Paver Protectors

PaverProtectors sealed our driveway and entryway bricks without making sure they were cleaned. The results are dirt spots, some areas are lighter than others and too shiny. I called Jeff to come and see his work and he recommend me to call the company that cleaned the bricks the day before (same company that recommended me PaverProtectors) to come and clean again and he will take care of the spots. Then Jeff told the other company not to come because it will "mess" with the sealer. I called back Jeff three weeks ago and I am still waiting for his call. I will not use this company anymore. They responded quickly and have very nice business geeks like color quotes and confirmations by email, they were very fast getting their payment, but not to finish in the correct way. I chose them because they were recommended even when I think it was pricey, I wanted to have the best service. Eva Viera

I picked this company over several others because Jeff's presentation of his company and what he would do far surpassed how the other companies presented themselves to me. He arrived with great printed material for me to read later and proceeded to explain what he would do and how he would do it . . . he answered all my questions before I even had a chance to ask them (the other companies were waiting for me to ask). The last company that did the pavers two years ago didn't do a very good job and my pavers were all washed out. Jeff explained the different options for me and I opted for just cleaning and sealing (not the stripping) and the outcome was fabulous. Jeff did explain the stripping process, but did not push it or sanding because, as he said, I didn't need to spend the extra money. Not too many contractors will tell you that! I appreciate an honest company and would recommend and use those companies above others. I did have a few questions after the work was done and Jeff came out to the house to look things over and answer my concerns. The icing on the cake was when I received a "thank you" card for choosing Paver Protectors -- no company that I've dealt with has ever done that! On top of that, they also offer a maintenance plan where they come out every six months to (1) clean all sealed paver areas with a soft wash formula, (2) lightly spray chlorine to eliminate any mold or mildew, (3) spray for weeds in needed areas, (4) eliminate any weeds that may have grown through the pavers and, (5) inspect for any problem areas and make recommendations accordingly. I was impressed with how Paver Protectors took care of me and have also signed up for this plan. I can't imagine anyone being more invested than me in making my home a pleasant place to live -- but Jeff and his team care just as much! You won't go wrong with choosing this company!

Jeff and his company have done work for us in the past, driveway in 2014 and most recently our new lanai in December. One of the pavers in the lanai developed a rust spot(common problem with pavers and their manufacturing) nothing to do with Jeff's work Anyway, we had the paver replaced and now we have a paver that isn't sealed. I called Jeff and asked if he could leave product for us to treat the one paver. Jeff said he would be glad to come out and take care of the ONE paver for us at NO CHARGE!!!! THAT IS REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE and unfortunately a dying commodity. OUTSTANDING WORK AND EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! GREAT COMPANY

Called for a quote & Jeff was terrific about getting right back to us. We did not want our travertine pool deck to look shiny. Jeff was kind enough to apply a natural luster product on an extra piece of travertine we had to be sure we would be happy with the appearance before we agreed for him to schedule the job. The technicians, Johnny & Austin, were on time and did a great job. They were very through and sealed all areas (planters, coping, deck, and the narrow edge outside the pool screen). Paver Protectors & Jeff are a pleasure to do business with!

We saw their truck and crew working on the driveway of our neighbors. We were impressed with the work and the results. We called for an estimate. Jeff Evers, the owner, came out to meet with us. He was on-time, very professional and very thorough - he analyzed the pavers, explained their process in detail, answered our questions and provided what we thought was a fair estimate. He also provided written materials on the process and products that they use and he suggested we read the references on Angie's List which we did. The written materials were very educational and the references were very positive. We accepted the bid and scheduled the job for a few days later. The Paver Protectors crew (two workers) was also on-time, very professional and extremely courteous. They explained what they were going to do and answered our questions before they started. They cleaned out the mold and weeds, power sprayed and cleaned all the pavers, re-sanded the lanai and then sealed the lanai, the driveway and the walkway to the front door. They were very careful not to over-spay the sealer so it didn't splash up on the lanai cage, the glass doors or in the pool. Following the completion of the work, they talked to us about "after care" and presented us with an invoice. They did an outstanding job - the pavers look brand new!! Paver Protectors also offer a maintenance program to keep the pavers free of mold and weeds in between cleaning and sealing which we signed up for. We would highly recommend Paver Protectors - it's so nice to find a company that is so customer and quality focused!! Rare these days. Thanks so much Paver Protectors!!!

Jeff's team showed up, on time, and spent considerable time prepping the driveway and worked on the problem areas. There were several that took considerable time to eliminate. When the job was complete they gave us detailed instructions on caring for the driveway during the drying process. The driveway looks fantastic and never looked better, even when new !

Jeff was very punctual in providing a written estimate. He was very thorough in explaining what work would be completed and alternatives for the sealant. He explained his application process and advantages. The workmen were also on time, introduced themselves and again explained the work they were doing. The work was completed quickly, and clean-up was well done. I was happy with the results and would use Jeff and Paver Protectors in the future.

I contacted Jeff at Paver Protectors to clean and seal the pavers in my driveway, walkway and on the pool patio. Jeff was punctual, professional and really took the time to make sure he understood what we expected and to answer any questions that we had. The quote was slightly higher then another company's quote that we received, but we felt that Paver Protectors offered a better sealer for our needs, offered the best service and it is also a local business, which we prefer. Austin came out to clean and seal our pavers and he did a great job. He was punctual, worked really hard and, in the end, our pavers were protected and looked fabulous. What impressed me the most is that we needed a few things touched up after our primary appointment and Jeff personally came to our house, noted the touch-ups and scheduled Austin to come back out and perform the work to ensure that everything was perfect. Wonderful people, tremendous customer service and very attention to detail. If you are looking to clean or seal your pavers I would strongly recommend calling Jeff at Paver Protectors.

This company was prompt and they did a great job. My pavers look great in my pool area. I will use them again in the future.

We found Paver Protectors on Angies List and called to make an appointment. They were able to visit us for an estimate within a week of the call. Careful and detailed explanation of their service and the sealer product was presented very professionally. They use a commercial scrubber to clean which we were wanting, to help prevent overspray from the cleaning. They were able to schedule our job within a week of our meeting. Very professional, very punctual, very polite. We would definitely use them again.

Jeff came out and give us a free estimate on pressure washing and sealing our lanai pavers. Our pavers were extremely discolored, had mold growing in a number of areas and had never been properly taken care of before we bought this house. His technician, Austin, showed up promptly and got to work immediately. He took great care in pressure washing and sealing the pavers. He is very knowledgeable, courteous, and did a fantastic job! We would highly recommend Paver Protectors and will be using them on a future job.

Very professional. Jeff came out and gave us an estimate based on our square footage. Cleaned all of the surfaces; got up many of the stains on the pavers. Then treated all of the pavers. It really makes a difference in the look of the house setting. It makes the pavers match the roof tiles and three months later, the pavers still sparkle. Great job. We will definitely have them provide a touch up when the time comes.

I contacted Jeff Evers, the owner solely because of his listing on Angie's List and the written customer recommendations. He was very responsive by calling back within a few hours of my call. He promptly explained his service, the fact that he quotes ONLY after seeing the job, and described the products and process he used. We agreed on a price--his minimum is $450 and he agreed to a $50 discount for the Angie's list connection. His normal rates would be 70 cents a square foot and the minimum quote of $450 made the price higher in my case--the only factor in the whole job which gave me some pause. Jeff's team of two young men showed up promptly for the agreed-to appointment time, calling in advance. As far as I can tell, they did a thorough job and the pool pavers are clean, free of mildew, and have a nice--but not too glossy--sheen to them. My major concern going forward is whether the sealer will act at least as a partial containment of weeds which I know will grow between the cracks. Jeff was up front in saying that he could not fully contain weed growth but that I should expect a reduction. In any event, the sealer product permits periodic use of a weed killer such as Round-up, so I will treat as I proceed. Jeff's operation is very organized including email communications confirming arrangements, pre-announcing their vist, and following up after the treatment. Since the process is supposed to work for "2-3 years", I plan to use Jeff's services if the present treatment holds up as promised. All in all, I view Jeff and his company as a very professional provider and will update this review as the product wears so that others might benefit. I am also active in my HOA and will suggest Jeff's firm as well pending observations of how the process holds up.

Jeff first came to our home, thoroughly and professionally explained the process of pavers sealing as well as the product to be used and set a fair price. We scheduled the work and requested that the work be completed by Jeff Evers (owner) and a helper. Jeff and his helper arrived on time and thoroughly and quickly completed the scheduled work. Our pavers now look better than when our house was completed a year ago. We are very pleased with Paver Protectors and will recommend them to our neighbors.

Jeff called to set up appointment within 24hrs of us calling him for appointment, He set a time and due to traffic conditions was unable to make that app't . He called to apologize and reset an appointment. When he came to our house to give us an estimate, he was very professional, personable and informative. He explained the system the process, and reasons why the process was what it was and how everything worked. He was very patient with us, as we did have a lot of questions. When he came out to put down the protection, again he came himself, and explained what he was doing and why. he was quick, efficient and even helped move the heavy grill from the lanai and put it back. We definitely would recommend him to our friends and neighbors!

From meeting Jeff (the owner) for a quote to having the work performed it was a great experience. They showed up on time, checked in with me and we did a walk around to confirm what was being done. Professional from start to finish. The job was completed as promised and in a timely manner. Jeff showed up on the job site about an hour after completion to make sure everything was ok. Everything was done just as Jeff had explained on the phone consultations I had with him. I was able to read about what he would do with the on-line brochure he sent via email. Prior to the scheduled appointment, I was given a list of do's and don'ts to make sure all would go well prior to and after the cleaning and sealing was done. Jeff and his assistant arrived on time and all the work was done in about 3 hours. The mildew, white spots, and rust stains on my pavers are gone and the pavers look like they did when they were first laid. A wonderful job done by a professional.

--Work started on time and was completed on time; the guys worked Saturday to accommodate my schedule. --No cost extras were incurred. --Work was completed within time period estimated. --The firm owner is hands-on and was present when work was performed.

Jeff came out and gave me a quote---on time. He was professional and courteous. The day the work was done, Jeff was on time and did a great job. I would recommend him to anyone. My driveway and lanai look great.

Jeff the owner provided me with a detailed estimate and clear explanation of his products, work was performed three days later. My paver deck had black mold and weeds between the pavers, the work was performed while I was working and when I returned the mold and the weeds were gone and my paver deck looked better than the day they were installed. I highly recommend this company.

Did a wonderful job. Very professional. Jeff uses a water based sealer which means no odor! A real plus. Would definitely use again.

Jeff came early with his truck and equipment and started the job. The black mold, weeds, and excess sand were quickly removed. He then started his sealing treatment and explained to me exactly what he was doing. He finished my job in about two and a half hours. We stayed off the pavers for a day, and then placed our furniture and plants back out. Without a doubt, Paver Protectors will be the only ones doing my paver cleaning and sealing in the future. If this is a service that you need done, you owe it to yourself to look into having this company do the work for you. The pavers around my pool look better now than the day they were installed. I can not recommend them highly enough! Thanks Jeff! His services should not be listed under pressure washing (although he does that, too), it should be under the listing of Paver cleaning and sealing.
