Austen completed the work and came the same day. However, if you want a receipt or warranty paperwork, Good luck in getting it. He installed a new irrigation timer and at the time told me it had a 5 year warranty . I have not been able to get the warranty paperwork from him and it has been 3 weeks. He did respond to only one of many attempts to contact him since and told me it has a 3 year warranty. He will send me anything on the warranty.

Responsive and knowledgeable. Will use again in the future.

Even though it was after hours, he accepted the project, showed up very quick, fixed the problem and spotted and repaired other problems that stave off future problems

Austen responded promptly with a call and showed up about an hour later. He quickly diagnosed the problem and recommended replacing all the sprinkler valves and manifold due to recurring leaks. He completed the work the next morning and ensured that the entire sprinkler system was working properly. He was professional and knowledgeable. He guaranteed his work for 3 years. His price was high, but he did the job well in a timely manner. He kept me informed about his arrival times, which I appreciated.
