If you're reading this review because you just walked into a major water, fire, or mold issue with your property, pick up the phone and call Leith and Ashley at Maven Construction ASAP. My wife and I recently had a second major water damage claim caused by negligence from our previous restoration contractor; I'm happy to say we made the correct decision this time around. The owner Leith came in and got right to work, mitigating further damage to our home and starting the restoration process. Leith and his devoted team carefully wrapped and packed our belongings up and moved them into safe, climate controlled storage before the demolishion and remodeling began. Leith the owner was at our home nearly every day and truly took a hands-on approach to ensure the job was done in a timely fashion and was completed to our satisfaction. He is also an expert at dealing with homeowners' insurance, especially given our situation. I really can't recommend Maven Construction enough. If this wasn't enough, several months later on the 4th of July a huge tree near our property line fell on my neighbor's garage, damaging their roof and totaling one of their cars. The owner Leith was there within 30 minutes, chainsaw in hand. While he could have been at a family barbecue for the holiday afternoon, he spent his Saturday working to mitigate and repair another home disaster. This is truly a fantastic Gainesville business.

I was living out of state and Leith’s concern for me, my tenants, and my property was amazing. 
He showed immense concern, kept me in constant communication by phone, e-mail,
 and photos.  He constantly kept me updated. 
Due to my circumstances, he and his crew even worked on many weekends to get the job done. 
He also was able to contact other professionals for the few occasions that his company did not provide the service. 
When I had problems with my insurance company, he was able to provide guidance and professionals to assist me. 
His main concern was the health and safety of the tenants  as well as providing a beautiful living environment.
