At first we thought it was going to be a great experience as their place of business looked very good. Then we got to ordering. They were overpriced (we didn't know that as we just moved here).Then when they ordered our plants they called us and changed the bill (they kept doing several times before we even got the plants). Then they called later that week and said they were missing some of the plants they ordered and that it would push back delivery a week. Then when the plants showed up we were still missing a plant and some of the plants looked horrible (nothing like the plants they had on display). Actually found healthier plants @ Lowes. After the crew did the installation we called the office and complained about the quality of the plants and they said the plants look like that normally (some leaves all chewed up and some yellow). We also asked for documentation on care of the plants and they offered 1 generic paper about plants in general. Nothing specific like what the individual plants require. They did give us one replacement plant because we bought a set of 3 and 1 of them didn't look anything like the other 2 (mismatch in size by far). They also noted that they offer NO warrantee on the plants. Lowes offers a 1 yr unconditional warrantee on theirs. Dealing with the guy doing the billing was a disaster. If my wife hadn't stuck to her guns and argued about the bill we would have suffered even greater. The guy doing the billing couldn't stay on subject (what I call scatter brains), he was all over the place and in my opinion did not belong doing that job @ all. We paid $450 to deliver and install 38 plants. I would recommend people buy plants @ Lowes (better looking plants, warrateed 1 yr and hand select) then either hire out a reputable crew to install or do it yourself. They will not see my business ever again.
