I have been using Two Maids and a Mop for at least two years now and LOVE their service! The house feels so good after they have been here. I have recommended my parents to them and from that recommendation, they have just recently picked them up for their house cleaning needs. From the staff in the office who calls the day before to confirm the time to the two ladies that come and clean -- everyone is friendly and professional. We have used Two Maids and a Mop off and on for the last several years. While we have had some issues of cleaning not being up to my standards the problem is taken care of the next cleaning and is typically not repeated. Overall I am satisfied with their services. When I contact the office with complaints I am answered with complete professionalism by the staff. My biggest complaint is the lack of a list of what tasks were completed. Despite numerous requests they just don't seem to be able to remember to leave the list.

I was thoroughly impressed with the performance of my two maids and a mop. Prompt, polite, respectful of our property and thorough in their work. They followed my directions and cheerfully indulged my cleaning product preferences. We have a small family (two old people and a dog!) but we generate a lot of dust. Our apartment sparkles now. I have, throughout the years (of which there have been many) worked with many professional cleaning firms but these gals were awesome. I highly recommend Two Maids & A Mop and look forward to doing business with this company, in the future.

Excellent! Basically cleaning a mostly clean house but when Jennifer and Shirley were through you could eat off the floor.

It went extremely well. I have had cleaners before that deep clean with a once over lightly attitude these two ladies cleaned everything, including ceiling fans and base boards. They were friendly and professional,arrived on time and went right to work.

The first time we used Two Maids & A Mop, we hired them to conduct a deep clean. They did a terrible job and left many areas completely untouched and still dirty. The manager sent another crew out to fix the areas and they ran out of time because the first deep clean was so poorly completed. The manager ended up scheduling another deep clean to completely start over. We were happy with the manager?s attempts to correct the situation but were very guarded and did not completely trust the company. We have had a few normal cleanings done every two weeks and there have been no issues until today. Today, no one showed up to clean. We called trying to figure what happened but the phones are not being answered. Has anyone else had similar stories? How do you trust a company to come into your home unsupervised when they do not show up for the scheduled cleaning and make no attempt to contact or reschedule? We don?t know if we are going to be able to trust them again or give them a second chance. - Jonathan

It went well. We arrived at our rental house that was allegedly clean on Saturday night, late. After a brief inspection of the home on Sunday, it was obvious we were going to need help getting the place clean before the moving truck arrived on Tuesday. We called Two Maids and a Mop on Monday morning, and they had a crew of 2 there by early afternoon. They did exactly what we needed: they cleaned the things we had not been able to get to, such as baseboard, blind, window and wall cleaning after years of traffic by other rental tennants. They also did all the bathrooms and various other cleaning jobs we needed. They listened well and were good at what they did. I will use them again.

Two Maids and a Mop have cleaned for us now for three weeks and you rate their performance by email each visit to determine if your service was satisfactory and to determine how the maids get paid in there continued service with the company. I think this was a great idea and it seems to work for I have been pleased with each of their visits. Any concerns I have had have been communicated between the maids and corrected the next visit. I have rated them a 9 out of 10 for minor things like leaving a faucet wet instead of wiped down this last visit just because I was really looking for something to not give them a perfect score and to keep them on their toes each visit. They are really friendly and professional acting each time they come and it only takes them about two hours to clean our 2800 sq ft home. You choose between a basic clean at $99.00 or a detailed visit at $115.00, where they strip the beds and dust all items such as blinds and ceiling fans and such. I would highly recommend this service to anyone for we have looked and they are the best in the area for the price.

Overall they do just okay cleaning (but I'm not picky) but the issue I kept running into is we paid for the premier service but I never saw the value. I kept hearing that not everything deep cleaned each time; that they focus on differet areas each visit. While I wouldn't mind that, they sent a different cleaning crew each time and it was clear that the crews never connected on what they cleaned. When Ic alled about it, I was told that I never paid for an overall deep cleaning and I should hav started there. That was never offered but regardless that does not address the issue with the crews not talking. In addition, basic things which should be cleaned everytime were missed - toothpaste in the skink, the master bathtub not cleaned (on multiple occasions), etc.

We picked the work we weanted done, we prioritized it, and it all got done.

The over all experience was horrible and i wish i would have just done it myself.

The cleaners showed up at the beginning of the arrival window and started work right away. Overall, the quality of cleaning was wonderful--they cleaned almost my entire 1800-square foot home in the 3 hours they worked. The only complaint I have is that they damaged a window treatment on my front door and instead of notifying me they simply left it broken on the floor for me to find. I think I should have been compensated for the damage.

The ladies arrived at the time they had said they would be here, and finished appoximatley five hours later. They were very friendly and provided a great service. I have already recommended them to my fellow co-workers.

I left a voicemail becuase they didn't answer. They have never returned me call, but I am now some how on their mailing list.

We've been using Two Maids & A Mop for over a year now and have been pleased with the service. I can't rate their punctuality, I'm at work all day so it doesn't matter what time they get there. They come every other week and do a good job cleaning. It's nice to come home to a clean house and my weekends are spent with my family instead of cleaning. And it's really nice that I haven't had to clean a toilet in over a year!

My house is a home to messy people. When the girls leave it shines! They are hard workers.

Great work, but expensive cleaning company. This was a "deep" clean vs. the usual monthly service I get. For the monthly service I pay $127 but the deep clean cost $60/hour for two cleaners and they worked for 5 hours.
