Brandon responded immediately to my request for service on an immobile 20-year-old hurricane shutter. Within 15 minutes of his arrival later that day, he had the issue diagnosed and in another 15 minutes, the shutter issue was resolved and working well. The guy knows what he is doing! Very professional, knowledgable, and trustworthy. I was prepared for the worst--a costly motor repair. Very thankful for Fort Myers Hurricane Shutter Repair and especially Brandons great service.

Brandon was quick to respond on the phone, scheduled a visit in a couple of days time, called half hour before coming to confirm everything was still on. He looked at the damaged shutter, which had been blown out of its tracks, and said it could be readily put back in. Disassembled one side of the housing, widened the track, and reinserted the slats. All told, took a couple of guys a half hour, and the unit is good as new.

Contacted Brandon at Ft. Myers Hurricane Shutter Repair on the advice of one of the larger shutter manufacturers in Florida to remove accordion shutters for paver install on lanai/pool deck/patio. 32 foot run with changing heights, 2 angles, changed from surface base track to recessed "trench track". They removed all the shutters and the support structures that would be in the way of the paver project, stored everything offsite, then two months later returned, cut everything to new dimensions on site, and completed a large, complicated installation in one day. Beyond impressed, cant say enough about the great job Brandon and his team did,or the great outcome. Our Lanai/pool/patio is spectacular. I thought that, for the amount of work that was required, the price was very reasonable.

Terrific efficient and focused. I never asked how much the service would cost so I wonâ t complain about the cost. I will call them to do yearly routine maintenance I will ask what that cost before I have them come. It has to fit into my budget.

Brandon & his partner showed up early and replaced the shutter motor that had broken down quickly & professionally. The shutter motor had stopped working after I put the shutters down due to roof washing. When I called he said he could come out the next morning and did. They did excellent work quickly. I would highly recommend them.

These two young men were awesome. Polite, courteous and conscientious. As they were running late for our appointment, they called us to keep us abreast of their arrival time which was much appreciated. They fixed our Hurricane shutter and explained what they did. They also lubricated all the Hurricane shutters for us. We were so impressed with their service . I canâ t say enough about them . As they left, I hook Brandonâ s hand but I truly wanted to hug him !
