Austen & Eric had a train wreck to fix when they came to repair my irrigation system. The system is now working to perfection! Great job, guys!

The guys came to my home to give me an estimate on my sprinkler system repair. They were very prompt to reply to my original request on Home Advisor. They arrived on time and were very courteous. I decided not to go forward with my sprinkler repair for the sole reason that I am not financially prepared at this time and I jumped the gun too quickly. However when the time comes I will reach out to M&M irrigation again.

The experience felt like the process of going for an oil change on your car and they come back with a list of another 5 things that also need to be fixed. And the prices on each of the additional things are expensive and urgent.

M and M installed 4 new zone control valves this past Fall. All worked fine until last month (4 months later); one of them is stuck open. I spoke with them and asked them to stop by to take a look, but they havent even called back to schedule an appointment. They said they stood behind their work; but I guess a mans word doesnt mean too much to these young guys. Disappointing, to say the least.

Austen did a great job repairing my existing system. They were at my home at the appointed time and did a great job.

Austen and Eric did a great job installing 3 new irrigation zones. As soon as they were contacted, they came out as scheduled to provide an estimate. They started work as promised and finished everything in 2 days. These two young men know what they are doing. They were professional and very courteous. The repeatedly asked questions to make sure they did exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend them.

My front garden irrigation was not working. Called M & M that same week they came out and gave me a quote. Austin's price was reasonable and finished the job in one day. Would highly recommend.

I know now, I probably should have installed sprinklers before I laid down new grass sod. M&M guys told me they would put everything back the way it was before. Well, this is the day after the install & I was out looking at everything & not only are the edges all torn up, I was planning on putting rock around edges of my house & it was all smooth before & now everything is total mess & disheveled. My new grass was coming in so good & I expressed this. "Austin assured me, no problem". It is going to cost me additional $$$$ to fix it back the way it was & replace a lot of the sod that is totally gone. Very P.O. 'd

They were prompt and completed the work to satisfaction. The service was a bit pricey.

They are couple of nice, young guys with not enough experience yet. They did find the problem, but caused some others, and did not wire the controls back according to electrical code. If you don't mind doing some clean up of their work after they leave, hire them.
