I called the office on the 21st. They worked out an appointment time on the 23rd that fit my schedule. I was told they would be at my house between 8 and 9, and that I would be called when they were on their way. I was called at 8:00 and told the electrician was on the way and would arrive in 30-45 mins., which is exactly when they arrived. Two gentlemen arrived, both were professional and kind. They took care of the outside lighting problem I had called about in approximately 20-25 mins and asked if there was anything else. I told them of a concern with some wiring in my attic and they finished out an hour of time taking care of that too. They worked quickly, were professional and kind. The price was as quoted and with a $20 Angies List discount! I would definitely use this com[pany again.

I was satisfied with their work. They had to come back and they were there a prior week also. They did all their work then; however, when plumbers came out that week, they said the box had to be moved back. The electricians had to come back and move the box because it was lined up wrong where the pipes had to go. They didn't charge me any extra. It was my responsibility to coordinate with the electrician and plumber, so it was done right at the first time. It wasn't their responsibility to know where to put the box, so that was kind of a slip up on my part. They were very accommodating as far as coming back the day before plumbers were going to come and getting that done. They squeeze me into their schedule that week, so they were excellent.

They were very kind and prompt. Their service was pleasant and polite, and I couldn't have asked for more.

We received a dishwasher for Christmas last year, so this year we decided to hook it up. I called D&R first and they promptly returned my call. I was convinced that they would have to come out here to give me an estimate and by the time Casey walked me through all of my the thing on the thing technical talk, she knew exactly what we were looking for. She gave me a great quote and after trying several other electricians who did not return my call, said they would come by to check it out and did not show or did not work in this area, I confirmed that the quote she gave me was a great deal. The tech called on the way and was very nice and polite, walking me through the entire process. They provided a beautiful tiny flood light that lights up my entire back yard and recommended positioning for maximum coverage. The work was professionally completed, the price was great and did not exceed what they quoted over the phone. I actually received a surprise discount for finding them on Angie's List. I will definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone looking for electrical work.

Lance, took the time and effort to make things right. He went into almost every room opening outlet's to fine where the problem was. He was very friendly courteous and respectful. Once he located the problem he was able to correct the matter. He even took the time to clean up behind him self. This young man is a valued employe to the company. I will most definitely use D&R Electrical Services again.

Work was excellent, on time and per estimate. Customer focus was evident throughout job. Provided keen interest in making customer happy. Work quality was exceptional. Job completed on time and within 1 week of the estimate. I highly recommend them for any and all electrical work.

I've only used them once but they were very good. They did it when they said they were going to do it. They gave me an estimate and the final price was within the estimate. He was very good.

They were able to quickly trouble shoot the problem and make repairs. The outdoor outlet literally fell apart when they took the cover off. They replaced this outlet and added a weather proof cover. The problems in my master bath were a result of this outlet burning through the wiring outside and these items were on the same circuit for GFI. I also had a bad GFI breaker in my breaker panel and they replaced it. They also noticed I had 14 gauge wire with a 20 amp breaker. This should not have been larger than a 15 amp. They replaced it according to code with a 15 amp breaker. We then tested all the outlets, lights and fan in the master bath. Everything is working again. While there I had them add two additional outdoor electrical outlets on the patio area. They took one final look through the house to make sure everything was working properly. The $399 price included all parts, supplies and labor. I was very pleased again with their service. This is the 2nd time I have used D & R Electrical Services and I will definitely use them again in the future.

They came out on a Friday and told me what needed to be done. They did the work on Monday. No problems with service. I did notice they charged twice on the credit card, but they resolved that with no problem.

They were knowledgeable enough to troubleshoot the problem quickly and make necessary repairs. For something like this, it was impossible to be given an exact quote. I was told $149 for the 1st hour and $90 for each additional hour. They sent 2 electricians to make sure the issues were resolved in a timely manner.

I called him and explained the situation and he asked me to monitor for a while and then he would go ahead and try to fix the problem. If the situation gets worse, I will definitely call him. He was honest, professional and I was satisfied with his service.

They initially came on time. They put two holes in the ceiling when working in the attic. Initially they told me that they would put sheetrock there but I would have to finish it. I insisted that they fix the holes. They were not done the first day and blew off finishing the next morning. They were messy inside our house when working and did not really clean it well. When they were leaving the second day, they realized that they had wired a three way switch wrong and it tripped the breaker every time. They wanted payment even though there were still holes in the ceiling that were yet to be repaired. I paid them $1000 at that time, someone came by 2 days later to fix the ceiling. When I put dimmers in the switch boxes that they had installed I saw that they protruded from the wall and rather than make them right, they just put a bunch of caulk under the switch plate, which of course pulled off the paint around when I unscrewed the switch plate. I paid them off and will fix their shoddy work myself or have another contractor do it, I don't want them in my house again. Even the guy who fixed the sheet rock mentioned how bad the switch boxes looked protruding from the wall.

they were on time. they were very professional. they were good in everything they did. If they were a quarter inch off they redid their work. They wanted everything perfect. I would recommend them to anyone. They were running late one day because of a prior job and they called to let me know.

I called D and R to see if I might be able to get my installation done sometime during the week, and they had a gentleman at my door in 20 minutes! No kidding! Office staff was wonderful, electrician was extremely nice and professional. He put paper covers on over his shoes before he came into the house, was very helpful, worked hard, and was enjoyable to talk to. He got everything installed and it works GREAT! Price was $50 higher than original estimate because I had to have a new box put in the ceiling because my original unit was so old - they did not know that when I called. He asked me beforehand if it was okay if he installed the new box - very professional.

They did a very professional job at a very fair price. I will use them again.

They were timely and reliable. I think they did a really nice job. I didn't shop around for prices.
