Awesome experience.  Chris was super prompt and professional.  More importantly, the results were great.  The rugs looked great when when he was done and I was really happy with the "chemdry" process in that there was very little moisture in the carpets after he was done.  The one room he did at my home was a super long shag and it, too, was quite dry when he was done.  One of his "pitches" on the chemdry process that intuitively made sense to me (but time will tell) was that his process does not leave a soap residue behind that can quickly attract new dirt after the cleaning is complete.
I'll use Gatorville Chemdry again.

Chris, the owner, is the very best.  I began with him almost 10 years ago when he first started his company.  He is a hard worker and a true joy to do business with.

Chris was awesome! I did have to take the initiative to call him a week after purchasing the Angie's List deal, but he answered when I called to make an appointment and confirmed the morning of the appointment with an approximate arrival time. Chris is very professional and friendly. He came in, took a look around, gave me a quote and then got straight to work. It took less than two hours for him to do everything. When Chris was finished, he walked me through what he had done again and made sure I was happy with the results. The P.U.R.T. process to treat the pet urine was worth the extra money; it took the smell away and gives me a better chance of the cat not going back to that area. I'm very pleased with the services Gatorville Chem-Dry provided and will definitely recommend and use them in the future!

Chris and Cody took a quick look around, told me how much it would be, I agreed and they started right away.  They estimated it would take approximately 2 hours, I believe they finished in just under 2 hours.  Professional throughout the whole visit.
Carpet looks better than expected, couch looks brand new.

The carpets in the house were filthy.  The house had been empty for four years before I purchased it, had not been cleaned by the previous owner,  and many, many workmen had come through in the past two months with muddy shoes/boots.  I wasn't sure it was going to be possible to get it clean again.  White carpet and muddy boots do not go well together. The chemical process that they use is amazing.  It took up the dirt that had been ground in and it brought up the carpet pile.  It wasn't a fast process.  It took over two hours and I was expecting it to take a lot longer.  It dries very quickly too.
When they finished, we took a walk-through over the entire house. 

The carpet was clean in every room. They even carried the sofa into the house as I had had  it stored in the carport under plastic.  The sofa, too, was clean. I enjoyed meeting both of these young men.  They will come back to deal with any issues that arise in the future; and they will clean as much or as little as is needed.  I will not hesitate to call them again.

Chris arrived on time and called 30 minutes ahead to confirm the time. My carpet was really dirty! He vacumed up, applied a treating chemical, let it set for appx 10 min. Then cleaned carpet. Chris has cleaned my carpet for appx 5 years and does a great job.

It was just wonderful.  The carpets are 16 years old and they now look brand new!.  The service was just wonderful and I could not be happier.

I am seriously sensitive to scents and chemicals and true to their word, the process was scent free.  Two very nice young men were very eager to please and professional.  The brush could be a bit much for a very delicate rug.  Mine is a sturdy wool.

Used Angie's list coupon for a 3 room cleaning.  I wanted to try the dry chem cleaning to avoid waiting for the carpets to dry.  Jonathan showed up on time, was extremely professional, answered all my questions, and did a great job on the cleaning.  Will definitely use this company again.

Gatorville Chem-dry did an excellent job. Was on time, very professional and friendly. With the Chem-Dry method of not leaving the carpet wet I had no worries about my grandchildren playing on the carpet the same day it was cleaned.

Chris showed up in the hour window that he gave me. He also called me to tell me that he was on his way. He gave me a quote before he began his work which was the same as the one that he had given me over the phone. He vacuumed all of the rooms. Then he brought in the hoses that attached to his van. The carpet cleaning machine was like a giant eraser. It made the dirt and stains disappear from my very light colored carpet. It has stayed cleaner much longer than when I had my carpets steam cleaned. The best part was that my carpet was completely dry in about an hour! I will be using Gatorville Chem-Dry every six months to keep my carpets beautiful and healthy.
