Description of Work: I was disappointed that the right side of the kitchen sink had not been cleaned - the same debris was still there, as well as in the trap. Also, when I pulled out the coffee container the next morning, it was very apparent that the counter tops had not been cleaned, that is, nothing moved out from the wall. The other girl was a gem. Both were very courteous - when they are cleaning, I do not nose around, but maybe I should.

Description of Work: I love that I always get a call the day before the service to remind me. The person on the phone is very friendly and has helped me a lot with scheduling and payments. The ladies that come to the house are always so friendly and put up with my excited dogs with ease, which means a lot to me. I love the job they do. They are very thorough, so I feel I'm getting my moneys worth.
