Alufab USA Hurricane Protection

Very well. I couldn’t ask for a more professional crew! The installation and follow up was perfect!

This is the third time we used Alufab on two different homes we've owned in the Cascades. We contracted for the windows in the fall to be installed in February. When we returned after Christmas they give us the date for installation. They arrived in the morning with a 4 man crew and completed the installation of 13 windows in one long day which was our choice. They cleaned up behind themselves and did the touch up paint and caulking. We furnished the paint for the exterior. They arranged for the City inspection and came back after the inspection to install the screw covers and check with us on workmanship.

Great from start to finish. Contacted many companies. Only 4 answered and came out, one of which never followed up. All but Alufab said they were 8 or more weeks out. Alufab said maybe 4 or 5 weeks. They took less than 2 weeks from start to finish! They also had the lowest price. The highest was over 50% more. One advantage they have is that they assemble the shutters themselves instead of ordering from another company. I steered them to some other interested people and from what I know they were again the lowest price.

Alufab was totally responsive from the start. The installers were professional and put everything back in place.

The salesman, Jack, was great. The installers were polite and professional. We had a relatively short window of time for installation, and they arrived when they said they would. Most importantly, my wife was very happy! I would definitely hire them again, if needed.

All went well and very professional. Any call we ever made was answered and we had a reply within an hour. Very on top with their work and very courteous

Everything went rather well from choosing the type and color of the protection with just a thing or two off (I am somewhat of a perfectionist). And neighbors stop and look at the shutters and ask what company installed and I gladly advise! LUNA

Jack was prompt with getting the quote and order set up. The delivery was a little longer than originally promised, but the installation went well and the shutters look great.

Jack Lengel was prompt in responding with a quote. The final bill was the same as quote. The installers did a quick clean and neat installation. I am very happy with the product!

Everything went great, quick on installation & prompt response on it all. They were a great help on everything needed for HOA also.

Company used quality materials, installations were prompt and professional. Sales representative and office staff were pleasant to deal with. Project was done in two phases due to our budget. The only delay in each phase was waiting for the windows to be custom made. A fact I can deal with. Within 10 days of the arrival of the windows, the installers were here putting them in. Installers were done, area cleaned up, and gone in less than 7 hours for each phase. Also, had no issues with the city inspector.

Alufab was fantastic. Jack was prompt with appointments, calls and the service. The installers and electricians were great. I had a little adjustment to be made and they were right there to make sure it was perfect. I now feel my condo is hurricane proof as well as added security when I travel.

This is their second job with us, first was impact glass and shutters on another house. Prompt with competitive estimate, prompt with permit process, prompt with beginning and finishing work...they were also $3k less expensive than other estimate. Based on previous experience, if something goes wrong, they a prompt to solve the problem.

The project was completed as scheduled. Excellent support by sale and administration staff to provide required documents to HOA for approval of the roll-up shutter on the balcony. Workers were professional and efficient and they cleaned the working area afterwards.

Sale and installation were both professional and Yadid, who oversaw the installation, was very conscientious and neat during the process. Unfortunately 1 of the windows cracked 2 days after installation. We are still waiting for CGI (manufacturer of the windows) to get the replacement in under warranty and get it installed. This has held up the building inspection and final trim installation. We would use Alufab again but would probably opt for a different window manufacturer. We can’t recommend CGI as a result.

From start to finish this was one of the most positive jobs we've had performed for us! We started getting quotes before IRMA, but realized it was more expensive than we had thought. We began putting money away, hoping to be able to have them installed a year later. When IRMA hit, we were fortunate that we didn't have any damage, but were eager to get the extra protection and began getting quotes again. Everyone told us how the price of aluminum had skyrocketed after IRMA and their prices certainly reflected that! Jack came out to give us another quote, he had been the lowest the previous year and we were pleasantly surprised with the quote he gave us. He was SO much lower than the other 3 quotes we had that to be honest, I was a bit nervous...that can often be a red flag - but I did research online and couldn't find any reason not to hire him. Well, the job was completed within the time frame promised and the workmanship and professionalism of everyone involved exceeded our expectations! Jack was always available for any questions and Terry, the office manager was helpful and returned any call quickly. I could not recommend them more highly! The shutters are beautiful and incredibly quiet! I feel so much more secure and didn't have to sacrifice quality for price! We are now thinking of installing huricane windows in the front of our house, and you can bet Jack will be the go to guy and Abufab will be the company of choice!

From start to finish all went as it was suppose to. Jack Engel is a wonderful person to deal with. In fact everybody working either at our home back in the office was courteous and efficient. If there was a possible sixth star, I would say this firm qualifies.

All went well. Jack Lengel did an excellent job working remotely with us as we were in NJ and our condo is in Florida. He coordinated the inspections and workers. Definitely would hire again and recommend, especially, if you are a snowbird.

We have got perfect service already through the sales process - very knowledgeable, supporting and helpful. This actually made the decision easy. Work itself was performed as agreed, Quality was as expected. We have asked Alufab for their services for the third time already. We would do so again and can highly recommend.
