outstanding work and was very personable. An all-around great guy. I have already recommended them to friends and co-workers and I'll continue to recommend them to anyone that needs concrete work.

The work was done on time.But I had follow up questions that have not been answered yet.

Had a little weather issues, but Chris was excellent about keeping in touch and overseeing the project. So professional and was right there until we were completely satisfied. I would call him again in a minute and recommend him to anyone looking for a true professional.

Inconsistent surface finish, sections not at same level, damaged brick wall, sloppy and crumbling edges. Broken sprinkler pipe. Hasn t returned four phone calls since finished three weeks ago.

Chris was excellent about returning and recieving calls reference my project. Sooo many bad cement companies out there. Prestige was quick with estimate. Quick with work completed and very knowledgeable about all the ins and outs of concrete. Would recommend this company

Chris and his crew are just the best in the area for concrete repair and install would recommend then again and again

We contracted with Prestige Concrete to pour a driveway on June 25th. The project was to take approximately 4 days. Completion was 11 days later. As a result of the slope in the driveway, we agreed on the installation of a drainage strip. The drainage strip had a gap large enough for a toe and we both agreed it needed to be repaired. I paid his bill in full and he promised to be back the next day to make the repair. I called and we set another date for the repair. Again, he never showed. I have called several times and left messages but to no avail. Due to Chris' lack of honesty and not being a man of his word, I cannot give a positive reference or recommendation.

Chris was extremely professional and answered all our questions. His worker did a great job.

I was unhappy with the excess concrete on the bottom of the slab I had them pour and the mess that was left behind but Chris personally came back to my house, explained the reason for the excess and cleaned up the mess himself. He agreed with me that I should have been told about putting dirt along the frame boards that would have minimized the amount of concrete that came out below them. I had bags of dirt in my backyard and would have gladly poured them out had the finisher told me about it. Chris was very professional and did what he needed to do to explain the process better so that I am able to say I would recommend his company and have already, to my son. Thank you, Chris for spending the time it took to solve the issues that I thought I had. I did a review of this company in June and said that I would recommend them but I cannot say that anymore. There were issues and Chris came out about them, but when he sent the finisher out to correct them, it could not have been done properly. I was told that the patch would turn white within 30 days. It is still dark gray and the patch was done on June 27th. It is also filled with cracks. I sent Chris a text asking about it and again about the ruts in my yard, and he has not responded. My son is having cement work done and will not be using this company

Working with Chris was pleasant, he knows his way around concrete. He was able to provide me with any information I needed regarding my patio pour. When needed he is a hands on type of person, he will get with the crew and not just stand back and give instructions.

Chris and his team are very good at the job.

I would give higher rating but honestly it is too soon to know if there are any issues. I will say that Chris and his crew did do a great job under some very difficult circumstances (traffic, old drive not done correctly) and I would recommend them to anyone needing this kind of work. Great guys to work with.

Chris and his team goes above and beyond just what the estimate or invoice states. Their attention to detail and priority is customer satisfaction. I had 3 companies give estimates, but Chris was the only one to ask the right questions and present the solution. I now have the best looking driveway in the subdivision. Before my driveway was a nightmare, Before my driveway was an embarrassment, now it a show piece. I highly recommend Prestige to everyone. Thanks Guy's
