The two technicians, Bill and Louis, arrived as scheduled. They were pleasant, professional and mindful of the furniture around their work area on my lanai. As they worked to correct the problem with my lanai shutters they explained what they found and what they were doing, and asked if I had any questions. Upon completing their work they cleaned the work area and were on their way. They fully earned the five stars I award them.

They were prompt and efficient.

Worked me into their busy(hurricane Ian)schedule. Quickly and correctly diagnosed problem. Two man crew took only 30 minutes to repair/adjust the shutter. 3% extra if you pay by credit card. Would use them again.

Polite. Great follow thru. Experience made me very confident in his work and diagnosis. The parts that might be needed were on his truck (loved no need to schedule another appointment.) Did not try to make something work.. his advise was sound. If I need help with shutters again, I will call Ft. Myers Hurricane Repair and refer friends to Brandon and company.

Shutter was fixed promptly and workers were knowledgeable, efficient, and polite.
